My car was picked up and returned by a Lexus of Warwick driver, Bob, who reviewed with me the details of the service to be performed, the loaner vehicle agreement, and expected time frame within which to expect the service to be completed and my Lexus returned. Bob took the initiative to review some of the technical features of my Lexus which I appreciated. It was very convenient to have the no cost pickup and return of my vehicle and the use of a loaner car. Also had complimentary wash and interior cleaning. Great customer service.

It was my first visit to the dealership having moved from Massachusetts in October of last year. I was new and a bit nervous. Jason made me immediately feel at ease and explained the service options and process. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Warwick and Jason, in particular!

Hi All. I brought my 2021 RX350 in for regular service on 2/8 - Jason was my Service Advisor. I needed a loaner vehicle because I couldn't wait for the service to be done as I had to get back home to work for the day. I asked if I could have a 2024 RX as I have been interested in test driving it for some time, which I made clear to Jason. We even discussed differences between my 2021 and the 2024. Jason was very accommodating, which was very much appreciated.Jason also brought to my attention that my vehicle needed inspection which I had completely missed - again looking out for what I needed - so this avoided a potential problem with the DMV!Communication was terrific throughout the service duration and I was notified promptly when my vehicle was ready. I received an email with the invoice (very helpful to have in advance), text messages as well as 2 phone calls from Jason.Now for the not so positive. I disagree with the Digital Service Fee and.. "Hazardous Waste Customer"?? Isn't this part of doing business, something that the company should absorb? You charge every single person for these fees and what does that add up to in just one day?? Seems like a way to make more money off customers which I do not think is fair.Lastly, I think I drove maybe 20 miles if that - just took a bit of a longer route home and back to Lexus for the "test drive", which I wouldn't have been charged for if I made a separate trip for that. I used maybe one gallon of gas if that and I was charged $7.70 for gas. I wasn't too happy to see that charge on my card.All in all, I had a good experience with Jason.

Excellent. Angelo was fantastic, he spent extra time that was required for me to understand some technological problems with the interface between the lexus and my cellphone. He was amazingly helpful, patient. In over a decade of owning Lexus autos I have never been as impressed as I was yesterday with the care and attention!

Good experience I had there, staff are very nice. Several minutes after I got there, they took my car and told me it will done at a certain time or earlier and just like what they said it was done earlier, thanks to Adam Stone who facilitated it.

Mark Belleville is very nice, kind and professional. I received communication as the car was being serviced. The facility is clean and accessible. The loaner car was very nice and convenient. The entire staff was professional.

I came in on Nov 3rd because of a faulty battery and was also able to get my 6 month maintenance. I was thrilled because my appointment wasn't until Nov 21st. Marc was so cordial to accommodate me at the same time. Can t thank Marc Belleville enough for being the best service advisor !!! Always a wonderful experience and he is always finding ways to accommodate even the smallest request . By far , the best Lexus service department I have come across . The only way you could improve on having to wait is maybe installing sleep pods !! But the wait is never long anyway ! Thanks for being there for me !

Straight forward, professional and short waiting time. The service was awesome. I was able to get done my side mirror for 2015 ES 350. Please improve your beverage by adding apple and orange juice. The waiting chairs should be more comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

I took one of my Lexus vehicles in for service, a week prior to that I had a wheel alignment done at an independent service center, because I didn t want to wait hours at Lexus. So I brought my car in for a brake switch which took 3 hours to do. And that was with an appointment,Of course a multi point inspection was done and everything was ok nothing needed. A week later I brought the same vehicle in for a bulging power steering hose that I noticed, and of course, they did a multi point inspection, now I needed a steering rack 2valve cover gaskets and a front end alignment which was done two weeks prior. When I brought the vehicle home, I checked the steering rack for leaks. There wasn t any I am not losing any fluid so the steering rack is fine number two. I went to check the valve, cover gaskets and to check the valve cover gaskets you have to take the plastic engine cover off which is secured by three stainless steel nuts Two came off easily. The other one did not. I had to cut the plastic cover to get the nut off the stud on the engine and there is no valve. Cover leaks. The technician never checked it. We re just Within two weeks. I need all this work and there probably hasn t been 20 miles put on the car in between those service intervals so something is fishy in Denmark..The technician never took off the plastic engine cover. I brought this up to the service manager and he was supposed to call me back after he spoke to the technician and I have not heard from him. There should be some type of integrity when you go to these big dealerships for service right now I have not much faith in Lexus of Warwick. I am not your typical Lexus customer when they say something needs it just do it. I have worked on my car s for many years .They got caughtTrying to do work that wasn t needed, and won t admit it.be cautious.still waiting for a response from owner.
