I can not say enough good things about our experience from start to finish with Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo. From the beginning our sales guy, Noel was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Then we met the manager Maz, again you could just tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy!We had never leased before only purchased. They both took the time to explain all the details and made sure we felt comfortable. After a few days of questions and test drives we decided to pull the trigger.The great service didn't stop there. I'm not here to bash the previous dealerships we have dealt with but let's just say our last car we purchased for almost 50k and had to beg to get a key chain, absolutely no woo'ing, which with spending money like that I would expect a little something.Not these guys, they pulled out all the stops... Detailed the car, pulled it in front of a banner to take pictures, put velvet ropes around, a huge bow on top and to add icing to the cake Noel brought a confetti cannon from home for us since he knew how bad our previous experiences have been!! To some those details might not matter but when your spending money like this I would expect excellent customer service, which these guys definitely displayed.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car, they are some of the few left in the business that actually care about their customers

Customer Service sucks, will never buy another Alfa Romeo because of this. The customer service is a reflection of the manager. We were thinking of buying a new Alfa, until they screwed my wife over fixing the digital dashboard. We went and bought a Mercedes and were treated like valued customers.

Service customer service is terrible! The gentleman Corey is extremely rude and talks to you like you re stupid. I have multiple warrantees and still had me pay because he couldn t find them on my car. Bought my car there within the year and brought it for service multiple times but still asked me where i bought my car from!!! This is the 3rd time dealing with him and i tried to excuse the unprofessionalism the 2 other times but this 3rd time was completely unacceptable a luxury car brand customer service is.

I want to preface this by saying that I have never left a review in my life for anything. I feel compelled to write this, because ethics matter to me, and I want to help honest and hard-working people do business with like-minded professionals.For context, I am needing two business cars, one for myself and one for my business partner. He is interested in the Alfa Romeo Tonale and I am interested in the Stelvio 100th Anniversary edition. My local Nashville Alfa dealer is honest. When they didn t have the 100th Anniversary or ability to trade for it, they recommended I just call this dealer direct and buy it from them. I want to note, that they were willing to loose the business on that car to ensure I was satisfied. I call this dealership and the car I want to purchase is available for the price advertised, and that their sales manager will give me a call to discuss. I get a call back from the sales manager who proceeds to tell me they are selling the car for $20,000 over sticker price. This is greed, poor ethics and deception all wrapped into one. They advertise the car on their site, tell you it s available at that price when you call, and on Alfa s corporate site at sticker price. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that does what they say , and holds a standard of decent business practice. On the flip side, my dealership in Nashville has gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy, and I ll probably just compromise on the car I want to give them the business on both cars. I did not end up getting a car from them but I still felt the need to write a review. As a woman, car shopping is a nightmare. Sales people don't respect your time, will rarely try to negotiate with you, or simply just talk down to you when you don't fall for their tricks. My experience at this location was the opposite. I let the sales person Michael know I was on my lunch break so I was very limited on time. He was quick with getting a car and I was able to test drive and get back to work on time. He then emailed me with some numbers and answered all the questions I had. No games or pushy sales tactics. If you are in the market for an Alfa I would suggest starting here.

I have to say that this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I prefer to drive 40 minutes away to the next Alfa Romeo dealership vs going to this place. The employees are rude and very unprofessional. My friend tried to go buy a car from them and they unsold her from what she wanted to buy. So she just went to the Tesla dealer down the road and purchased a vehicle from them. Smh

Stay away from this dealership group.Stay far far away.Very nice helping with sales but when it s time to return or buyout a lease from Ally bank it s a complete nightmare.I will update this review after my 6 week ordeal is finally settled. Bottom line is they admit Ally is very very bad with this but give great incentives on the purchase/lease. But at what cost?Is it worth loosing potential sales when someone is reading this now?Feel free to message me and I ll show you the nightmare process of back and forth between Ally and Herb Chambers.Also many of their 5 star reviews are from current and former employees which is very misleading. I know for fact.Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sales staff nice and knowledgeable.Would never bring my car into there service department. Major mis-diagnosis. Found another Alfa dealer with more experienced mechanical ability to service my vehicle.

This place is awful. They sold me a car KNOWING it failed inspection. I didn t know it wasn t inspected until I had my registration and license suspended. I bought an Alfa romeo and it was in the shop more than I was able to drive it. There are also rats running around in the show room of Cadillac when I speaking to the GM (who by the way was no help and refused to give me back my down payment on the LEMON THEY SOLD ME). Never go here.

Purchased a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We could not have had a better experience from the sales team. Went to all other luxury dealerships this last weekend. Nothing even close to the experience and service at Alfa Romeo. Robelin and Maz were above and beyond any other service we received that weekend. Also offered the best price for my trade in. If you are looking to purchase a new luxury car, this should be your place.

I did things out of order here, as I bought a giulia Ti Sport a week ago and just now happen to stop and read the reviews of this dealership. I am not surprised to see good reviews for Maz, Scott, and David. I am an out of state buyer that just happen to stop in to kill time between meetings to ask a few questions. They were respectful of my limited time, and by that afternoon Maz called me with an offer I could not refuse. It was no BS. He texted back and forth to answer my many small questions through the evening, and by Monday the paperwork was out to me, and sent back for Wednesday to finalize. That next Friday I drove home and they are still in the deal helping me out on my other lease turn in they don t even represent. By far the easiest and least stressful of car purchases. I have and will continue to recommend this team.

They sweet talked me into tire and rim insurance and when I tried to use it they said it wasn t covered. I will never ever buy a car from them again ever it s not the point of money it s lies. I overlooked the first time I took in for oil change it took them 30 minutes after they told me someone will be her shortly. I had to leave after 45 minutes and leave keys with salesperson.

Take notice.. the sales team is excellent. The service team which is at Cadillac did the best they could. We purchased a 2019 Stelvio. The sunroof failed in first week. We were given a loaner, yup a Cadillac not an Alfa. So here is my gripe, the part to repair the roof was received and was broken upon arrival and sure enough the part was then on back order. So fast forward three weeks and ready to pick up then errrrr put on the brakes the shade tore when reinstalled. We were without our brand new 50k car for a month. So I asked the service team to make this right. I suggested an extended warranty as I am concerned this may just be the beginning. Also it does not help that in order to repair the sunroof required the headliner to be removed . No longer factory solid. We want to see the Alfa brand grow in the US. FCA do the right thing by us make us feel better about our purchase and give us some peace of mind. This in no way reflects the dealership but on FCA not having a good inventory in order to complete repairs in a timely manner and the failure of the part.

Where do I begin with this car? It s a 2019 Alpha Romeo Ti Lusso. I worked with Maz, Alex, and David.Alex knew all the bells and whistles and made sure I did, in a kind way. David in finance was very knowledgeable and made the process the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced. He was great!And now Maz, he is a kind, understanding man, easy to talk to and at no time do you feel pressured. I told him how much I wanted to spend and he worked around it. And now the car. I can t tell you how much fun this car is to drive. The handling is amazing, and the mellow sound of the pipes puts a grin on my face every time. I love it!Chris Kelly

I m extremely happy with the experience I recently received in securing my 2016 Cadillac CTS. Alex was immediately interested in helping me find my upgraded version of a CTS. No pressure was applied and I felt very trusting in the autos he was presenting for my eventual purchase. Dave in finance was equally helpful in finding me the best percentage rate and bank. Once I decided, Alex was ALWAYS there for whatever question I might have had, even weeks after my purchase.

I had high hopes for this dealership but unfortunately they are scummy just like the rest. They tricked my elderly mother-in-law to purchase a wheel protection plan. And when she actually needed it they would not honor the purchase. Avoid at all cost.

The team here is excellent -- in fact, this is my second Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Maz and Roberto were incredibly fast in responding to all my communications and my second deal here was fast and convenient. The total time I invested -- from my initial inquiry, to finding the right car, to the negotiation, to signing the papers -- was essentially completed in less than a couple of hours. And I should mention, most of this time was spent from the comfort of my home while Roberto and Maz put in the work to put the deal together. They are all gentlemen and ladies here, including Jackie who completed the financial transaction. It's a pleasure to do business with this team and I commend Herb Chambers for assembling, training and leading such a fine group of people. I also commend Maz for creating such a friendly, customer-focused culture here in Warwick. Kudos and thank you.
