I hate the car buying process or at least I thought I did.I made an appointment here to check out a used vehicle that's caught my eye online. In 75 minutes I had a test drive , a reasonable offer for my trade and a fair deal for all. Our salesman Mike Maymon was excellent. I had a surprise request and he totally went above and beyond for us.I can't say I've ever been to a car dealership like this. Very relaxed and chill atmosphere. Plus they were nice to my dog . Highly recommended.

It was a breeze dealing with the Balise team on the purchase of a slightly used AllTrack. Mike Maymon was helpful and patient and sent us home in our new car after the test drive. Easy! 5 stars! Pizza too !

Process was quick and easy. I liked that I could do a majority of the buying process online and the sales team wasn't pushy or annoying to deal with. As a matter of fact, Adams was excellent and kept the process moving quickly.

I love the product that you sell and customer service is impeccable...Bob Wilson was the sales rep and he was very professional and got us the best deal for what we could afford. He explained everything about the car and set up everything within the car for us. We recommend him highly.

Michael Maymon is great! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mike was patient, friendly, and professional throughout. He helped me consider several car options before I arrived at a decision and I never felt any pressure at any time.I have been driving VW's since 2000 and Balise Volkswagen will have my business from now on! I brought my 2022 Jetta in for a "low coolant level" check. Amanda Robbins, my service advisor had the technician perform a cylinder head pressure check. A gasket leak was detected and the parts are on back order. She also advised that the rear brakes were wearing prematurely and should be replaced under warranty. Amanda said she will notify me once the head gaskets arrive so that warranty work can be performed as well. I truly appreciate her caring and diligence regarding both vehicle issues. Thank you again Amanda!

Mike Maymon was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and did not pressure me in buying a car, which is rare at car dealerships. I would recommend him to all my family and friends go see Mike Maymon at Balise Volkswagen. What a great experience. And no we are not related.

Top-Notch dealership that goes out of their way to accommodate all of your needs. Everyone from Sales, to Finance, to the General Manager were extremely professional, well informed and proficient in all aspects of the vehicles that they sell, whether Internal Combustion or EV ( electric ). Service after the sale has been 110 percent. Kudos & Accolades ~!

Overall good service. Sam was very friendly and helpful. All the discrepancies on my car were fixed within my expectations. However, parts and labor costs are exceptionally overpriced. Even specialty tuner shops are more reasonably priced than Balise Volkswagen.

Prior to going to VW I had visited Mazda and Hyundai - Mazda didn't seem to be to interested in even showing me much, he assumed I was looking at just one vehicle and couldn't wait to leave (mind you it was just before they closed, so I get it) Hyundai, I didn't like what they were offering, very as a matter of fact attitude not willing to work with me, and I wasn't asking for much, just further information. I went to VW, met with Michael M. He was amazing, patient listened to what my past experience was and what I thought I wanted, he showed me the EV and I loved it, but I still wanted to check out Mitsubishi, I did go to the same day to Mitsubishi and told them what I was looking for and that I really wanted to stay under $600 (monthly payment), test drove one, it was not what I expected, the manager came out and said, I think I know what you might like - it was hybrid, great! not a problem, and he said I will keep you within your range, perfect I thought, took the car out, I really loved it, we went back in and he said, ok it is 599.94 - ok he kept to his promise it is under $600, now he tells me, this isn't the car though, it is a little different and doesn't include everything this one has. Completely not what I was expecting. I went back to VW and Mike worked with me a little more to see exactly what I was looking for, and we found it, I am more than happy with my purchase and can't see myself going anywhere else, have referred friends and family to Mike at Balise - Mike M is great!

I rarely give 5 stars, but by giving 4 I am acknowledging that the service received was first rate and at the high level I expect from a VW dealer. Amanda was awesome as was the facility and others at the dealership.

Balise VW has been on top of this issue since the beginning and have worked very closely with us keeping us informed. Kudos to Anne Masciarelli Aucoin and her team for doing a great job. We're are longtime customers and will continue doing so as VW is a great product and the support here shows.

Bob Wilson was a great sales representative, and the transaction went smoothly. I was able to walk in on a Friday and drive home a new car by that afternoon. My trade in offer was in line with other dealerships in the area and the vehicle was being offered at MSRP.

Michael Maymon is the best car sales person I've ever come across. He made my wife & I car buying experience a smooth one. We have dealt with other sales persons in the past but coming to Balise Volkswagen & dealing with Michael was truly a pleasant experience. At no point in time did we feel as though we were being sold a car or as if he was just trying to make a sale. He made us feel as though we were buying a car of our choice & he's just there to guide us along the process from start to finish. I recently bought a 2022 Arteon from Mike Maymon - the whole process was a breeze. I drove an hour and a half from Massachusetts for this specific vehicle and wasn't disappointed. The stellar reviews are true. Having recently left the automotive business after 8 years and all too familiar with the pitfalls of the industry - I was happy to see that there are still dealers operating with a high level of integrity. Even though it's a far drive, I'll likely be back again if I decided to get another Volkswagen. Thanks to Mike and the team for all you do!

Came to Balise Volkswagen in search of a "Standard-Shift" VW and walked away with just that. Michael Maymon was an excellent resource, thorough, personable, and worked to get me exactly what I asked for at the price I was willing to spend. I'm very happy with my new 2016 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8T Sport Manual and think that their pricing was on-point for other dealerships in New England selling the same product....Stop in and See Mike, he'll take good care of you and won't showboat or offer the Used Car Sales Experience we all know and dislike.Thanks Mike for a solid experience.Update: Volkswagen was in really great shape, did suffer from some paint scratching (Passenger Frame) along side of vehicle not addressed before re-sale. Did not initially notice.Ideally to get a 5 star review would like this addressed and maybe some additional service items where other dealers offered free oil changes, alignments, balances, etc...Thanks Balise for inquiring!Further Update:Some issues were addressed and customer service and follow-through were fantastic. Paint issues could not be rectified, would have appreciated some upfront disclosure but they did not know themselves and is not their fault.Thanks for your help!
