Very disappointed at my last oil change visit. During checkout/paying it was suggested a cabin filter change...came home, checked it, had a huge mouse nest in it and tons of acorns! Thanks for telling me instead of suggesting it be done while you were working on the car!!! Also during check out, told I need 2 new tires, i responded how much and go ahead and put them on. Ohhhh no I was told, too late in the day to do that. Sooo not only did you lose an instant tire sale, you have lost my future business. Signed, a former very loyal balise VW customer

I initially started going to Balise VW service because it is a little closer than other VW dealerships, now I go because the staff and waiting area are excellent. The service advisor Ann is always so pleasant and helpful, and the technicians/mechanics are fast.Just drive in and give them your keys. Before you know it your vehicle is parked right outside the door waiting for you. The waiting area is great as well. Free Wi-Fi and coffee, plenty of seating, a television, and a couple of vending machines too.Never a bad experience here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Brought my car here to be serviced because I was concerned about an issue in my 2021 VW Jetta. Was told and provided invoice that a 99 point inspection was done. Asked if brakes were checked, was told all 4 brakes were in the green was excited to hear the news until I drove off and 2 days later heard grinding noises. Took it to a different dealer and found the rear brakes on my car were completely gone! The only reason I m giving 2 stars is because they were courteous about lying to me while risking my life on the road!! Thank you Balise VW Service: Auto maintenance

I can not say enough about how wonderful Ann is. I purchased my car from Balise VW about a month ago. I pretty instantly started experiencing issues. Typically this would leave me frustrated and annoyed... I mean who likes buying a new car and having an issue on day 2? Thank God that Ann was my service person who I got in contact with. Not only did she share my frustration but she promised toFix the issue and make it right... and she did just that. She happily corrected the issue, put me in a rental and waved any service fee I may have had to pay she did all this in just the kindest most understanding way. She 100 percent alone defused something that could have been a huge negative experience. Instead of being mad that I had an issue with my car after just buying it I instead felt grateful that Ann was there to help me and I didn t doubt her for one second. No ask of mine was too great for Ann. She was happy to fit me in for an appointment at any time. She has was so wonderful to workWith and I hope Balise knows how fortunate they are to have her. Ann, thank you again. You made servicing my vehicle simple and easy. I appreciate your welcoming and kind attitude. Thank you.

Receptionist has a nasty attitude, but then again she's young and don't know how to be respectful and do customer service oh she's the manager

Expensive oil change if you let them add on other services, wiper blades, air filter etc. Resist the upsell
