This review does not reflect the Technicians, the car was serviced fast and well. The problem was at pick up. I had dropped off the car in the am and came to pick up mid afternoon. Paid the bill, went outside and waited for the car to be driven up. In short, the car was missing. The rep first suggested it was parked out back and would take a few minutes to get. 15 min later - still no car. Then I learned that the key was missing as well and at that point I was seriously considering calling the police. 40 minutes later and the rep told us it had been mistaken for a trade in that looked exactly the same and was taken to another shop. Thankfully we did get the car back but there is no way I can trust this service center ever again with my vehicles.

I made an appointment through their texting system and was told 4:15pm was when they would have time for my car. I asked for a synthetic oil change and just brake pads (no other brake service). I got there and was told my car wouldn t be done until the next morning despite having an appointment; I told them I needed it done tonight because I work in the morning and the appointment time was moved up significantly and I was able to get the car that night. However, I was charged over $700 for service I did not authorize by signing anything or by verbally saying yes. I was not told or shown any info when I dropped my car off that they only do full brake service, not just brake pads. They also charged me to replace a light I did not asked to be replaced; they didn t even replace it because they couldn t, but they charged me for the service. I was also charged for other services I didn t ask for. I would have liked to know about all of this because I was not prepared for the amount I was charged.Update: The next day, we were able to speak to someone and get a partial refund. The woman was very nice.Service: Auto maintenance

I've had two Siennas serviced at over a dozen Toyota service centres, in 10 states, in the past 6 years. #vanlife I've also tried all three in the Providence area, at least twice each. This is the best of those three. They're professional and honest and, unlike the others around here, respectful of my time, pretty organised, haven't recommend work that didn't make sense, and haven't made any big mistakes.I wish they had the online services that some other Toyota service centres have, or that they have out car wash coupons (especially useful here in snow country). I especially wish they had power outlets in their customer lounge, that the wifi wasn't so bad, and that they'd turn off those TVs blaring commercial channels that few of their customers care to watch. But I'm happy for this to be my 'home' Toyota service centre. The only advice I'd give to customers is, if you're like me and you get your vehicle serviced interstate a lot, make sure you tell them to look up Toyota's global service history for your vehicle, so they don't perform unnecessary maintenance.

Please be advised, if you re looking to purchase a new Toyota elsewhere and then use Belize service, you re in for a rude awakening. After taking my vehicle in for an oil change it would be months before noticing that most of the oil had leak out, luckily I didn t loose my engine. I found out that the service assistant manager (last name Ford) had researched my vehicle without my knowledge before I was confronted about where it was purchased. His intention was to destroyed the car s engine hoping that I would return to buy one from them, this is reckless behavior. When I went back to complaint the issue to the manager she would only escalate the matter for worse. This was a horrible and bizarre experience at this dealer. Most importantly a blatantly disregard for human decency and professionalism.

We bought our 2012 Takoma for a good price here and have been very happy with the truck and their service until very recently. I took the truck in for a state inspection. oil change and complimentary safety check several weeks ago. It passed inspection, but I was told that it needed front brake pads and rotors. I declined the work at the time and I'm glad I did. I asked if the brakes had been checked at every oil change how did the rotors got so warn so fast? The truck need a belt, so I took it down to the local independent mechanic and asked him to look at the brakes too. "The rotors are fine and your pads are about 50% worn", he said.I'll let the reader decide how to react to this honest review.Service: Oil change

I would give 0 stars if possible. This place was trying to charge me 85$-140$ for a very simple diagnosis when the problem was very clear and obvious. I just needed a radiator hose replacement. I watched a video on Youtube and this is very easy to do. I would prefer to do it myself than spending any money in here.

Bad service, was told my recall will take 2-4 hours and this was an appointment. Took the option to drop off my car to pick up later. It took them the whole day, they didn't even bother to look at my car until I kept calling why it wasn't done. Will never go back here.I bought parts from here before, but will never again. Their OEM parts are not the best. Also my sales purchase here was not fun, I was young and was fooled with a very high rate loan.

Service on average is relatively a quick 1, 2, 3 motion if it's just general maintenance and your car has no other issue.Secondly, the service workers overall provide great customer service provisions that I appreciate!

welp. I took my car here a few months ago (April?) for an burning oil smell in my engine. paid over 3k. I wfh so I barely go anywhere. They said it was headgasket. I think I put 600 miles on from then until now. long story short my car has same smell and making a funny noise. Took it to a local shop. it's the engine. I also called two different mechanic shops ( one is a different toyota dealer) and both looked and said " the headgasket wasn't the issue". whether it was or not I NEVER had it leaking like a faucet until I took it there. (see pics)Also the day I picked up my car originally, it was running funny and out of oil...because they "forgot" to put the seal back on. :/Service: Engine repair

We purchased a used vehicle from Balise Toyota of Warwick in 2016We did not ask for history report on the vehicle. Fast forward to 4 years later and were in an accident and the vehicle was declared a total loss.I was provided a VIN history on the vehicle as the valuation report which showed total history on the vehicle. The vehicle before we even purchased it, was in 3 accidents. I have all the claim information and called the insurance companies representing these 3 claims. The vehicle had thousands of dollars of structural repair before we even purchased it. The insurance companies confirmed as much.I called the Balise of Warwick Sales Manager recently in regards to this and he said he was only seeing one accident on the report he ran, and it is basically on me to observe the disclosers on their website (which at the time I certainly did not see this vehicle had been struck 3 times with thousands of dollars of damage). He proceeded to tell me that Balise doesn t wave Carfax reports in clients faces . And that just because a vehicle was in an accident does not mean the vehicle isn t in good condition .Here s my problem with Balise Toyota of Warwick. Even if it is on the consumer to ask for history reports on the vehicle- would it not be ethical for them to disclose this information without a consumer having to fish for it? Sure, shame on me for not asking. Shame on them running the risk that a consumer would find out after purchase, such as I did. I paid market value on a vehicle that according to the claims- had thousands of dollars worth of damage repairs, before I even looked at it. Is this ethical? Perhaps Balise of Warwick should revisit their business model and practices.Regardless of it being the consumers responsibility to research and ask for reports, I would think a good business practice would be to disclose this type of information to consumers. My wife and 3 year old had been driving in a vehicle that had been involved in multiple accidents before we purchased it. Balise knew this and did not disclose this to us at time of purchase. Their response was we publish reports on our website and ultimately I should have researched the vehicle. There was no report on their website stating this vehicle had thousands of dollars of previous damage/repairs. And certainly no report illustrating there had been 3 previous claims on the vehicle. They were insulting my intelligence. Never would I have purchased this vehicle, had I seen any such report. The purpose of this review is to educate the public that Balise of Warwick could very well be selling vehicles that have extensive accident history, and they certainly are not up front about disclosing this detail unless you ask for it. They will tell you they publish this on their website, but they certainly did not in regards to the vehicle I purchased. As a consumer, I would urge other potential Balise customers to avoid doing any business with Balise of Warwick because in my experience they were deceptive in charging me 18,000.00 for a vehicle that had been in 3 documented accidents.Shame on them.

This is one of the best places to get quality service and first rate customer care. The tech Mike Evans was attentive and had excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for my future car needs.

The oil and filter change was within budget and the checked all fluid levels also checked the under fraiming lines and joints. It was worth the cost of safety.

I recently helped my parents secure a lease for a 2018 Rav 4. I did some research before contacting the dealership so I knew what I wanted and had an idea of how much I needed the monthly payments to be. I started by contacting the dealership through the internet. After speaking with Kayleigh, I went in to Balise to see if I could really get a great deal. I met with Bryan Jones, and found him to be pleasant, laid back, and flexible when it came to pricing. Bryan also teamed with Farouk Hassan and the two of them worked diligently to get me the deal I wanted and keep me as a customer. They were able to give me (my parents, actually) a fabulous offer. I called a few other dealerships for comparison and they could not meet the same price points. One actually challenged me and said there was "no way" I'd get that lease - unless my last name was Balise. Ha! Bryan and Farouk kept their word - no hidden fees, totally transparent deal. The next day, I brought my dad to the dealership to see the car, meet the guys, and secure the offer. Done. It was that simple. I would totally recommend Balise - especially if you can work with Bryan and Farouk.

Service is absolutely terrible, didn t do anything for my car and took it out for a joy ride. Knocked off 100miles of my gas tank in a day and dropped the miles per gallon by 2, had to have been stuffing it all day.
