My vehicle began making a loud creaking noise when I turned or went over bumps, and I felt eager to get the issue resolved. I had taken my car to a popular mechanic chain, and they quoted the repair as six items that would cost $1,600 in parts and labor. I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Balise Nissan of Warwick Service had an appointment for me the morning after I called, and Steve saw my car right away. Within an hour, he diagnosed the issue as a single part, all-in for under $300. Not only that, but since the part was in-stock, he was able to complete the repair immediately. Within 24 hours after I called, my problem was fixed, I was saved $300, and I was able to drive away assured that my car was safe. I will continue using Balise Nissan of Warwick Service for my future mechanical needs, and I would absolutely recommend them for their transparency, professionalism, and preparedness.
