Infiniti of Warwick has people who care. Ron Antonucci is knowledge and gets the job done. He has been my point of contact for service. Happy to have him. The mechanics are great. I ve never had any issue with any maintenance or repairs. All completed correctly and on time. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was THE BEST vehicle shopping experience my husband and I have had! William Wise; exceptional service! I cannot say enough great things about him! Very kind, professional and makes you feel at ease. He found 2 vehicles for us right away and after choosing one he made sure what needed to be done was done and a couple of extras that I asked about as well. He made sure to keep in touch with us by phone and email. We came earlier than expected to pick it up and found it polished with a big red bow and congratulations sign!! Makes a person feel very special for sure. He went over all the features with us(and there are a lot) and especially focused on the safety features which I liked. If/when we need to buy again we are definitely coming back to William. INFINITI of Warwick is lucky to have him! I highly recommend him to anyone vehicle shopping. Got a flat tire on my way home from vacation. Was able to drive on the run flat to the dealership.. Once I arrived the work was done right away! Sergio even noticed I would need an inspection sticker within a couple of weeks and my inspection was done!

I was greeted at my car door by the service writer Sergio. He complimented the good condition my car looked and escorted me to his office to discuss the some of my concerns with the vehicle. He listened very attentively and offered me a beverage while I waited. Chris the service manager came out as well to make sure everything was going smoothly and to offer further explanation regarding some of the concerns I was having. They made sure I had full clarity. Shortly after my car was cleaned, serviced and drove perfect. The Service team did an amazing job and I I couldn t imagine going anywhere else.

people are wonderful my sales person steve from Warwick infinity was the best. he explained every detail about car i purchased. my car was also delivered by steve my sales personal because i didn t have a car. they cleaned and detailed car as well as fill the tank up . i just loveeeee my car thank you infinity warwick and to steve thank you for everything your the best

I bought my infinti through Steve and he was absolutely amazing. The service department is who I have the issue with. I purchased the tire and rim protection and at my first oil change and my husband asked for them to change the sticker on the rim because it was peeling and looked awful, they said no problem. So they must have been busy because they didn't change it, no big deal. So went back for my second oil change and a different guy told my husband it is not covered and then on top of that proceed to tell me I need back brakes. Right, I don't even get an oil change every year because I don't even drive my car and I need brakes?! I will never purchase another vehicle through them.

I had one of the best car buying experiences this week at Infiniti of Warwick with Steve Romjue. As an avid car buyer (every 18 months), he made the process quick, no stress, and easy. Service was great. Even washed my car even tho sign posted that they were short on help and would not be doing car wash. Disappointed to find out that the 3 years of free oil changes is only 22500 miles which will be no more than 2 yrs.

Bill is a fantastic salesman, i took an hour and a half drive out there to test drive a car, after the test drive i wasn't a fan of the car but i didn't want to give up looking. Bill went above and beyond to find me another car to look at, i loved it and ended up buying it. I highly recommend this dealership, they aren't one of those dealerships that don't care about you and just want to make a sale, they help you every step of the way and want you to find a car you love.

The Service Department at Infinity of Warwick is awesome. I dropped my car off to have the rims looked at. I thought the paint was coming off at the carwash and that seemed weird to me. When I was dropping the car off, Sergio asked if anything else was giving me problems. I let him know I had seen a puff of smoke come out the exhaust periodically, under acceleration. He told me they would take a look and get back to me. Later that day, Sergio call to let me know they were giving the car a full inspection in the morning. The next day he called again to let me know they were replacing the rims and installing (2) new turbos (under warranty/no charge). I have had the car back for a week now and it runs like brand new. I can't say enough good things about Sergio and the service department. Thank you again, you guys went above and beyond!!! 5 Stars!!!

David Gomez at Infiniti Warwick proved to me that there are car salesman who are transparent, caring, respectful and helpful in the car industry.Long story: I was in the market for a QX60 for a long time. Each salesman I met at other dealerships had a take it or leave it attitude because the QX60 model is in very high demand. I was almost ready to go with a Palisade or a Pathfinder for this reason until I called Infiniti of Warwick and met David Gomez.David really helped me gain the confidence in the product and helped me through finding the vehicle and patiently helping me throughout the process. He is not a pushy salesman at all. He always responds with details to all the questions I have had and has been very resourceful throughout the purchase. He knows his vehicle very very well so the demo of the car was very interesting and insightful.There are no games the Infiniti of Warwick plays with you; the price is transparent and there are no last minute mandatory add-on they push on you. This really stood out for me and I appreciate Infiniti of Warwick and David for being that way.A big shout out to David Gomez for restoring my faith in Infiniti and making this process a breeze. Joseph Polouski has a 2019 Infiniti QX50 Essentials,Awd, and at 65000 miles Joseph has had the Led Eyebrow lights went, the power strut s for hatchback went, the front Door illumination scuffplaes went, then at 72000 miles the 2.0 supercharged hybrid Engine went due to a rod,e Bearing Failure. Awesome, Very Honest, Supportive, Hardworking Outstanding Service Advisors Paul Mc Atee, Sergio Vaz, Awesome Service Manager Christopher Musone is, Are Awesome, Outstanding, is Very Supportive, Very Knowledgeable, Very helpful Throughout the Repairs, troubleshooting, Highly recommended These Awesome, Awesome People. The sales associate Steve Romjue was excellent and very professional. I wish my family met him sooner we would have definitely bought all of our cars from him. He truly took the time to explain all of the features of the car with us. He also assured us if we have any questions, issues or concerns he would be able to assist with anything we need. I would Definitely recommend Steve to all of my family and friends.
