I'm traveling and was only in the city for a short time and Kyle was awesome and got my car in right away. They did great work and were finished an hour earlier than quoted. Five stars for customer service!!

Went in for an oil change, these guys told me my catalytic converter was leaking and it would cost about $1000 for parts and labor. I went to a different place and the issue was actually a rusty muffler which is a fraction of the price. The other place also let me physically see the part in my car that was damaged.The oil change was fine but I don't trust their opinion for the rest of my car.

Excellent costumer service and extremely efficient mechanics! I brought my gfs car in for an oil leak to get checked out. They we're straight to the point, no games. They let me know exactly what needed to be done, and even helped me lower the price (as much as they could). I greatly appreciate everything they did, really helped me out this holiday season. I will definitely bring cars here in the future, I am more than satisfied with the services I received here and I highly recommend this Midas!

My wife had a flat tire and it was a Saturday afternoon. I showed up at the Bald Hill Road store in Warwick, R.I. right at closing time with the old rim/tire and a new tire that I had in my garage. The Manager was there by himself, all other employees had left for the evening. Instead of turning me away, the manager understood my predicament and took the time to stay late and change the tire for me. Excellent service from a caring and understanding store manager.

Being new to the area, I had no clue where to look to have my car checked out to make sure all was well after my long trip to and eventual long trip from Rhode Island. It turns out I thankfully don t believe I could have chosen a better place. Midas and everyone there really gave me the peace of mind I needed about my car and the trip that was ahead. I cannot thank you all enough.

Kyle was very polite and responsive. The mechanics changed my oil and were able to identify an issue I had with leaking brake fluid.I waited inside and it was very clean.

Truck was diagnosed and reparied in less than 18 hours. Did not have to wait for an appointment. Darlene was forthcoming about 2 options I had to choose from. Never pushy about recommended services.

I had to get an oil change and a set of new tires. The. prices at Midas were very reasonable and the service was great. They finished very quickly and all the people I spoke with were very polite and helpful.

Midas on Bald Hill Road in Warwick, RI.I brought my car here for a state inspection a couple years ago. These guys are fantastic! Customer Service is top-notch!2 years later, today, I'm sitting here waiting for my state inspection to be done. I brought it back because of the service and customer service. And the funny thing is, my boyfriend works for a pretty well known company that does state inspections, and I'd rather bring it to Midas because the service is second to none!You can't go wrong with these guys, and gals!

Mechanic did not replace tensioner when replacing serpentine belt. Did not test drive car. My power steering gave out less than 1 mile down the road when the belt slipped back off. I consider myself lucky I was not in a serious accident. This obviously would have been discovered in a test drive. I will never give Midas another cent of my money.

This Midas station has been servicing my car for over 6 years. They always do what I bring the car in for and let me know if I'll be needing another service. I trust them completely. 2020:have brought my car for 2 oil changes and waited both times. Have been greeted and helped by a friendly associate who clearly explains prices and services before completion. She creates a relaxed environment in the waiting area and is always working towards getting cars work done quickly. While waiting I noticed her customer service is definitely great with many customers, and all other staff who were in and out all seemed to be wonderful as well. Will definitely return again.Added note: still using them in October 2023 and still phenomenal customer service!! Car has been great every time I receive it backService: Oil change

Service staff and mechanic were great! Very helpful and informative and it felt like they were on a mission to repair my vehicle's problem from the git-go. I appreciated their honesty regarding how much time the repair would take and the cost. I would recommend this Midas to anyone!

This was my first visit to Midas on Bald Hill Road. I'll note the cons first.Con: I used the website to make an appointment. It took 3-4 days before I heard from someone to confirm.Con: My appointment was for 10 a.m. I was on time. I waited about 35 minutes before I saw them take the car into a bay.Pro: I received the link to see their comprehensive inspection report. It is amazingly detailed with photos of the parts they refer to and levels of urgency.Pro: After diagnosis, they were able to replace parts right away. My car is a pretty standard model.This is a pro that doesn't relate to service. The manager Darlene was easy to talk with. Every so often, we would find a random topic to discuss, which broke up the monotony of the wait time.Background info on myself: I know just enough about cars to understand terminology when they explained what was wrong with my vehicle. It was not confusing when Kyle explained what was happening in the report.I will suggest people visit this establishment. However, put aside an extra hour or two just in case.

Considering it was the beginning of a bad day on my way to work a overtime shift I hit a bump in the road and my exhaust just broke the muffler and pipe were rotted out now add to that my car's breaks were starting to grind and needed replacement pads along with rotors.... I was planning on getting done sooner than later but because of the muffler falling down it needed immediate attention.I made a few calls got a few rough estimates and from the four locations that I had contacted no one was able to get me in that morning.I decided to stop by Midas it was slightly before 9:00 when I pulled up I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful customer service rep I explained my situation and as luck would have it they had an immediate opening I was able to agree with the scope of work needing to be done and a reasonable price that they were charging for the work.. I was thrilled that they were able to get it in the shop within minutes and before I knew it the new parts had arrived The technician Bruce was already working on my exhaust system when the parts arrived.I stood outside the shop door watching the mechanic Bruce do what he does with a smile it didn't bother him that I was standing outside the door watching every move he made... I have to say he works like a robot every move he made was bringing my car closer and closer to getting done with the repairs and replacement parts installed.In a matter of 2 and 1/2 hours The majority of the work was done.. while I was waiting for them to finish with the oil change I received a email offering a credit card through Midas 0% interest for 6 months I applied online was instantly approved The whole repair was put on my credit line before 1:00 my car was completely fixed and the repair was paid for through their own credit program it didn't cost me a penny that morning... I have to say my bill was very close to $1,000 which is actually cheaper than all four bids from the other facilities in the area.I have to say it was a pleasure to deal with the guys at Midas and the quality of work done is first class The fact that I've got 6 months no interest on my bill was a blessing in itself. I highly recommend giving Midas on Bald Hill Road The opportunity to quote any repair work anyone needs done Thank you again for a job well done.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto exhaust system replacement, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I can t speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of the work done by the Warwick Midas staff. My brakes had suddenly failed and they quickly and effectively fixed the problem so I could drive my car again. Top notch!! I will be back and refer others.

Amazing customer service! They were friendly and communicative. They didn t overcharge and did exactly what I asked for. I had tire rotation and alignment done and my car drives so smooth! They were able to fit me in with no delay and got the job done in 2 hours. Amazing for an auto service center to do everything I needed/asked within the estimated time they gave me. Most places it takes more than 4 hours. Definitely recommend this place.Service: Tires
