So I found a used Infiniti Q60 that I wanted to test drive and take a look at. It took about a hour for me to drive to this location where the car was. I made it clear I was very interested and I wanted to buy the car. The salesman was great and we went for a nice test drive. The sales manager seemed nice at first. Literally he went back and forth to his managers office 4 times supposedly with his bait and switch tactics. The difference of about $3000 was what we could not agree upon. Finally after all the haggling I put a $1000 down payment on the car. I was cleaning out my car and getting ready to take possession of my new car and someone who said he was the finance manager came out and said that I would have to do their financing plan. This is not what we agreed upon. I was done. At this time I had spent over 3 hours here and was done playing games. I put my stuff back in my car and left. It then took me several days to get my deposit back and which was very sketchy. I ve been a manager for years and the lack of customer service and communication between your staff is horrendous. You just lost a customer for life.

Great experience with them. Purchased our Countryman there. Any time I needed service Darrell and the service department would get me in and out in a reasonable time.

Great customer service with associates and staff who will find you everything you need. The experience is amazing from the moments you walk into the each individual dealerships you are treated with respect. The Lexus dealership treats its customers like royalty by rolling out the red carpet and the bows on all new cars. I highly recommend this is the place to go!

Took my car to Inskip's Warwick AutoMall recently. Had 3 claims for my 2013 Audi A6 and everyone there was so professional, genuinely caring especially Miguel & Vanessa. They took care of everything and the body work and paint job was amazing. It looked brand new. Even went the extra mile polishing the car. Would totally recommend them anytime. I have an older car but they treated it like a brand new car. Great people there. You can count on excellent work. They have a loyal customer for life.

We use the Smart Center and Brett always manages out service. We have never been disappointed. Professional, trustworthy, fast service. Pop over to the Tree House Pub for lunch during your service!

I would like to thank the manager for responding to my earlier post when I ranked them a one star because of misinformation the gave my wife and I regarding a promotional BMW finance offer. He called me the following day and apologized and sent me a check for the disputed amount.

I travel bout an hour to Warwick to get my Lexus serviced regularly...usually it's after work and I'm tired and do not want to take the drive there....I must say RYAN is my service coordinator and he provides such EXCELLENT customer service, going above and beyond not only to make you comfortable which makes it less painful for me when I'm exhausted, but also to make sure that my car gets the BEST service...I leave absolutely satisfied and happy Everytime! I refer to this dealership and Bait and Switch Auto Group. My smart car needed to have a brake job done. When I called to make the appointment for the repair I asked how long would they need my car to do the repairs. My past experience has been oh we will only have it for today it'll be done at the end of the day. But they've always had it more than one day. This time was no exception they had my car for 4. Full days. This was a great inconvenience to myself and my family to be down a car for 4 days. When I purchased my smart car over 2 years ago I was told that I would have a loaner car if they had my car for the whole day or any additional days. As long as I go to inskip for my service. Also I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed every time that I get my car serviced. In the beginning when a nice gentleman by the name of Brent was my service department advisor. She always had a loaner car for me ready to go when I arrived with my smart car. I never had to ask it was already available. When I returned the loan a car to pick up my smart car it was always cleaned and vacuumed and ready to go. When Brent moved South and left in skip so did quality of service. I love my smart car but I hate the service I get at inskip. I'm really thinking about trading in my car to get a new one and it will not be at any of the inskip dealership.

Overall good. Two people helped me including another salesperson due to my salesperson being off. Only thing I didn't care for is how Long it took my plate. My salesperson stated on my last day of eligibility on my temporary plate, that he would come in and talk to people to get someone to possibly run my new plate out to me. I had gone in the morning to get my plate, and he wasn't scheduled until 12 PM to come in. There was no guarantee that he would have been able to find someone to run the plate out to me. That would gave left me high & dry. My salesperson had mentioned that "my plate had been there", bit not for more than ten days of the 20 days allowed for a temporary plate. I work over 50 hours at my first job, and close to 30 at my second and I don't have as much time as a usual client to pick up plates. Perhaps, it shouldn't have come down to me initiating a plate being put on ONLY. Two people knew it was needed.

My father and I went looking to purchase an Audi. We had been shopping around for quite some time and decided to have a look at Inskip Audi's inventory. We were greeted by our salesman Chris Jones who was nothing but polite. There was no pressure as we had no real intent to buy that very day. After a test drive and further talking with Chris, needless to say, we are now proud owners of an Audi A4. There was no pressure to buy but when we did buy, not only Chris but the entire staff we encountered treated us more than fairly the moment we entered the door. Buyers Beware!! I work near the storage lot where some of the cars are kept and see cars being beat on and raced up and down the roadway that goes to and from the dealerships. I have also seen on many occasions the couple of stop signs on this road being driven through at a high rate of speed with cars hardly slowing down at all at the signs. I find this to be very unprofessional, disrespectful and surprised that this isn't monitored by management.

If you buy an auto from them, make sure you check it out completely. I bought a BMW only to find out this auto has been in some pretty serious accidents. I happened to have been sideswiped a couple years later only to find that the drivers side had an 1/8 of an inch of bondo from door to rear quarter. Body shop told me other side was full of plastic also as was the front.

Just fed up with the whole Audi experience. The diesel settlement was a sham, and Inskip did nothing to own it, or work with their customers. Sorry to be dumping it on them, but have purchased numerous vehicles from Inskip and thought there was a value in loyalty.
