I went into the dealership thinking I would just test drive the F-Pace for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service provided by Mike Hiraldo. Mike was very nice and attentive and made me feel comfortable with the vehicle and the dealership. After just one visit he won me over and a week later I came home with a new F-Pace which I LOVE. Really great buying experience. Glad I made the Jaguar choice.

When looking to purchase a Range Rover for my daughter, there was no question in my mind that I was going to give Mike Hiraldo at Jake Kaplan's a call. Mike immediately answered my questions through email and I had a variety of options on the vehicle within 24 hours. On the day of pickup, he spent time with my daughter reviewing how the car works and going over all safety features and of course reminding her not to scratch the famous rims on the tires! Mike and the entire family at Jake Kaplan's Warwick has always treated us like family and that is so important to me. I will continue to send any friends/family members looking for a Range Rover or Jaguar in their direction. Their approach to customer service is like no other. Mike makes himself available for questions long after the sale is finished. Thank you for making my past 2 experiences fantastic!

Jake Kaplan's went above and beyond to make the purchase of my first Range Rover everything I hoped it would be. Mike Hiraldo is an amazing salesman, and a testament to why I travelled from NYC to Rhode Island when there are plenty of Land Rover dealerships around me. His professionalism, knowledge, and accessibility made this a very seamless and enjoyable experience. I think it's safe to say that this is my first of hopefully many deals with Mike and Jake Kaplan's. Could not recommend more!

I would highly recommend Jake Kaplan Jaguar in Warwick. I bought a CPO I-Pace and the sales experience was phenomenal. The sales person was very knowledgeable, the test driving experience was very timely, very polite low pressure followup. Every person I interacted with was very helpful. I ve been to several dealers lately and the treatment I felt at Jake Kaplan was head and shoulder above the rest.

Excellent experience purchasing a new Land Rover Hybrid with Jake Kaplan - especially Mike Hiraldo and Lauren Fitzpatrick. Mike is very knowledgeable + acts as advocate in the process, and Lauren perfects the dismount with all the numbers + extras.

Update- Following the poor service below and subsequent post, I was contacted by the service manager. While my service advisor on for the first review told me his dealership only provided a loaner if you purchased the vehicle there, the service manager let me know that all customers can get a loaner. I scheduled my windshield repair and had great service. It was great to work with Barbara as my service advisor and I'll request her every time. She even went the extra mile to get my rim repaired. If you get assigned Michael as your service advisor, request a change, as he was the guy who provided the horrible service experience described below. Request Barbara!1st trip- Horrible service! They tried to charge me for tire rotation when my car s tires cannot even be rotated. Refused a loaner car. Requested they assist with my windshield warranty to get a crack repaired and the service advisor did nothing. I ll drive the extra mile to a Boston area dealer from now on!

Before I bought my Jaguar I-Pace from Jaguar McLaren of Palm Beach I went and spoke to the staff of my local dealer, Jake Kaplan. I wanted to make sure that I would not have an issue servicing this car here. They assured me this would not be an issue. I bought the car a few months ago and had my assistant call this week to set up the first scheduled service and address some warranty issues and was told they are not taking on any new customers. I called myself in disbelief, and after some pushing they agreed to look at the car in December (way past the due service date) and said that they may need to keep the car for 3 weeks or more and will not provide a loaner since I didn t buy the car from them. They did not have an I-Pace for sale when I was looking to purchase one. Will never buy from them again. Similar issues with Norwood Jaguar. Going to the dealer in Sudbury (who also would not provide a Loaner) in a couple of weeks.

Surprise prices for service!!! Range Rover was dropped off for oil change and we asked the servicemen to look at the odometer that was no longer displaying. Mario was the serviceman who we spoke with. Told me over the phone that the price to fix our odometer screen would be a little over $1,000 and asked if we would like to proceed with the repair. I decided to not have the work done at the time and told them I would call back. Upon picking up the vehicle, Mario gave us a new quote for the work. Amazingly that number jumped to $2300!!! Mario claims he just guessed a number over the phone. At the end, the $150 oil change turned into a $368 dollar job. Why? The odometer that Mario told me needed an adjustment now apparently took more time than they thought and needed to charge me for it. No phone call, no approval from me. Apparently, Jake Kaplan s delivers a price when you pick up the car from service. Mario did not communicate what the costs will be to look at the odometer nor give an estimate and seek approval prior to the work.

We just purchased our first Range Rover Sport and we are so pleased with this vehicle! Loved everything about the experience at Jake Kaplan s. What made our experience top notch and why we gave this review a 5 star is basically because of our wonderful and experienced salesman, Michael Hiraldo! He went above and beyond from the minute my husband walked in the door. We had many questions as this was our first purchase of a Range Rover and Michael answers all of our questions and concerns in a professional and honest manner! He took his time showing us all the amazing features this machine offers. Like I said the whole experience at Kaplan s was amazing. Thanks Jake Kaplan s and THANK YOU Michael Hiraldo!

Elaine and her team are extremely knowledgeable and considerate when it comes to either purchasing or leasing a car from Jaguar/Land Rover/Range Rover dealership. The service they provide is outstanding and they are always willing to help and make me feel comfortable whenever I visit the showroom. Elaine always returns my phone calls and makes me feel like a priority when I meet with her to discuss car options. I always enjoy visiting the showroom when Elaine is there because she takes the time to meet with me (even though I know she is quite busy) and genuinely cares about my car decisions. I am very happy to work with the Jake Kaplan team and will continue to do so for years to come. Thanks so much Elaine!!!

By far the BEST car experience I have ever had buying a car.! .. When i first walked in the dealership i was greeted by Mike and gave me a great smile and introduced himself. asked me what i needed and brought me right over to Lilly. Lilly was absolutely fabulous, easy going, direct, helpful, ..Just the best!!. Lauren @ Finance department was just as fabulous.. Cant say enough great things about this place..... Everyone in the place has a smile..its nice to see...I will not buy a car from anywhere else....

AVOID JAKE KAPLANS LAND ROVER!!!!Brought my Range Rover in for a couple issues.1-Backup camera not working.2-Engine stutteringThey could not find ANY problems, and charged me $254.Confirmed camera not working-that I already knew, tech said was probably the camera.I had the camera replaced with an aftermarket camera elsewhere, and they told me that the fuse was blown, which they didn t realize until AFTER removing the original camera. Once the fuse was replaced it worked fine, but the aftermarket camera was already installed.So their tech did not think to check the fuse for a camera not working.That should have been the FIRST thing he did.And the stuttering was driving me crazy (stuttering their tech said he could n t even feel) so I brought it to a local garage.The mechanic there diagnosed it (bad sensor) in about 5 minutes and was able to fix it for $250.You go to the dealer because they are supposed to be experts on that make of vehicle. That was not my experience AT ALL.I paid them $254 to not be able to diagnose the issues.Clearly incompetent.

Great customer service: Bryan Hart was very attentive with us as soon as we enter the dealership he was with us asking us if we needed help. My husband and I explain to him what we were looking for and he show us around got us the Velar and walked us through the whole process and show us the ins and out of the car. We are really appreciated for everything Bryan did for us. I truly recommend to visit Jake Kaplan s Jaguar and Land Rover Dealership and ask for Bryan Hart.

Called over to parts to order a part for my jaguar, They told me I couldn t order unless I was in the system and had been to the dealership before and that I would have to go to the dealership. They would not add me to the system. As it was a part they did not stock, It required prepayment and they could not take payment. I asked the parts person for the part number and he told me he could not provide me with the part number as they don t give them out. I requested to be forwarded to the GM and left a voicemail with no response. No a very good way of doing business. I d think twice before interacting with this dealership.

I've been very pleased with my experience at Jake Kaplan's Jaguar/Land Rover in Warwick. Being in my early 20s, I was nervous about venturing in at first, but the entire staff has been warm and welcoming to me, every time. Mike in the service department has helped me keep my 22 year old Jaguar in pristine condition. I've never had any surprises with repair quotes; they've been spot on, and he's even been helpful enough to work within my time restrictions and has given me alternative repair options when parts needed to be special-ordered. The service technicians are knowledgeable and very good at what they do, returning my car washed and without a trace of grease, dirt or oil. Bill, and the other members of the parts department have gone out of their way helping me find the hard-to-get parts, as I do perform quite a bit of work and preventive maintenance myself. Maybe one day I'll be able to comment on the sales department, but for now my Jaguar's keeper thanks to Jake Kaplan's.

I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience! The customer service here is exceptional. The entire team, from sales to finance were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Michael Esposito in particular went above and beyond to ensure he found me a vehicle with the exact specifications I was looking for since they did not have it in stock. Although it seemed that this particular vehicle may not be a available, he worked relentlessly to find it and he did! He had it shipped from Virginia in a timely manner and made the whole process easy and seamless. He did all the leg work on his end and I essentially just had to come in and sign for it! I never thought buying a car could be so easy and enjoyable. After this experience, I can t imagine I ll ever want to buy a car anywhere else. Thank you Michael and the team at Jake Kaplan s!

Let me begin by expressing my thanks to the team at Jake Kaplan's Jaguar in Warwick, Rhode Island. The process of finding just the right vehicle was made easier by Mr. Brian Chevalier, who is the Digital Marketing Director. I asked Brian about a specific model of SUV, and without fail, he found it. My wife and I arrived at the dealership, and met with the Owner, Ms. Elaine Kaplan who guided us through the process of purchasing a tremendous SUV, a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace. This vehicle exceeded our expectations, and was FULLY LOADED!!!! Ms. Kaplan was persistent that my wife test drive the vehicle, prior to discussing it's purchase. After driving the vehicle, it was abundantly clear that we were not leaving the dealership without the vehicle. Next, Ms. Lauren Fitzgerald, the business manager, guided us seamlessly through the finance process, and was able to place an UNBELIEVABLE warranty on our new investment the covers EVERYTHING. If you are searching for the BEST OF THE BEST, this is the group of individuals, and the ONLY dealership you need to do business with. Purchasing a certified pre- owned vehicle at Jake Kaplan s was one of my BEST car buying experiences . I was in and out in record time . Mike Hiraldo was very attentive and fast to keep things moving along , yet took the time to answer all my questions in detail .He was friendly and professional. It was a great experience!

We have been buying parts and dealing with this dealer for our auto repair business for over 2 years.the people are very professional, Courteous, and the parts delivery is fast. We recommend doing business with Jake Kaplan's, 2 thumbs up. ( update review) I went to return parts for my business and they said they dont return jaguar classic parts but im a business that dealt with you for years for our jaguar and Range Rover parts, and these are parts we didn't need or use on the job, that is not a way a big dealer should do business.

Great experience buying a car with Brian. Brian and the sales manager were not pushy at all like a-lot of other dealerships are. You can tell they want to make the buying process comfortable for you and are not just trying to make another sale. Would definitely buy another car from Jake Kaplans.

My name is Avelino Duarte, I recently purchased on April 27, 2018 a 2018 Range Rover HSE and was VERY pleased and happy with the service! Especially with Salesman Michael Hidalgo, he was extremely helpful with my questions, he had good knowledge to what he was doing and showing me and always returned my phone calls making me feel like family! I have had many excellent experiences in dealing with Barbara Stemmer, a member of Jake Kaplan's Service Consultant group. She is always well prepared and keeps me well informed of what's needed and when it should be done. She is always very accommodating meeting the needs of my schedule and a pleasure to work with. I travel quite a bit and have many service options. My loyalties are to Barbara and the Jake Kaplan team, which have always delivered superior service.

It is very unfortunate that they only care to service brand new vehicles! After many years of getting my LR3 serviced there, they did not care to help me when my front vents were not working. I was quoted about 3K for a diagnostic and more than 10K for the actual fix. I think they just did not want to do the work since the previous work they did was so lousy, I had to bring back the truck 3 times.They replaced my shattered sunroof which was very expensive and they removed all the paneling inside. They messed up the wiring and I could not move my seats or adjust the seat belts. They left the panels lose so I had to bring back the truck multiple times.I had enough of their expensive incompetence! I had my vents fixed for a lot less than what they were asking for a diagnostic!

I just had my first experience at Jake Kaplan's Land Rover and I could not be more satisfied with my new Range Rover Evoque. Paul, Tom, Brian and Mike went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to see my friends at Land Rover for all my auto needs!
