Michael Fernandez was our sales representative. He is polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. No pressure tactics as are associated with your typical car purchasing. Michael made the entire buying experience easy and seamless. My wife Nancy is extremely happy. I thank Michael and his team and I highly recommend going to Warwick Mercedes and asking for Michael if you are considering purchasing a Mercedes.

My experience was great from start to end Michael was my sales associate and I have to say I am impressed with his professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and he has a great personality. I had to order my GLE and he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Soo happy with my purchase.

Update- Summer 23: today I had another opportunity to interact with Mercedes of Warwick. Thier representative named Austin (first name) is one of the best service professionals I've ever come across! Easy to talk to, gives you full attention and he tells it plainly without guessing or "hoping" . I was really glad to have him. He's a huge asset to this place.This is a pretty good dealership! I brought my Sprinter 3500 recreational vehicle to them. When they fix things, they do it by the book, no halfway fixes! The service representatives are really on the ball and know their jobs very well! Follow up from management is good. Overall, I was treated very fairly, maybe even better than that! Prices are normal for Mercedes. I can trust that the job will be right (which is more than I can say for many RV dealers!)

Was not happy when I called ahead to see if they had a particular car in stock with a certain trim and color to which I was told they did. I came later in the day only to arrive and be told the car was not there, and that they did not have any more of that model in the color I wanted (C300 Coupe). As I was leaving, I could clearly see they had one of the models with the color I wanted. I returned but was told that was sold too and that they would be unable to get another one in any time soon. Just honestly seemed like they were not interested in making an easy sale to someone who knows what they want.

I visited the dealership today. Greeting by Michael. He made my whole visit so uncomfortable. All he asked was what kind of the car I am driving and what year. When I asked questions about the new vehicles, all he care is the price tag. I didn t know what kind of the car I am driving will determine what I will get in the dealership. Don t judge the book by the cover!! He needs to learn what is call customer service.

As a first time Mercedes owner, I found my experience with MB of Warwick to be very easy and unlike any other car buying transaction I ve ever had. The sales and finance staff didn t act like they smelled blood in the water. They let me take my time, answered question after question, and were very amenable. Even when I pushed back on a few items, there was no haggling like I d been accustomed to seeing in the past with other dealers. On some things I got what I asked for and for others, they met me more than halfway. I m very pleased with my experience and would return to them for my next car. Thanks to my new bestie, Roberto for the excellent care!

I would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Warwick!I hate buying cars. High pressure sales tactics, time-consuming negotiations, and extensive paperwork all turn me off from the experience. But Mercedes-Benz of Warwick and the salesman I dealt with - Michael Fernandez - completely changed my outlook on this! I kept waiting for the uncomfortableness to happen, and it never did. In fact, it was a very smooth, enjoyable transaction.I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from them. I told them the price I wanted to pay and when they lowered it to that price, Michael called me immediately. He sent me a link to put a deposit on it so I would have time to properly check out the vehicle before committing.I live in Massachusetts so inspections in Rhode Island aren't valid here. When I took it to get inspected, the windshield washer fluid pump wasn't working, which is an automatic fail. I called Michael and they took care of it immediately without any hassle, and made sure any repairs were made to ensure a passed inspection.In conclusion, my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Warwick exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor, the staff's professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. I recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes from Frank Merino and I highly recommend you seek Frank for any vehicle needs. I was extremely difficult and confused about what I wanted, but he was very patient, kind and helpful throughout some painful long days of indecisiveness. I ended up being 100% satisfied with my purchase and he helped get me there without being pushy, which was much appreciated!

Great experience with Thaddeus. Quick easy and simple. Love the fact he didn t make me wait around while the paperwork was getting done. I went out, got lunch, got back and car was waiting for me. Also chatted with a gentleman name John, seems to me they have a great crew.Another note..they had found one of my watches I had accidentally left in my trade in and Thaddeus sent me a text to notify me that he will be dropping it off to me. Love the honesty!To end this review.. the price was great, the experience was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I decided to replace her 2013 BMW3I..after looking at similar models and brands, we chose Mercedes GLE350, and built a model to suit our needs. The process was straightforward and accurate. Of course there was a considerable lead time involved (5 months) But... The car was delivered as we ordered it, on time!The transaction was painless. The support throughout the process was professional, courteous, and always timely. I would happily purchase another Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Warwick and Roberto Delarosa.

Erik Laberge has the worst customer service at this Mercedes Dealership. Does not care about his customers , rude demeanor and attitude. I really expected that a Mercedes Benz dealership would hire profesional people to be an asset to the company but people like Erik make themLoose customers . Hope management sees this and teaches Erik some manners .

I recently got a new car from Mercedes Warwick and worked with representative Pete. He was the ultimate professional. From the time we got to the store he greeted us with such warmth. He was patient in answering all our questions to provide us with confidence in making our transaction. He explained features of the car at length and even after the purchase has checked in a few times to ensure we were happy with purchase. This was my 3rd time purchasing a car with Mercedes and by far the best experience. I plan on doing all future purchases with Pete.
