Everyone there is so friendly, honest, and helpful! From the front desk to bob and the manager. I definitely recommend going there for any car needs.

This was my second experience Buying tires from Broadway tire I was very happy 5star experiences both times. I highly recommend stopping in at Broadway tire if you are in the market for tires or car repair before you take your vehicle anywhere else. Very professional.

I realized I had a nail in my tire and called Broadway tire to see if they could fit me in that day. Rich was very nice and told me to come in, he would squeeze me in between appointments but that it would be a 45 min wait. Turns out the tire could not be plugged because of where the nail was and Rich explained to me and quoted me a price for a new tire. To my surprise he was generous enough to give me a discount since I had expressed concern about the price since I wasn t expecting to have to buy a new tire instead of getting a plug.

Great experience at Broadway. The squeezed me in for oil change with short notice and got it don t quickly, also changed my filters at a reasonable price. Rich was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Rich and the team have been an amazing service provider for regular maintenance and repairs for years. My entire family has relied upon them for their excellent service and magnificent prices. Customer satisfaction and relationships are significant matters of concern and it is reflected in the accommodations and accoutrements of their spacious waiting room with beautiful leather couches and chairs. I have been able to complete work laptop obligations while drinking complimentary coffee at using their wireless internet

I had been chasing a vibration in my truck for about a year and had it at 3 different repair shops that could not find the vibration. I took my truck to Broadway Tire and not only did Todd and his crew find the vibration, they corrected my alignment which had been done completely wrong by the shop before them. Cost of repairs were a lot cheaper than any other shop and truck rides like new again. Highly recommend them!! Thank you Todd and your crew

My family doesn't trust anyone else for car service, from anything major down to a simple oil change! Nice to be able to trust your mechanic and not pay through the nose. It's also a super comfy place to wait for service and you can't beat chatting it up with Rich and Todd!!! Best place by far!

I had to change mechanics a year or so ago and this place was highly recommended. These folks are wonderful and trust worthy. They never try to sell me something I don't really need and their customer service is excellent. As a woman, I appreciate that they don't talk down to me like other places. I had an emergency trip to take and called to see if they could fit me in without an appointment and they made time for me. Can't recommend this business enough.

Broadway Tire did a fantastic job putting new wheels and tires on my Jeep. I ve been looking for the right place to have it done, and this place was recommended by a friend. They are quick and efficient. They also make sure to have all the details of everything you need. Shoutout to Rich for helping me. I couldn t be happier with the way my car looks.

I actually give this a 4.5. Used a Groupon deal for an oil change that was $19. NOTE: I had to pay additional sales tax that was not included in with the offer price. Not a big deal but didnt expect it. Greeted with a Hello and a smile upon entering. Service was great. The waiting room was very spacious and cool. Seating was very comfortable. Hands down one of the best waiting areas I have ever been in.They have multiple bays as well as a state of the art facility. Multiple technicians on once who are very knowledgeable in what they do.The reason I didnt give a 5 star was arrived at 9:55am for a 10:00am appointment for an oil change on a small car. I did not leave until 10:40. This was slightly longer than expected for an oil change. However, again, the waiting area, level of service, and their courteous staff more than made up for the time.

I recently visited Broadway Tire for an oil change, and it was a great experience. I found them through Groupon. The service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to being handed my keys. The waiting area was comfy, and I appreciated the free coffee while I waited. They did the oil change quickly, and Rich was really helpful. I left feeling satisfied and confident in their service.

Had a great, easy and professional experience at Broadway Tires. I worked with Rich and he was able to get both my car and my wife's car taken care of. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and even recommended different payment options that were available for me so I could make sure that everything was taken care of, both mechanically and financially. Highly recommend this auto shop and will be going back when I need more work done.

First time coming here. I will definitely be back again. Was a little skeptical at first, but really appreciated them squeezing me in last minute to get my inspection done. Needed new tires, they didn t force me to get the expensive ones. Spent a great 45 minutes chatting with the gentleman at the front desk about cars. I believe his name was Rich. Thank you everyone for the fantastic service !!!!!
