Wow! First time I came here for an inspection of my Lexus. I was treated wonderfully by Carly and Jacob. Last night I called to schedule an oil change for today. I explained I had another appointment with my car for 1130 am so we made the oil change appointment for 9 am. I show up for my appointment 15 minutes early. I'm then told it will take another 45 min to bring my vehicle in and then another 2 or more hours until it's completed. (For an oil change). I drove 40 min to be told "well you should have came at 8 o'clock". Didn't offer to reschedule me. Just let me walk out the door. Kid at the front desk needs customers service training and mechanics re training. I asked him a very simple question about ATF additives and he couldn't answer my question. Truth be told I'll probably never come here again after this morning. What a waste of time. One bad employee ruins the rest of the business. Too bad, because y'all do quality work.

My 2004 Mercedes E320 was recently here to get a few procedures done. Tire and wheel mounting and balancing, an all wheel alignment, as well as getting an ABS light diagnosed. Elite was able to complete all three procedures fantastically! My only criticism is that I needed to be the one to call and check on the vehicle every time for an update. Rather than being the one receiving a call. Sam was very pleasant and knowledgeable however it seemed difficult at times to get a hold of him. Could have been due to it being Christmas week. Nonetheless I would still recommend anyone I know to get their car fixed at Elite Auto Repair!

I recently moved to Wawick, RI and a friend recommended me to Elite Auto Repair. I had an excellent experience at Elite! The service was prompt, the staff was knowledgeable, and I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable oil change services and much more! Also, I was planning on taking my car to a car wash after Elite and I didn t have to because they washed and vacuumed my car. Made my day. Thank you Elite.

I was a customer of Prestige auto and was referred to Elite upon their retirement. I was well received by the Elite staff and received a prompt on-line quote concerning the work I needed. They did the job well and as a BONUS took out a bumper ding without me asking...free of charge! It was amazing that they did this service and made me very happy. I would recommend them if you need service on your vehicle.

Had some issues with my daughter s car. These guys went above and beyond to diagnose it and they also let me know the general condition of the car. We had the repairs done and I am thrilled with the outcome. Fixed it the first time, they were super nice and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend and I will definitely service all our cars here.

Very professional. I have a 1999 VW eurovan and after 3 previous mechanics that didnt address all my issues. Elite auto detailed all issues and fixed my eurovan in a very timely manner. .."Timely being the key word" communication about my vehicle was awesome from beginning to end. Thank You Elite.

The whole experience was hassle-free. I came in due to damaged electrical wiring due to rodents. Got initial diagnosis in less than 3 hours, repairs done in less than a day and they performed other checks regarding the general condition of my car as well. Sam was very efficient in his communication throughout.

Went for a inspection on a new to us car. The appointment was easy to book - they completed the inspection in a timely manner. They were helpful and friendly. I waited for the car and while I was waiting several regulars stopped by and seemed to be happy with the shop. The shop was clean and as comfortable as a waiting area can be - they appeared to be repainting.

When my car needed service, Elite made the process seamless. They provided me with a loaner car which allowed me to go about my day and not have to wait on site. I was sent full pictures and descriptions of what needed to be done and why, which was extremely helpful. When I picked up my car not only was it in fantastic working order but Elite had cleaned and vacuumed the inside, it was wonderful!! I will definitely take my cars there from now on!

My car is an old, old lady and Elite took very good care of her. They sent me detailed info on what was wrong with her and their pricing is super transparent and fair. They dropped me off to wrk after I dropped my car off which is great. I was happy to be able to use one of their loaner cars while my old lady was having Major Surgery (the loaner had heated seats and I almost didn't want to give it back, but 2024 isn't the year I want to go to prison for car theft). My car is feeling better now but the absolute best part is that when I got it back, the inside of my windshield was clean. I've been meaning to do this forever but...squirrel...however now I have new brakes (safety first) and I can see out of my windshield! Would totally recommend Elite to anyone and everyone.

Carly, Sam & the entire Elite team were on topOf communication, transparency with repairs and over the moon friendly. Not only did they fix my car, but they washed and vacuumed (it was a mess). I had 2 tires blow on the highway, but also needed brakes & new tires. They worked with my insurance and dealt with the entire process. I got a previous quote for repairs from my dealer and it was almost double what they charged. Thank you!! My new favorite spot!

Elite was recommended to me and I couldn t be more grateful to have a reliable friendly business to do business with. My car broke down on a Friday afternoon. I had my car towed to them not knowing them at all. They were so accommodating and fixed my car in about 2/3 hours and I got to pick it up at a very reasonable price that same day and didn t have to rent a car for the weekend. My rear brake pad change alert came on around 15.8k miles for a new 2023 BMW. I had a feeling that it was the sensor and not the pads themselves but needed the expertise to confirm one way or the other. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming. I am 100% satisfied with their assessment, explanation, quality of work, and the final cost. I now know where to bring my cars for service in the future.

I took a 2003 Jaguar in for inspection!The service was outstanding! Had a temporary missing registration and Sam talked me through duplicates in DNV website They use technology but never lost the personal touch whatever it s offering rides etc. Carly was great and super attentuve.The follow up report is the most detailed I ever received.Will be using them for future car repairs !Heartily recommend Elite

After being screwed over on my X3 by other mechanics, I looked around for places that other's spoke about. I decided on Elite and am I glad I did! From Carly who called me back DURING their lunch break to Sam and the crew who kept me abreast step by step! I don't know anywhere else that literally shows you what the issues are/can be and then come up with a step by step process keeping customers from just jumping into the deep end. They have won my continued loyalty! Thank you guys!!!

I always get good service at Elite Auto. My most recent visit was for an oil change. They conducted this service in a timely manner and I will use them again for whatever comes up next. Very nice shop. Kept me well informed of what they found and what they wanted to do about my Coolant loss problem in Audi S6. Found the problem and fixed it.. Cleaned up everything nicely. Very pleased!

Elite Auto Repair would get 10 stars from me. I m not from the area as I am from Virginia but came into town for a concert. After the concert I got a nail in my tire. I was able to put a spare on to make it to the hotel. The next morning I went to 3 different places before elite (as they were closer to my location) to try and get my tire fixed to get on the road to head back home to Virginia. NONE of the other shops were able to help me as they said it would take them hours to plug my tire. After explaining my situation to Elite they offered to help right away! They were super polite and professional. Not only did they drive my car right in to fix it they also put my spare tire back in the correct spot! They had me in and out in no time. I had no issues with the tire on my 10hr drive home! Thank you to the Elite staff for helping me get home! You are greatly appreciated

Disclaimer: I am from Texas not RI, and was in RI by myself. Had to find this place on my own. So these people told me to leave them a review. I wasn t going to because the owners son Sam is a great guy but I can t let this stuff just pass. I drive a Porsche Panamera 2011 turbo. I took it to them because one day my car started over heating off the start up. Because my car is older the Porsche dealership in Rhode Island told me they couldn t work on it, so I had to take it to these guys. Worst mistake of my life. They charged me 2300 dollars claiming my coolant hoses was the problem when I m actuality it really was just a radiator cap giving me problems. 2300 Va a 354 dollar fix. I have documents proving this. Also in the process of them changing the hoses they ended up tearing a hose up (on their own!!!) and told me that they would ONLY charge me A hundred and change to fix it hoe the heck you break some stuff on my car and turn around and charge me for it, and make it seem like that was the best course of action. I guess because I m black and not one to act a fool In public they thought that would be ok to do to me. This was when they charged me the 2300. Fast forward I get the car back and every thing is ok until I sit idle. If I left the car sitting too long it would over heat again so I brought it back to them and they didn t see anything wrong so i said ok and drove off. It didn t do that again but then again the weather changed from extremely hot to fall kind of weather so maybe that played a part. Ok fast forward to a month later I m getting problems when I m driving like a misfire. I being it to them because again they are all I know and they tell me it s a spark plug and cool. Ok cool. Them they tell me the car is overheating again but they found the problem turns out it was the cap in the radiator blocking flow so that tells me that was the problem the whole time and they just caught it 2600 dollars later. Ok so they change the spark plugs and fix the radiator and they claim to fix these things and that s another 1700 dollars. Bringing the total amount of money they have robbed me for to 4000 plus when in all actuality it should ve been about half of that. Ok cool 2-4 weeks later I m getting ready to leave Rhode Island and here we go with another problem it starts doing the weird stuff that it just did the last time whew they had to change the spark plugs and the coil. Now I call them on a Sunday and the owner says it s nothing he can do because he s in Tennessee until the next Monday. I say f it and get on the road to Va with the problems, stopping to let it cool down so that it can drive normal every now and then. Ok cool I finally get to Va and immediately bring it to my regular mechanic at German auto in Yorktown and that s when I find out these people have been just playing ping pong with my dang car. Everything is messed up!! Screws are loose from the oil change!! Hoses aren t tightened to specification!! The dang spark plugs aren t even OE!! But they claim to be certified!! I am pissed and feeling robbed of over 4000 dollars. Sam or not that company will be getting a law suit. Believe that!

Excellent shop with very friendly staff and top notch service. I had Elite Auto work on my camshaft components on our ML350 and also had tire rotation/balancing done. From the moment I walked in to schedule some work to the minute I walked out I was treated with excellent customer service. I knew right away I would be happy after seeing how welcoming everyone was. They also do a overall check on the vehicle to help keep you informed of potential future failure points.Mike was excellent and worked with me to go through details of what needed to be done and even helped me cut down the price by using paperwork from other shops that showed work already done that would have been redundant otherwise.Mike kept me informed during the repair to give me and heads up along the way and to estimate completion timing. I was also happy to see loaners are available and those loaners are nice vehicles to help me go about the next few days in comfort while repairs were being done.Although this shop was a little more out of my way, I'm glad I chose Elite Auto to work on my Benz. I will definitely be going back whenever I need and recommend others to check them out, you won't be disappointed. A+ in service, cleanliness, and friendliness. I was also happy to see they didn't push me on any additional work that wasn't needed right away. Something I truly appreciate. They will work with you on pricing where they can, which helped me very much. I also noticed other customers who very happy and they were all treated very well.Thanks guys!You were great to me!

Excellent service from a fair, honest and personable team! I've been coming to Elite for years for auto service and repair needs (and so has most of my family). I trust Mike and the team to give me an honest assessment of the work that needs to be done now, versus what will be needed in upcoming visits. This is great for planning, for example when saving up for a big spend like new tires... no surprises! They don't give the big sell for work you don't need, and I feel like their pricing is fair and transparent. It's easy to make an appointment and their customer service is top notch. Plus, they have the best branded pens at the front desk.

I ve been to many many shops ranging from gas stations to top tier BMW dealerships in new England. I m in disbelief by the quality of this shop. There were a few things that really caught my attention 1) The owner is incredibly polite, honest and fair. So is the crew. These are NOT your typical mechanics - the employees seemed highly educated, clean, took care of themselves, respectful, etc. I was also happy to see this was a family run shop.2) The diagnostic was incredibly thorough for the price. They sent me a link with the breakout including some photos/videos of the more major issues needing to be addressed, verbiage from the technician explaining the issues seen, and color coding ranging from green (check was good) to red (requiring immediate attention). They of course also walked me through the entire list in person, which was great.3) The quality of the shop was amazing. Very clean, high end tools, and a level of organization I find to be rare in auto shops.If you are looking for a family owned business who won t play games and give you your moneys worth - this is your place, I guarantee it.
