I just recently had a driveshaft replace in my saab from start to finish nothing but the best service I spent years and many mechanics to find this place from the women in the front answering the phones to Mike the owner and the rest of the team nothing but honest helpful they can fix anything I travel from another state and I don't mind I know my car is in the best hands

The best (and one of the last) Saab shops around. Mike and Sherry are knowledgeable and fair. Do great work too. My go-to for anything I can't handle myself.

Mike and the crew are not only the best at what they do when it comes to maintaining Saabs,but they go above and beyond to make sure that if you need a part or a connection to get something accomplished that they cannot provide at that moment, you end up with exactly what you need! Friendly, professional ,courteous and always fair with the pricing..They are the best! Hands down.

One of the nation's best Saab repair facility. They've been in business well over 20 years and have experienced technicians on staff. They are also an Official Saab Service Center (OSC). The owner, Mike C., is an 11 out of 10 in integrity. Can't go wrong bringing your Saab here!

My son's 08 Saab 9-5 broken down while at College. After another shop looked at the car and recommended a new engine, the team at Conntech found a broken $20 hose. $3000 Engine vs $20 part! If you within 150 miles of Warwick, RI, I can t imagine taking your car anywhere but Conntech! Thanks so much! I've bought parts here a couple times and they've been a real life saver. I was able to get the parts I needed same day and for a fair price. These were somewhat obscure parts too. I don't think you'd be able to find another place around here that keeps genuine Saab parts in stock like that.

All the reviews are getting old so I thought I would chime in and concur that Contech is an oasis like no other for Saab repairs. It is not inexpensive to fix a fine automobile. Some of the parts can be very expensive. Contech is an honest and refreshingly thorough professional repair shop. There is nowhere else in the RI area with more knowledge and integrity than Contech. They will go through your Saab and notice fine details which need to be addressed beyond your initial repair request. They go above and beyond to let you know where you stand. I love knowing that they are paying attention. I feel in good hands when I need help. Second to none they are.

If you're allowed under the hood of my Viggen, you're either myself, Mike, or one of his techs. Conn Tech does top quality work right the first time, and has a huge inventory of used parts to save you money (or allow you to get the job done at all, for some of the rare odds and ends). A local flatbed driver once told me "this shop is one of the very few that I never have to pick a car back up after it's dropped off, because they don't mess things up." This isn't to mention the encyclopaedic breadth of SAAB knowledge you'll find here. Mike and Sherri are awesome people and are active in the enthusiast community; the latter is usually a sign of people with real passion for their work. Rhode Island SAAB owners are very lucky to have this shop right in their backyard. Go here.

This place saved the day! I was visiting for the weekend from Pennsylvania. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I noticed coolant draining out. I called near by auto part stores for the needed part and found out it was dealer only. I found Conntech, but it was around 7 on Friday. I called even though the website said they closed at 5:30. Someone not only answered, but found the part and I was able to get it that night. Excellent customer service! If anything happens again while I'm in the area, I will definitely be back.

These are good guys - my wife called me in a panic about the car not accelerating properly. I called Conntech and they instantly said bring it in. I got the car over there at 5:45 when they were closing and they still had a guy come out and do the diagnostics from the computer. Bad Throttlebody - they are working on the car now and we should be running again in less than 24 hours. Who ever hears about that anymore. helpful and honest.

Helpful and will work with you to fulfill all your Saab needs. Only thing that could use work is the secretary always answers the phone and says she will call back, and never does.

Only place I take my 9-5 too, always quality work done to my vehicle. Price range is fair, you get what you pay for so I dont mind paying a couple of bucks for top notch service.

Specialists? They wish. They don t know what they re doing here. It s all overhyped theories and dead ends at this place. They re rude, arrogant, and overpriced with no value to even back it up. Do not take your vehicle here. It ll most likely come back worse than when you dropped it off. Oh, and you ll get the typical run-around and the short-staff excuse. Beware.

This was the worst experience possible. They kept my car for 8 days, charged me $2200 and DIDN"T fix the original problem for which I brought the car in, in the first place. They said they "didn't have enough time" 8 days! Eight.
