Service found a small oil leak. Fixed quickly and had my car back by 11:00. Advisor kept me updated throughout the process. 5 stars without a doubt.

Paul is a knowledgeable service technician who cares for his customers and takes the necessary time needed to ensure that they understand the details of their service. He s consistently available to answer any questions and responds with a personal touch that is greatly appreciated. This type of service makes the decision to return to Mercedes-Benz of Warwick Service an easy one.

My company has been working with their Sprinter Service Dept for over a year now and they take care of all our vehicles in a speedy and efficient manner. If anything pops up they are quick to resolve any issues. Paul has been especially great to interact with! 5/5 would recommend!p.s. We had been going to another Mercedes dealership for service that was closer to us in MA but the contrast in service between the sub par service we received there and the top notch service of the Warwick team was so great that it's worth us taking the drive to RI to handle our sprinter van needs.

This was the first of many visits, I hope, Joe Dias was awesome. I didn t know what to expect since this is a Winnebago RV on a Sprinter chassis but Joe told me we do these all the time I relaxed, had a cup of coffee and was out of there in a couple hours. Very happy!

My service advisor was Joe Dias. My appointment was made through him and was handled professionally from start to end. Knowing I had to wait and the work I was having done he told me I would be out of there within 2 hours. I was out of the dealership in 2 hours and 5 minutes....... This was the first time I was out in the time told...... thank you very much Joe.......

Came to have a thermostat replaced for my c300. Not an easy job and they got it done in one day! Joe always makes sure we get taken care of and they always do the job right. A+ service all aroundI wouldn t trust anyone else with my Benz!

A great experience getting my car maintained here. Easy in, easy out. No issues with service and sparkling clean inside and out. The lounge area is huge with plenty of coffee, water, seating and WiFi. Easy to get work done here too.What s incredible is Warwick s technical advancements for the customer: video walk through of your car inspection, invoicing and payment it s all done via mobile or email.Great experience that keeps me coming back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Always a great experience at Mercedes, Austin (Service Advisor) is informative, responsive & an overall great guy. I ve been to the service center numerous times & I ve never left questioning my experience there. The techs seem to be solid guys although I ve never met one. The notes on repairs/maintenance are always thorough and pictures before/after repairs help greatly with transparency.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

These folks did a great job getting my car fixed and back on the road. Needed a new rear sub-frame (not a little thing) and they had the entire thing completed in a week. This after getting me in the day after I called. Cannot say enough about the service advisor as well. They charged over $2000 for suspension and oil change and minor repair. Took 2 hours for diagnostic results. They only sent me video of minor oil leak but nothing on the repair of almost $2K. They said suspension bags were old. And whe I asked for a ride or a loaner he originally told me they don't have drivers and I questioned him that's when he provided me with one.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

World class service! A lot of people hear horror stories from the service at dealerships, but at Inskip Mercedes Service in Warwick I have always been treated as if I am the number 1 client and number 1 priority. I have nothing fancy, a 2020 C class but they treat me as if I truly matter the most! Incredible service from John in sales to Jeff in services as well as the management it s all top notch! I tell everyone to visit even if they didn t necessarily think of Mercedes as their choice or within their budget. Service and customer service as well as a quality car all matters in my book! 5 stars!

I was told I would have a loaner car reserved. My service advisor told me he was not giving me a loaner vehicle because my vehicle was over 10 years old. That showed me I'm of no value to this dealership. Then it was hard to get a response when checking on the status of my vehicle. Once I finally found out what was needed and agreed to service I was given a expected time of completion. I called around the date given and was told a part was on backorder for 2 months out. Then I was told I could attempt to contact Mercedes corporate and see if they would expedite the part. I Emailed Mercedes corporate, and I complained on your website in the chat portal. 2 days later I received a call saying the part mysteriously showed up, and my vehicle would be completed that day. At no time in this experience did I feel like a valued customer. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the service department. I bought this vehicle for my daughter. I was considering getting a Mercedes for my next vehicle. After this experience I've decided I will not buy anymore Mercedes if this is the level of service received.
