I had a great experience working with Gaby and the other ladies at Lexus. It s so refreshing to work with women in this setting. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I initially went in to look at one vehicle that was a little bit out of my budget, but decided to wait for something else and as soon as she knew what I was looking for would be coming in soon, Gaby reached out so I could get exactly the car I wanted and in my budget. The big red bow was a nice little touch too.

I sincerely wanted the Lexus RX350H but I wasn't sure about the cost or what to expect from Lexus of Warwick. If there are any of you that feel the same way, please give them a visit. From the very first introduction to the final signing of Documents, everyone at Lexus was kind and professional. They made the entire process easy and I drove out with the Lexus of my choice that day. I was comfortable with the price that we agreed on, financing was easy, and I walked out smiling and feeling like a king. Thank you Lexus of Warwick for your kind and sincere efforts in getting me into my new RX350H!!!

Eric Lopes from Lexus of Warwick is the friendliest and most efficient salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Lexus of Warwick is just over 2 hours from where we live and we would easily make that trek every time we need to purchase a vehicle, because he made sure every step of the process was painless and concise, and accommodated at every possible opportunity. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who s in the market for a vehicle. Devin Paiva, their finance manager, was incredibly accommodating, considerate and easy to work with, something that s not always the case in his department, so needless to say it was much appreciated. Even well past the time of my purchase he has made sure to answer any questions I ve had pop up and has done so without hesitation and very promptly. Danielle Manzi, who is their product/delivery specialist, made sure that I knew how to utilize almost every possible option and function of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot that day and did so without making the process feel daunting, or overwhelming and also without making me feel rushed or possible that could ask too many questions. As a whole, our experience with Lexus of Warwick was truly top notch. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Purchased a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Lexus of Warwick and had the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Very friendly staff and Eric Lopes was amazing. Never felt pressured and was able to easily negotiate a better price for the vehicle. Overall 10/10 and would purchase a vehicle through them again.

Recently purchased a 2022 Lexus Ux250h from this dealership and from my past 3 vehicle purchases, I have to say it was my best experience buying a car yet! From the first phone call to the dealership inquiring about the specific vehicle, to the day I picked up the car, I have had a great experience. Eric was our salesperson and he was very friendly and genuine in all his interactions with us. He kept me updated on the status of my car purchase at every step of the process. Prior to purchasing this car, I was in contact with other salespeople from other Lexus dealerships across MA looking for the car I wanted and at some places, I was treated as if I did not know what I was talking about and I was not contacted for follow up about a specific car model I was looking for. This was not the case with Eric. He provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end and he even took time out of his work day to put a ribbon on my new car and take some pictures for me on the pickup day.

We couldn t be happier with our entire purchasing experience with our salesman, Jeff and manager Ben!! Both Jeff and Ben were attentive to all our questions and needs throughout the buying process. We are thrilled to have purchased our new GX at a price and terms that we are comfortable with. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Both Jeff and Ben were clear and straight forward about the numbers when discussing the terms of our deal. There were no hidden additional fees or charges. Joe Nobrega our salesman greeted us when we walked in - we sat down - he made us at ease ! He never pushed just showed us what he thought we might like! He listened! I fell in love with the 2nd car the first was the one I went there to see and I did not like it for me - but the 2nd one was exactly what I wanted! All the other people we met with during the transaction were extremely courteous and informative as well ! Finally on delivery there was a big red bow on top of the car - the team clapped as I arrived at my new car and there were chocolates and a note from the General Sales manager in the car ! They certainly have down attention to detail .

Test drove the IS350 F Sport, didn t enjoy it at all. Was interesting to still see a cd player and the same interior for the last 10 years. The outside of the car was beautiful. David helped me out with this, he was completely understanding with my opinion. Hassle free experience, he was very knowledgeable also! Went with a different car.

Amazing experience! I was shopping for a new car and visited a few dealers before coming to Lexus of Warwick. I wish I hadn t wasted my time on those other dealerships, because Lexus of Warwick is by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Lynn responded to my online inquiry within 30 seconds and set me up with an appointment. Upon arrival my husband and I were cordially greeted by a woman in the parking lot who escorted us inside to meet Gabby our salesperson. Gabby was fantastic and already had the car ready for us to test drive. We loved the car so she quickly valued our trade (super fair price) and we made the deal. Low pressure and super easy. We then got to work with Derek in finance, who was also wonderful to work with. The entire process took about an hour and a half and we left super happy with a gorgeous car. I m now a customer for life!

UPDATE:It was delivery day and after leaving work to pick up my brand new 2023 Lexus IS350, I found it to be was covered in dust by the delivery area in the showroom. Since they sold me the Diamond Ceramic Coating aka Premiere Exterior Protection Package, I thought a quick wash the next day would be fine and didn't think to ask the Lexus of Warwick staff to wash the car since they close at 6pm.The sun came out the next day and I did a quick wash with only water to clear away the dust/pollen but to my surprise, it revealed scratch marks on the front driver & passenger doors and swirl marks on the clear coat throughout the car.While the Sales Team, Service Team, and Delivery Specialist are wonderful people but what falls short at Lexus of Warwick are their detailers. I took the car back and showed the sales manager who had the IS reconditioned but sadly the same scratch marks and swirls remained on the car. Lexus of Warwick was unable to remedy the issue which lead to my ultimate disappointment.To future Lexus customers, I would highly recommend that you avoid any purchasing any packages such as the Premier Exterior Protection Package or Diamond Ceramic Coating as it does more harm than protects the vehicle. I also tried contacting ECP Inc (Entire Car Protection) who are the providers of this exterior protection warranty but they refuse to assist. So save yourself from headaches, save your time, save your money, and DO NOT buy any extra protection packages from this dealer. Instead, take that money saved to an experienced detailer to avoid damaging the clear coat on your new car.To Lexus of Warwick, you would have gotten a 5-Star review from me if it wasn't for the inexperienced deailers. I would highly recommend Lexus of Warwick to seek better trained and experienced detailers and seek out an alternative protection products as this Premier Exterior Protection Package from ECP does nothing for your customers but causes harm.

I have been dealing with Annette on a 2017 Lexus ES for 3 weeks. I had asked questions regarding what percentages were left on the brake pads and tires? I was told service had already inspected the vehicle and everything passed. I was never told the percentage and never saw any paperwork showing me the inspection. Because I didn t receive answers to my questions I left. A week later I received a text from Annette asking if I m still interested? And what can she do for me? I said send me specifically what was done during the inspection. She sent the info by email. I read that the brake pads were showing 4mm. My suspicion was right, and I didn t want to pursue any further. Then to my surprise I received a call 1 week later asking me if I m still interested in the vehicle? I mentioned to her that the info she sent me by email were showing the pads at 4MM and replacing them is going to be an added expense that I was not willing to pay.. She assured me in the state of Rhode Island a car can be sold at a minimum of 3mm. I told her that new pads are between 10-12 mm that s a big difference. She then called me back 10 mins later and said that she spoke to her manager and he is willing to put on new brake pads. Would you want to proceed with the purchase? I said, YES. I will be there Wednesday (less than 48 hours) to finalize, as I spoke to her on a Monday. I was assuming that my future car was being serviced with new brake pads during this time. I arrived on Wednesday and was told the vehicle sold within 30 minutes of my arrival. My question to management is this; Did the other buyer benefit from the service that was promised to me, or was it ever actually done? I was told by Annette that I should have put a deposit on it just for these reasons. I did not feel comfortable putting $1,000 nonrefundable deposit, that was asked of me on Monday over the phone. Who in the right mind would do a non-refundable deposit? I m highly disappointed and unhappy with the way I was treated. I understand its business and its first come first served. I just wished she never called me to get my hopes up. They knew the brakes needed to replaced. Management should have made the decision to replace them on my first initial visit 3 weeks ago.To whomever purchased the vehicle. Don t be surprised that you ll be replacing the pads very soon, which is unfair for them to do too you. Buyer beware

My parents had a wonderful experience at Lexus in Wawick, RI. My mom has owned 2 Lexus SUV's before, but was in dire need of an upgrade. Thanks to the great staff, we drove home very happy and excited!Gabriella was extremely patient, kind, and helpful with my parents. They kept saying how nice she was, and upon meeting her today to pick up the car, I was so surprised to find out she remembered meeting my parents 1.5 years ago when they visited the dealership in 2021!Danielle helped explain every single function in and outside of the car for my mom. It is a big upgrade, especially with the modern technology in the 2023 models, and she was so patient and thorough.I was also told Devin (Devon?) was very kind, patient, and helpful as well. Some of the staff even came to applaud my mom as she walked towards her new car, and the big red bow was a really fun touch! We are very thankful for the lovely treatment.
