Had a flat tire on the highway. They called all the nearby places to find a replacement but there were none. They worked hard to find a good solution and provided outstanding service. Clearly they have a lot of integrity. Hopefully I won't need them again as I don't live nearby but I would HIGHLY recommend this team for car service.

The staff has always been courteous, helpful, honest, respectful and supportive.Their style is a throwback to how people used to treat each other.Of course, prices for EVERYTHING have become almost prohibitive but Jennings willingness and attempts to ease the pain offers the most bang for your buck.

Needed an emergency tire repair close to closing before the Holiday weekend. The Jennings team was awesome! They repaired our car and had us on our way in no time!! Many thanks.

What a wonderful group of people working here. I was treated with wonderful hospitality and prompt service. I was well informed of everything. I was taken care of in a timely manner. I am very happy I chose Jenning s Car Care to go to for service. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. They have been wonderful from the first phone call to following the service.

Took about an hour to change a single tire - and I was the only one in the place.Seems they did not fit it correctly to the rim because the tire leaks air, requires a refill every week, maybe less.Overpriced as well.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Jennings Car Care for years. They've always treated me very well and they've done terrific work keeping me on the road. This is an honest, straightforward and trustworthy business. They very rapidly earned my trust years ago and continue to do so today. I have been going to Jennings since 2017 and would not trust any other place to service my vehicle.They are very honest, caring and stand by the work they do. And never upsell because they do not have to.This is the kind of car care center you want to bring your vehicle to.Thank you Dean, Rick and the rest of the team !! 5 Stars

My recent service was for a noise I thought was a rear wheel bearing. The team said the tires had odd wear and were making the noise. Recommended new tires and an alignment. The noise that was driving me crazy is gone! TY Jennings.I also was expecting to pay for rear brakes but they told me I have 1000s of miles still on there. Saved me hundreds. I'll definitely be back when they need it.Simply fixing problems and saving me money goes a long way these days. I have been using this place to service all of our card over the last few years. I think they do a great job, reasonable prices and very pleasant to work with. I have been to other garages where you are left with an unpleasant feeling that you are being ripped off. Nice people, but greatly overcharge (based on my one experience). Went somewhere else and got the same issue fixed for less than half the price.

A while back I HAD to have a certain off-brand tire in an oddball size for my truck which I could only get mail order. I went to Jennings with my "dilemma" as I felt bad asking them to then mount and balance these oddities on a yet to be purchased set of wheels (again, oversized and flashy). I expected the stinkeye because, after all I was not buying tires from their shop. I got no such treatment....in fact, they were willing to work with me and since they made me feel so welcomed I ordered wheels through their shop and had them do the work. Fast forward a couple years and I bring in a classic car in and say "can you look at these tires and tell me if I should replace them? I'm concerned about their condition only because of their age and lack of use." Did they sell me tires? Nope. They gave me their honest opinion and said "Run them, I would".This year I am going to buy new car tires AND new truck tires...from Jennings. And THAT is how you build and maintain a strong customer base!Oh, and the alignment on the truck tires after 2 1/2 years of abuse? No uneven wear. So add quality workmanship to the great customer service and honesty that is not found everywhere today.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Always been amazing. We move a lot on military orders and use hundreds of different car care companies all over the nation. This is literally the only one that you feel welcome and also the only one that's ever called me to say "hey I'm sorry we overcharged $5. Would you like me to refund it to the card or l have it on account until next time?" A bunch of great guys and will continue to go to them as long as these orders keep us here!

Highly recommended. I have used them many times. In one of the first times I used them I had very noisy front brakes. I thought it was probably time for new pads and maybe new rotors. When they could have easily sold me more than I needed they found the issue and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of new brakes. Just one example , there have been other examples. Honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. Great place to go. Very nice people work there. Ricky who works the desk is top notch. He's very nice and helpful and you feel welcomed even if you have lots of questions (like I did). The wait area even has cell phone charger station. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait area is cold. A space heater of some sort would make it much more comfortable while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired.

I wont take my car to anyone else. Rickey is super helpful with taking my car in when I need it worked on. He is up front with price and what needs to be done. They have helped me get back and forth to work while my car has been at the shop. Nice to have honesty at a garage when you could get railroaded somewhere else. Go to Jennings. I have used Jennings for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I know very little about cars but in five years I have not felt that I was being taken. My car is 15 years old and often needs attention. I recommend them without reservation

Everyone there was extremely nice. The reason for the 3 stars was the prices are astronomical. It should not cost $1100 for front and rear brakes. Good thing I know better.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I was in Warwick working from out of town, and getting ready to leave the next day. I had a tire leaking and they got me in right away, plugged it, and charged a very reasonable fee for quick service. I highly recommend Jennings Car Care! Thanks again guys!

Great service! The Jennings team understood my high mile Ford Fiesta needed a lot of work and worked hard to diagnose the most critical issues first. They communicated with me daily until we, together, established a plan that made sense for the age of the car. When I dropped off the car it was streaming oil, the AC was busted, the engine light was on and I needed an inspection. Now everything is back running smooth

I had a tire that was losing air. Took it to Jennings and they removed a nail and plugged the hole quickly. I have taken my cars here for tire service, new tires and minor maintenance for 25 years and have been taken care of very well and never disappointed. Dave Jennings was awesome and his son Dean continues the same family tradition. Nothing but good to say about Jennings Car Care.

Everything you could want in a shop. The customers all looked happy. They didn't mind when I said I had to wait for my car to be done. I had an emergency family situation and they did my tires the same day I called. Dean, as folks say, is a great guy. The staff are all cool, and they smile. The break area has coffee and water and a bathroom, everything you could need. And there is nothing wrong with my car after going home and driving a long way. It may be a 24 mile drive to Jennings, but I will always go back, and you should, too!

What amazing people! I was unlucky enough to get a flat tire at 5pm on a Friday, but so lucky to have caught Melissa just before she left. She heard the panick in my voice and told me to bring my car in. Everyone stayed late (on a Friday!!) to help me with my car and they were all incredibly gracious. I am so grateful to Dean, Melissa and the rest of the crew. This is above and beyond fantastic customer service. I m a customer for life.

Car wouldn't start, wasn't a battery issue. Dealer said they couldn't look at the car for a week. Called Jennings, they looked at the car that day which was a Friday, ordered the part and my car was back up in running by Monday morning. Reasonable price as well. Would recommend.

Service was great! Due to my work schedule I got to drop my car off and pick it up after hours. The Jennings kept me informed all day about what was going on with the car and when it was done.Happy customer!! :)
