BAlISE Subaru of West Warwick QuakerLane off RT.2 is a great dealership. I walked into smiling faces. I didn t feel any pressure to buy.I looked around the showroom, sat in various Subaru s to see what comfort level was right for me. I was greeted by a gentleman who had a warm smile who asked if he could help me or answer any questions I might have about different Subaru makes and models. He patiently took me on test drive s in the car I liked and even helped me decide on a color. I basically told him what I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted to pay. He put his boxing gloves on for me. His name is John Graemiger great guy very personable and professional at the same time. John helped me make the best decision for my needs buying my Subaru. I decided on a new 2024 Subaru Forester. I d recommend anyone who is interested in browsing Subaru s to go into the West Warwick Subaru and ask for John. I think I got very lucky getting John as my salesperson, as I knew in my gut that he was an honest guy and a good person. I was dreading the car buying experience but was pleasantly surprised. So glad John was available to assist me when I walked into Balise. He was extremely knowledgeable while I was deciding between 2 different cars. I was able to get all my questions answered and all of my test drives in. I even asked John to drive the car so I could experience it from a different perspective and he was so accommodating. John allowed me to feel in control of the purchase and not feel bullied or rushed in my decision. Even after my purchase I had some follow up questions and concerns that John happily answered. I feel comfortable reaching out to him in the future and hope he's still there the next time I have to buy a new car!

Very professional and easy to work with. John, Conner, and Chris were all very professional, patient, and helpful. This was my daughters first car buying experience. There was zero pressure and a willingness to get her in her comfort zone with payment amount. Would absolutely recommend!!

Easiest car purchase I ve had. Ask for John Graemiger. The process took 2 hours and now we have a great new car. Easy. Miranda-great. Chris - great. I worked with John and we were done, settled, and sold in 10 minutes. Highest rating.

Incredible client service from the sales, finance, & management departments of Balise. Arrived at the West Warwick location after learning that my 3 yr old Outback had been totaled in what was thought to be a minor accident. No support was spared in helping me locate a newer substitute vehicle was the same mileage. Once the car & price was selected, the finance professional unselfishly devoted time and patience to see that the proper down payment & loan combination was arrived at to maximize the acquisition for my situation.Throughout the entire process, management was there to oversee the purchase went smoothly so I could comfortably be seated in my next Subaru.

I expect the bare minimum from service providers these days. So when I took my Forester in for a simple oil change today as a walk in, I had zero expectations of quality service. I am happy to report that I received not only the bare minimum, but outright exceptional service today from Amy Maia. I was greeted pleasantly, my account information was pulled up quickly and the rest was easy. Amy took care of everything, she told me what was recommended but didn t pressure me to do more than was needed. On top of that, I was in and out in less than 30 min. If you want to be helped by someone that knows how to deliver proper customer service stop by Balise Subaru and see Amy in the service department.

I first visited Balise Subaru of West Warwick 6 months ago and Ryan Morrow was definitely helpful. With patience, he showed me the different models and was extremely helpful in explaining each of the features that each model had, as well as letting me drive a few of them. Six months later, I am a proud owner of a car, thank you for not pushing me to buy anything, and thank you for making this a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Balise Subaru. I went in looking at a variety of models, and Ryan was extremely helpful and patient as I explored a variety of options. I landed on a new used Forester which I absolutely love. The process was smooth and easy, there were plenty of cars to test drive, and I went home in the perfect choice for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car, new or used!

My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Subaru Forester, a wonderful car at a very competitive price, at the Balise Subaru Dealership, in West Warwick, RI, the other day. The sales team including John, and Marcus, and the finance director, Chris, made our purchase experience smooth, and delightful. They did everything they could to get us in this car. From the initial contact with John, when we walked into the showroom, to the financing of the vehicle, with Chris, and the management over sight with Marcus, to the big red bow we found on the hood of our vehicle, before we drove off the lot. We can honestly say we were treated very fairly and with great respect. Their attention to detail in explaining everything about the car, the financing, ideas about the maintenance plans were impressive. My wife and I feel that we have made new friends who have our best interest at heart, and we feel good about our experience with all of them. We are very confident that the service maintenance in the future will be excellent as well. My husband and I recently leased a 2024 Subaru Forester at Balise Subaru in West Warwick, RI. Our sales and leasing consultant, Ryan Morrow, deserves the five stars. The week before our purchase, I stopped by the dealership to visually see the different colors of Forester as they are different looking from the online Subaru website. He assisted me in walking the lot to show me all the colors and answer questions with absolutely no sales pressure. He is the reason we went back to Balise to get the 2024 Forester. He was very professional in all aspects during the transaction and made us very comfortable with our decision. He stayed well past closing time to make sure the vehicle was prepped and ready for me to drive home. Thank you Ryan Morrow!!

After going to 3 different dealers I ended up making my way back to Balise. Ryan Morrow helped me out and was very knowledgeable. I wasn t able to get a deal as it was already the cheapest price on the lot for the car I was looking for. Ryan wasn t overly aggressive when trying to sell and was the nicest dealer out of all the places I went. Highly recommend

My son and I met with sales consultant John Graemiger to lease a new Subaru. The entire meeting was the best we have ever experienced in shopping for a new car. John was very knowledgeable, respectful, and worked out a plan to meet my son's budget. His manager Marcus Simpson was great as well. They were both true professionals. Thank you so much JoAnn Thank you for making a hard decision easier by your patience. Car buying is stressful in general but you are as cool and calm as they get and of course informative! (Thank you for our celebratory drinks too). It was nice to come home and celebrate with my husband . This is my second crosstrek and I m still loving the way it handles and the updated technology since my previous car Sadie the original orange one was 10 years old. Also on a side note if you re thinking about getting a Subaru go to Balise because everyone including Chris in finance and Miranda in insurance were absolutely friendly and real. I enjoyed our conversations and the weighted elastic ball Blessings to you all P.S. picture of Alpine Green by itself still had stuff on wheels bc it just came off truck

I brought my 22 Impreza to Balise for an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified by my service advisor that I was due for a 30,000 mile maintenance which would cost $975. I knew this was way too high for the work quoted, so I called other dealerships in the state. Two other dealerships, patriot, and anchor Subaru offer the same exact service for less than half the price. Patriot Subaru came in at $459 and Anchor Subaru came in at $359. I would avoid bringing your Subaru here for any type of service as you will be price gouged. They unfortunately lost a customer that would have brought their car for service consistently and a possible new sales customer. Unfortunate that companies still practice business like this. Amy, my service advisor was great and communicative. Management needs to take a look at their business practices that are in place to take advantage of customers who do not know to do their research before saying yes.

Starting in April 2023 when I first inquired about factory ordering a vehicle, the staff, especially John, was great! Very respectful and reliable group of people. Never had a Subaru, went to Balise in W.Warwick RI, Marcus Simpson Greeted me at the door and introduced me to Ryan Morrow the sales consultant and we reviewed several cars and Ryan was top notch and asked me really what I use the car for and explained he knew what I was looking for and brought me over to the WRX. Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained all the great options on the car. I never owned a Subaru and Marcus and Ryan put my mind at ease and made purchase smoothly and I m now a proud owner of a 2023 WRX! Amazing car. Living in RI the roads are not that great and now I m ready for the winter and the RI. Roads. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for great service and knowledge of a great product. Thanks. I bought a used 2013 Toyota Corolla from Balise Subaru. My salesman John Graemiger was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to help me with some unique needs. For example, he gave me a ride to the TF Green airport to drop off the car I was using. Also, most salemen that I've worked with in the past are pretty much done with you once the sale is made, not John, he continued to help me weeks after. Like I stated, he really was excellent with customer service. The dealer also helped me get insurance in RI because I live out of state. They have an insurance agency right there on site. I would recommend Balise Subaru for a car purchase.

After a very trying weekend of car shopping and dealing with unprofessional sales associates at other locations I had just about had it. John called letting me know he had a car on his lot I was interested in. I let him know over the phone that I was fed up and annoyed and he heard everything I said. He rolled out the red carpet his terms for me and he really did. He had the car ready to test drive. Got right up when he saw me walk in. Made sure I was comfortable while I waited. His sales manager Conor was equally as accommodating and after hearing the trauma stories of the weekend and did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted. Both gentlemen were kind and understanding. I will purchase every vehicle going forward from Belize Subaru. They have a customer for life.

I had been looking for a car for approximately 2 months, and at times this can be a terribly painful experience. This past weekend my husband and I went to see a car at Balise West Warwick and when we walked in John Graemiger warmly greeted us. He was helpful, attentive and not overbearing. He made us feel at ease right away. We loved the car and he helped us get the price we were comfortable with.
