The service & professionalism were top notch! This was my first experience with MAC & I simply cannot compliment them enough.Vinny runs the show with a great crew! His knowledge of collision repair is easily recognized.Jackie knows her stuff and runs the office & paperwork as a true professional. She takes care of everything from contacting the insurance company, setting up your rental, & completing all the necessary paperwork.Melissa cannot do enough to help in every way! My rental was spotless & ready upon arrival.The workmanship of Vinny & his crew is exceptional. My car looks amazing andwas ready for pick up in9 days and that was during the Thanksgiving holiday!My experience with MAC could not have been smoother!!I highly recommend this collision center!!

Phenomenal experience working with Mac Enterprises, immediately after receiving an insurance estimate I called them and Jackie walked me through the whole process, got me set up with a rental and gave me updates every step of the way. When I got there to pick my car up, the owner came out and walked me through the repairs and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Great communication, and flawless paint/body work. I drove two hours to have my car worked on here because of the reviews and don t regret it at all. thanks for all the hard work, and I highly recommend them!!

Hit a deer, a month before a road trip. I planned back in February. Went to Mac's off a recommendation and I couldn't be happier. The people there are incredibly and their work is beautiful. Great experience having my vehicle fixed here. They re very professional, polite and easy to work with. The two lovely ladies you deal with processing the paperwork were easy to work with, informative and a lot of fun. My vehicle came back in even better shape than the day I bought it. I won t go anywhere else next time I need body work done.

These folks are terrific! My car looks brand new -- it glistens. It was finished a week earlier than predicted. Vinnie runs a great business with great help from Jackie (she sings when she leaves a message), Dennis and others. They also covered my rental and deductible. Tip topterrific customer service. Give them a call and you'll be extra pleased.

My neighbor suggested MAC Enterprises when I got into an accident just before Christmas 2023. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with. They spoke to me like we were great friends. I got my car back in the expected time frame even though one part was delayed. I would definitely go back to them!!

I was hit twice in one day which is actually kind of funny after the fact. Jackie and Melissa made the process so easy. They dealt with insurance companies, provided a rental car and made the whole experience absolutely simple. The work from the garage was incredible and I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Mac Enterprises for any auto body service you may need. Also, my car was cleaned on the inside by Melissa who's customer service is top shelf.

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mac Enterprises Inc. Collision Repair. They worked with my insurance (I paid nothing out of pocket), lent me a rental, and made my car as pretty as the 1st day I saw her Literally made the process as WORRY FREE as possible!!Ps. I had like $8k worth of damage. Outside and under the hood.

Thank you very much to Mac enterprises! They did awesome work on my F-150 that had gone off the road. Looks like a new truck again! Everyone there is amazing to work with. They went above and beyond what I even could have expected! They handled everything with the insurance company and provided me with a rental as well. I had my car towed to Mac Enterprise when I had an accident and they were the nicest people ever. The amount of help I received from them was incredible and the length they will go to help their customers is amazing. I had an issue with picking up a rental car and they ended up helping me with that. My adjuster from the insurance company was very difficult to deal with since they did not want to come out and take a look at my car and they ended up taking care of that for me. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. The best, most helpful, and nice people I ve ever worked with in the automotive industry.

Several weeks ago, I experienced some damage to the tailgate of my brand new 2023 Mazda CX5 when it came into contact with my garage door after a malfunction. Needless to say, I was very upset about this.I went online to research and locate an auto body shop in the area, after having learned that the owner of my trusted auto repair shop in Providence from prior decades in RI had recently died of cancer which, of course, saddened me greatly and only added to my troubles.I live in Newport and am new to that area as I had recently moved north from SoFL to become a candidate for a lung transplant at MassGeneral in Boston. I felt very much alone and isolated and the last thing I needed was to deal with this unexpected and, I feared, costly auto body repair experience and dealing with a new shop. Mac Enterprises caught my eye online because of its stellar reviews and promises to work with my insurance company and, hopefully, cover my $500 deductible, as my old friend Gerry at Antone Auto body in Providence had always kindly done in the old days , and provide a courtesy rental under my policy as he also always had done, both of which services had greatly softened the impact of the damage.I feared those days of personal service and kindness in this business were things of the past and doubted I could find a shop to match the past service I was used to under such circumstances. Not to denigrate the excellent customer service, kindness and quality of repairs I had come to expect from my prior shop, but I was wrong about doubting I could find such qualities at a new shop, and my doubts went out the proverbial window when I contacted Mac Enterprises!Jackie at Mac proved to me that each of those five star reviews, which sometimes in this cynical age give us pause to doubt the accuracy/honesty of such reviews, were only the tip of the iceberg of the quality of the work, the excellent personal service by the team, especially on Jackie s part in softening the stress inherently involved in such circumstances and overall making the experience an unexpected pleasure!I spoke with Jackie yesterday on the phone about my car being ready for pick up and my returning the rental provided by Mac at no cost to me along with absorbing my deductible. I was excited by the anticipation of seeing my brand new car in brand new condition once again, thanks to Jackie and the team at Mac.She and they did not disappoint! When I arrived at Mac, I was in and out of the shop in under 5 minutes, thanks to Jackie, and we hugged each other to say goodbye and thanks for making the entire experience such a positive one.Should I need auto body repair services again, I will look no further than Mac Enterprises, and Jackie!Best, Rob

Ten stars out of five, seriously. No lie. My car was keyed, down to the metal. Vinnie and his crew did their thing, and now my 2019 Subaru looks better than it did when I bought it with 8,000 miles. They dealt with my insurance company, took all the worry out of it. Great service, great crew, great loaner. They even detailed it. If your vehicle needs body work, then bring it to Mac Enterprises.Service: Painting

I had an excellent experience going through Mac after someone hit my car. Vinny & his team are all so professional and accommodating! My car came out perfect- like nothing had ever happened. They gave me a nice rental and it didn t take as long as I thought it would to fix my car. I had the misfortune of being in a car accident that left my vehicle nearly destroyed but, fortunately, I was referred to Mac Enterprises. My profession requires a reliable vehicle and I could not be happier with the work they did on it. Jess and Jackie were in close communication throughout the process, even meeting me on a weekend day when shop was closed, so I could get a forgotten item from my vehicle being worked on.The technicians at the store are welcoming and professional.The owner Vinny is a class act, made sure I was in a quality rental vehicle, even switching me over to a four wheel drive SUV prior to a forecasted snow storm. The work, the communication while it was being done, and the going above and beyond for the customer (me in this case) is why I give 5 stars and have no doubt in recommending Mac Enterprises.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

I was in the market for a quote to repair some damage from a storm and they were recommended but I was expectedly nervous because you can't always rely on online reviews. Well let me tell you , the reviews did not do them justice. The service from the moment I arrived to when I received my car was spectacular. When it came to filing claim, estimating the damage, providing a rental and the ladies out front and the guys in the back being fantastic people nothing was below 5/5 service. Even after I got my car and had some issues that came up after I was able to bring the car down and they fixed the issue same day. Vinny, the owner, was the person I was initially in touch with to consult and set up an appointment after someone rear-ended me. At the time I contacted him, I was on maternity and really had my hands full. He was excellent and then all follow up communication with the woman at the front desk was excellent. I was primarily in communication with Jackie who was so friendly and informative and the other woman was just as helpful on the fewer occasions when I spoke to her. The service people in the garage were also very professional and kind. They really made things very easy for me as they took care of every step in the insurance process. Once I was in touch with them, I literally did not have to do one piece of the follow up with insurance....what a relief!! Very trustworthy and professional. I would recommend to anyone, including friends and family.

Vinnie and crew were recommended to me by my mechanic and I'm glad they were. They were incredibly helpful. They made the car look like nothing happened to it, dealt with the insurance company for me and provides me with a rental car. These folks did amazing work and not only will I recommend them to anyone needing their services. I will also use them again (assuming I need body work on my car)

Mac enterprise is fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the insurance company's. They are also very honest and caring. They care about their costumer. Both women in the office knew me by name. They called every couple of days to check on the progress I have made after my Jeep was totaled as well as to see how the rental was. I am so glad I went to them and will return on the future if need be

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Jackie and Jessica are amazing! When I first called to talk about my car that was in an accident, Jessica made the entire process simple and seamless. Their work is phenomenal. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place, and if you are lucky you might just see Loki the most adorable dog ever.

I was in an accident and after 12 days of looking around I decided to bring my truck here after reading the reviews. I called late on a Monday and they got me right in that same day with a rental vehicle. Jess and Jackie in the office were great. They were real people and were genuine, which is is rare thing in today s world.I was contacted the next day by Jess and she notified me that they were starting the repairs. They finished the repairs ahead of time. They also replaced my GMC emblem after the adjuster didn t write for it.The day I went in to pick up my car was 21 days after my accident. They called Amica to ask if the status of payment and they were told liability was still being determined. The other driver was issued a ticket after the accident and was 100% at fault. I offered to pay for the repairs out of pocket and they handed me my keys and said not to worry about it. This goes straight back to my statement that they are genuine.I will hands down return here in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding shop.
