The mechanics saw us pull up and waiting in our car in line for 20 minutes. We sat there for the entire time with 3 screaming toddlers in the back. They waited that entire time before coming out to tell us they didn't have the oil filter needed. Thank you for wasting our time. Between this experience and a previous one where they didn't install our air filter correctly we won't be back. Jiffy lube will be getting our money from now on.

If i could have given a negative star review i would negative 10 stars.......Sat in my car waiting for service for 40 minutes just to be told they don't have full synthetic oil anymore and they don't have the tool to take off my oil filter on a gmc terrain??? Funny when you call the phone number they say they service all make and models. After waiting Josh the ignorant service worker must have skipped customer service training said well there's nothing we can do so there's thart. Called the Mgr ken of the department and was told I'm aware of what happened and didn't feel there was a need to reach out as I've been a customer over 10 yrs...after talking to him he offered me a free oil change..which I replied that'd be great if you had the tools to actually work on my vehicle...very unprofessional asked to speak to his Mgr and was told he's on vacation but I don't know till when...mind you they hung up on me twice and was very unhelpful. I guess this businesses is doing so well they can turn away customer's and provide terrible service. Thankfully I got my oil changed down the road for 20$ cheaper and they had all the equipment and oil to do the proper job

Of course good workmanship being a dealer. I've had headlights replaced for 2 of my Honda Pilots here. Staff is great and service is good.

Made online appointment for the express service station for state inspection. Get there early and there are 2 cars ahead of us and so we wait in the car for 45 minutes. When it is finally our turn, we're told they don't do inspections at the express service station and to go up to the service center. Get up there and all the doors are locked and no one is there... This was at 3:15, sign on the wall says they are open until 5. Saw someone inside so I knocked and the guy said no one was there to do the inspection... Sorry. Online scheduling system needs to be updated to not allow inspections to be offered at the express service station and a sign added so that new customers know which building to go to for the inspection. Or, if someone had come intro and asked what we were there for at the express service station all of this could have been avoided. What a waste of time.

The staff are very sociable and friendly. They perform the service with care and professionalism.The work is performed swiftly and correctly and they are very thorough with what they suggest you have done even if you only came in for a specific thing as I did.There are two reasons I dropped a star the first being I knew what I needed yet they always try to up sell. Which I don't hold against the staff as I'm sure that is pushed on them from upper management.The second reason is their cost. I spent just shy of 85 dollars on an oil change which is absurd. Normally I do my own but given it is 32�F outside I decided this 1 time I'll make an exception. Had I known how much it would cost for an 8 minute service I would've just done the work myself and saved almost 40 dollars. I may sound like I am cheap but I assure all of you I am not. I am one of the more generous in today's society of looking the other way and out of sight out of minders. It is the holiday season and money is exceptionally tight as it is with this pandemic coming back out of the woodwork. Just when we thought we were getting back to some sort of normality it rears up and we have yet another mask mandate. I'm getting off track, I would use this service again if absolutely necessary but would like to have a pricing guide posted for a better expectation prior to having the service and getting a shock when seeing the bill.

This place has gone downhill over the years. Very visible how hard it is to find good help. Takes 3 guys 30min to do an oil change. Very unprofessional, they smoke in the garage. Very disappointing it appears there not a manager anymore.

BEWARE PRICING! I went here to get oil an because I was in hurry after seeing price of $69.99 at other honda dealerships. When I pulled up the first worker warned me that it is going to be $90 today. I said ok what do they fluctuate and he said yes. Then I pulled in and opened hood. Then another worker says it is going to be $100.00 for today! That is a fast changing of prices! I complained and said how online it said $70 then 1 minute ago it was $90 and now $100. I ended up getting it for the $69.99 price plus tax they said so $83.95. This last time I go here!!

I have been coming here for years. Place definitely went downhill after Balise bought them out . Very expensive. Service is okay. Don't let them check your air pressure, they never remember to put the Caps back on. Depending on the crew that works that day, they will check your lights and blinkers.

I waited 35 minutes in line with my new Honda Accord to get its first oil change. I was told when it was my turn there was a recall so they couldn t service my car! They told me I had to go next door to the service department to get it corrected and then they could change my oil! Unfortunately the service department didn t have the sticker needed to satisfy the recall but told me I could go back to the original place and get my car serviced. Now there was a line and I wasn t going to wait again! Common sense is not common enough! If you have a of time to waist this is the place to go! I m done with them!

Not very waiting in line 20 minutes before someone came outand told me they could not do my oil change because they do not have the oil filter in stock. It would have been nice if they came out sooner to let me know other than that it's always been really good there

Good service. Got and oil and transmission fluid change in 20 min. Fast and didn't try to sell me more. Maybe a little more expensive than your own mechanic but worth it for the convenience.

I was in and out in 15 minutes. My advice is to look at the website and see what time they are the least busy.
