I only had my Alfa Romeo Stelvio for one month and the battery died last week after the few cold days we had. Today, Aaron took my car in , they filled the battery, tested it and taught me on few issues I was having problems with regarding Apple Play, Bluetooth, navigation etc. They even washed my car before they gave it back to me. I was very pleased with the experience I had overall. Aaron was very thorough explaining to me what was being done to the car and extremely personable. It was a great first experience.

Blew a tire today and had a good experience between Cadillac of Warwick and Cadillac of Norwood. Norwood was able to come out and change my tire to my spare and Warwick was able to get me in same day so that they could change the tire on my original so that I wasn t driving around on the spare. it was not the quickest of service, but I was grateful that they didn t tell me they could help me for for days

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation this week. The mechanic doing the work found two problems which Greg, the Service Advisor brought to my attention.Had it not been for their attention to detail, I would not have been aware of these issues and they would have continued to get worse.Greg arranged for a rental car and they called me within 24 hours saying that all of the required work had been performed.I was given a detailed report of the work which had been done as well as a written statement telling me such metrics as the tread depth of my tires, condition of my brake pads etc.This is the quality service that has made me a repeat customer at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick, R.I.

AJ is very knowledgeable and friendly. He goes out of his way to help you. Explain the problems and gives advise. The other staff are good also, but I've been going to AJ for yrs. I'd recommend Herb Chambers. I'd also like to say, even though it's a Dealership, the prices aren't too bad.

Today was my first time using the Service Dept at Herb Chambers Cadillac. I found Greg to be very pleasant and efficient. Things were very busy so it took a bit longer than expected but since the dealer I have been using couldn t get me in for a month I have no complaints. Thanks for the good service!

Always fast and amazing service! So glad I purchased the tire and rim coverage package. Anytime i bring it in my rims come out looking fresh and brand new! Worth every penny!

I really didn't have the service experience that I would have expected. The wifi stopped working in my car and I brought it to the dealer so that the wifi modem could be replaced - I had already spent about 7 phone calls with AT&T and they came to that conclusion. So I made an appointment at the dealer to have them do just that. I had 3rd party warranty insurance that covered that and the dealer was able to provide me a rental. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and the car just sat at the dealership for 8 days until They could look at it. Why make the appointment to just make me wait for that. They looked at the car 8 days later and then told me that spent an hour diagnosing it at $199 an hour and that they would need another 2 hours at $199 an hour for further diagnoses and after that they didn't know if the warranty company would cover it.- so instead of having to pay $1000 for diagnosis and a rental I decided to cut my loses. I went in and picked my car up and it cost me $529 to have nothing accomplished after 9 days. Well they did wash my car so I guess it was worth the $529.00 Overall I can't rate this as a good experience. The dealer should have just listened to me - I already had determined what was wrong had asked them to replace my wifi modem. But they didn't listen. Didn't call the insurance company and really did nothing but charge me $529 to accomplish nothing for me after having to have paid for a rental car for 10 days while my car sat in the lot. I'm sure they could have done much better if they only listened to what I asked for. I'm knowledgeable of the problem, had already worked with AT&T to troubleshoot it and just wanted it fixed. Live and Learn I guess. As much as I would Like to do further business and buy another Cadillac from Herb Chambers I may have to pass. I just can't afford the cost of their car wash service...

They fix the emission pump and some condensation in a line and I told them I would reschedule for the sensor light, which they were still diagnosting. I was there from 1:30 and it was know 4:00.
