The team at J and S Auto is the absolute best in customer service, timeliness, cost and accuracy. They ensured I maximized my extended warranty benefits. They provided me a loaner car so I had transportation while they properly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. They kept me updated along the way and explained all the repairs thoroughly. They are always super friendly, helpful and courteous. I appreciate the convenience of their online payment system and the after hours pickup/drop off. They help me keep my 2014 Jeep running smoothly! No matter the vehicle, you're in great hands with J and S!

I highly recommend J&S auto repair, very fair and affordable upfront pricing, and they are honest in their recommendations. I brought my car in for brake pad and rotor replacement, I also got the brake fluid replacement and timing belt replacement. I was recommended to do some other minor fixes that could wait though. The manager, Steve, even gave me a charging cable for my phone when my phone battery died! Very accommodating and friendly. They have a new lifelong customer in me :-)

The customer service is 10/10!- Video report of their findings talking me through each step- Text message linked me too the findings where I can approve/deny any jobs I want. J&S is hands down the best auto shop I ve ever been to. They don t make you feel less than for not knowing anything about cars. They explain everything, they make you feel so taken care of. Additionally, their system for booking appointments, receiving updates and paying invoices is like nothing I ve ever seen!

I d just bought a new-to-me vehicle and within 24 hours realized that there was a concerning issue. Once I called J & S Auto, they had me dropping my vehicle the next morning and had it back to me in only a few days. On top of it all, they arranged transport to get me into a rental and communicated clearly and efficiently with me each step of the way!The level of professionalism, empathy and hard work that went into this process was noticed; we will be recommending them to all of our friends. j&s auto is an incredibly trustworthy auto repair shop for all ages and genders. they are completely transparent with all repairs that need to take place and the costs that would occur with each service. the costs are extremely reasonable for such reliable services and no services are performed without the owners approval. if you can t afford what needs to be done they let you take your car back with a safety plan set in place. I have brought my car into the Warwick location multiple times and have recommended j&s to friends and family- all which have been extremely satisfied with the care of their vehicles. i ll remain loyal to this shop as long as they are open

Every time I go for any service, they are extremely professional. If any suggestions are made, I don't feel pressured to have additional work done. I recently went in with a question and they not only looked at my car but didn't charge me since there wasn't anything wrong. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

My friend recommended this place after bringing their Land Rover in. I made an appointment online at 2 pm for 8am the next morning, they called around 9am after they sent a video of them going through my car, had a quote, I approved it and my car was done by closing time. Did oil change, new tires, a ball joint and brake fluid flush. I don't think my SUV has driven more smooth since I bought it and it was previously serviced at the dealership! Thank you!

I walked in to J&$ for sticker inspection, after 15 min the mechanics called me in to see inside my engine, clearly I am not an expert but anyone can see all my brake pads were shot down , worn out , also found out , I was braking with front brakes only the back ones weren't working. Now I had my car looked at in Massachussets none of the men pointed that out. I am so grateful to J& S for taking good care of me.

This has been my go-to mechanic for the past few years and I always feel very well taken care of at J&S. Everyone is friendly, the service is great and the prices are fair, I ve honestly never felt more comfortable with my mechanic as I do here. I m so grateful to have found y all and I recommend you to people any chance I get!

As always, J & S answered the call! After five roadside calls to AAA in the past 7 months to charge a dead battery, I brought my vehicle to J&S who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my alternator. Kelly and the boys: courteous and knowledgeable.

I had heard a lot of good things about J&S auto, so when I had a problem with my car I decided to try them out.Excellent and fast service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like being able to call and actually talk to someone.They also have newer technology which I like- Apple Pay and sending details and quotes to my phone.

I d like to shout out to J&S Auto on Roseland Ave in Warwick..I brought my car there today for the first time. I was so nervous, wondering if I finally found a reliable place. OMG, they were absolutely the BEST. Listen to my concerns.. after they did the inspection of my brakes and battery they sent me a video of what they found. Then sent me the estimate. Their prices were very reasonable.. I authorized them to do the repairs..I extremely recommend them !!!!!

I can t recommend them enough. I was told about J&S by a friend who advised me bring in my VW for a second opinion on some repairs I was quoted at the dealership. They were able to confirm what needs to be fixed as well as finding an issue that would have become a problem in the near future. They were able to fix both issues for far less than the dealership quote. I had called them a few times while they had my car to ask additional questions and to ask about another minor issue I had forgotten about. Not only was the service excellent and completed faster than I anticipated, they made the active effort to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. It seems like a simple thing but it makes all the difference. Unexpected car trouble is never a fun time but they made it a far less stressful. I highly recommend them!

We took our 2019 Chrysler 300 to J&S for an ABS / AWD code. They replaced a wheel sensor and covered it under our extended warranty. Great work, person on the phone was super polite and helpful. I highly recommend.

J&S always takes such good care of us. Between my husband and I we have taken our cars in several times. From the texts/website estimate to the videos they send with detailed explanations of their diagnostics, it s always an easy process. The mechanics are insightful, Kelly is an angel, and I always know my car is in good hands!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Was offered a ride back home when I dropped car off and they also offered a ride back to pick my car up. Family run business. Very accommodating for me. Also had a finance company who you can work with if you can t afford the services needed.
