BMW Warwick s service department was very consistent in communication while my vehicle was in their custody. My vehicle s issues were diagnosed quickly along with a thorough analysis and breakdown via video. Kevin was informative and patient, answered all the questions posed to him. I will not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced again by this department. Thanks team!

BMW did a thorough job looking through my entire car. The original dealership fixed my car and there is still issues and BMW gave me the proof I need to take dealership to court to get the money to fix all the problems. Definitely recommend BMW of Warwick. Very personable and know what they re doing. Manny is great to work with

They diagnosed, repair (including parts replacement) my car and I can't complain how they did it. They test drive it and made sure that all the issues had been resolved and when I got my car back I was confident that it was in good shape/condition again. I appreciate what my service adviser Steve Betty and the crew who restored the quality of my car.

Great service! Ben is always great at making things happen. I didn t need a loaner vehicle this time, but I have never had any issues getting one when I needed it. Scheduling is easy, and communication is top-notch. With mechanics walking me through their analyses on the service review videos I can see everything I need to see and make decisions regarding any newly discovered issues without going back to the dealership. I have never had a negative experience at BMW of Warwick!

Ben Johnston was my Service Advisor, I have worked with him in the past . I find him to be very professional and knowledgeable. I explained my problem, he had a service tech evaluate the problem and determine the method of repair and had it completed. Ben handled all the paperwork. The wait time was short and I was on my way. It was hassle free.

The service people and procedures at BMW Warwick were great. I was there less time than anticipated, the bill was reasonable, and they even replaced the battery in my fob at n/c. They have a first class operation.

Ben is a breath of fresh air when you come to BMW Services. He is amazing because he always makes you leave there happy by making sure everything goes smoothly and feel at ease esp when my car was towed to bmw. He is extremely friendly and kind hearted and goes above and beyond to help to make your experience at BMW a good one. Ben is always flexible with my schedule. Love how he takes the time to answer your questions and never feel rushed. Ben Rocks!!!

Service was ok i guess. I brought my 2017 430i with 52 k convertible for a antifreeze drip yes it was dripping only not pouring leak and i was told it will cost me $ 95 to be check and get a diagnose of it. So i was told i need a water pump so i left my car there at 12 pm and i was called to pick it up at3:30 and the charges were $768 only for labor plus water pump a total of $1.129 for less than 3 hrs i hope my car does not have any problems regarding this issue. I find it very expensive the hourly rate is very high. Thanks anyway i hope that issue is gone for Gods sake i cost me two weeks of my salary. I guess am going to go to school to be a nechanic.

Excellent service experience. The process is almost entirely done online from booking, to getting a video walkaround of your car, approving service, and paying the bill. The service representatives are professional, and empowered to solve your problems, not just apologize and offer excuses.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Manny during my time at BMW. While my experience with my 228i was not necessarily the best, Manny made sure to take care of me through all the issues I would have with the car. He s a true professional and I highly recommend working with him for anyone who has to take their BMW in for a service or repair.

Steve B. is extremely professional and detailed in his treatment of his customer as well as vehicle diagnostics. You'll receive a video from the tech showing any existing problems, and potential future problems. You can be sure your vehicle is in the best hands.

Every time I brought it, they found something else that was supposedly wrong with it. When I picked up my car the check engine light came on which was not on before. Because the mechanics worked for commission I feel they just purposely made my car worst for me to have to come back. I found a mechanic that helped me fix it and he said he used to work there and indeed they do things just for their commission unfortunately.

Kevin was a massive help. We were traveling through Warwick to visit family when we had an drive train error pop up. He was able to get us in and out during a busy day and are very appreciative for his professionalism and quick turn around.

I like my vehicle very much, however I went in for my 2 year check up @ 11,700 miles and was told I needed 4 new tires ( which I thought was odd ) being 1 of the tires was in the vehicle less than a year.I was told it was due to vehicle not being aligned by tech ( however my tech told me that s not true )So every 11,000 miles I am going to need 4 tires @ $2000 not including alignment ( it s was a brand new car )Let message for service manager ( who was on vacation) no answer as of yetJust disappointed that s all
