The Host/Reception/Secretary was great. She went above and beyond answering questions. If she didn't know an answer she asked staff members and got back to me. Every time I visited the location about my car, I left satisfied and more knowledgeable about the process... I will definitely recommend Balise Collision to friends and family for their Collision needs.

Since I had the Toyota app I actually knew exactly when they started working on my car which made me very happy. They did an awesome job matching the paint and finding a part on a car that at this time is so limited. Car looks fabulous and then they detailed her which made it even better. I would absolutely recommend Belize collision repair to anyone.

Belice collision, probably one of the best collision experts I have ever saw, and I owned a car company and needed help in different places. The people are perfect very nice places, clean and very efficient. It s not too much more I can say but I think they should have some kind of award, the car came out better than perfect that s all I got to say thank you. Belize collision center.

The body work done after an accident looks like nothing ever happened! The repair took 3 weeks (over Christmas which may have slowed it down). My only gripe is I had to call for updates. Other than when my car was ready, they never reached out. Still 5 stars and would definitely use again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a very good experience with these folks. I had an issue with my bumper, they looked at it that day and provided assistance for temporary use. Parts arrived quick, work was done on the timeline they said, and the price was actually a little bit less than what they thought!

Work and staff were great! It did take almost 2 months to complete the work. I understand parts are not readily available and add to the timeframe. My car was hit parked in front of my house and the perpetrator did not leave any information. Therefore I had to pick up the cost which included my deductible but also $40 a day for a rental car which ended up costing over $2000.. I am upset at the cost relative to the length of time it took to resolve the problems. Thank you

I m glad to have my car back, they did a great job with it. I just wish they would have communicated better. If they told me it was ready on a certain day & it wouldn t be ready, they should have called and filled me in. I had to call every week just to find out what was happening. Each time I called they kept pushing off my pickup-I should not have called every week for a month-they should have kept me in the loop.

I was rear-ended and the damage to my Toyota SE was extensive. Balise Collision repair was phenomenal. I was very pleased with the work and they also thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car which was a plus. I was given a lifetime warranty for the services performed on my car and I may transfer my future maintenance service to Balise of Warwick RI. Great work and great Staff.

2 stars for trying help me but instead customer service was missing!staff loud rude to me phone. They dont like return emails or calla when asking about service updates. Agreed fix my car then send me email they can no longer work on my car told me go else where wasted 4 days when I was wait fir parts come in. I called national collission lady was so nice told me they will pick up my car towed it and work on fixing it as soon as possible!

Bodywork and paint looks good, but there were small scratches on both headlamps that were not there before the new bumper cover was fitted. My vehicle is 5 years old and already had many scratches, but if your vehicle is newer and more valuable you might want to look elsewhere. Labor prices are fair here, most of the parts were quoted at MSRP but one part was quoted near double the price so I opted out. Check part numbers when having work done at any shop!

I took my car to Balise to get repaired after I rearended someone. My car is very hard to find parts for, But Daniel, the manager never gave up. She found the parts whether they were upstate or downstate. Danielle The manager has the patience of a saint. I must have called her at least 20 times and she still had the patience of a saint. Everyone there is very polite, very, very professional, and very courteous. I would definitely take my car back there again. When you're at belise on jefferson boulevard you're in good hands.Stacey Pelletier

Balise Collision Repair is amazing, my car looks absolutely brand new, and it took no time at all. Hopefully I won t HAVE to come back to Balise anytime soon, but will definitely be suggesting them for any friends and family in need of a vehicle repair.

My mom s car got dinged. The folks at Balise were great. They did a great job. We had a small problem and they jumped on it immediately. I d go back to them anytime.

The work was well done but I wish that I was told how long the service would take. My car was in the shop for close to two months for a dented rear fender. I was initially told it could take as little as a week. Setting realistic expectations from the beginning would ve been better. Supply chain issues are beyond our control and if we were made aware of this, we would have understood.Service: Body & Trim

Told one week to install new bumper, instead one month. Flat out lied to us on Dec 18th. Told all parts were in and being painted, car would be ready by end of week. Didn t hear so called and told another week,bumper arrived the day before. Multiple times told them leaving for Florida on the 26th. Told car would be ready early afternoon on 26th. No one answered the phone multiple times on the 26th so went in person. First they told us they couldn t find my car. then they found it and said it was not ready. Picked it up after five and told the RI State inspection that was supposed to be done was not. So after losing a whole day of vacation we had to stay and get inspection done elsewhere before we could leave. So a second day of vacation lost!!! Shame on you!!!!!I will never use them again or refer them for others. Liars,

My SUV was rear-ended at a red light. I have great trust with Ballise Collison on Jefferson Blvd so I brought my car there to fix the damages. The Balise staff handled the matter with the other person's insurance company, as well as providing a rental car. When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe it! The car looked brand new!! Happy dance!! Thank you, Balise Collison Repair!

It was a very bad experience for me to bring my car for repair after a hit and run. My insurance company was responding to my claim in a timely manner. I brought up my car to this location on September 13th, 2023. According to my adjuster, it would take only 11 days for this matter to be fixed.They spent more than a month in this car and my 30 days rental was expired. Each time I called, they told me they are ordering parts that come wrong. Time has passed. Before the end of September, I called again, the same scenario. Now, they forced me to pay for a week rental. And I have to go over my daughter's school account to pay this amount. There are no professionals working over there, just "amateurs."They are there to only make money. No customer service at all. During this stressful time, no excuses, no sorry and no apologies. Thank God after a month and a week I received my car from this worst location. I will recommend nobody's to go there. Please guys, stay away from this location. NOT SATISFIED!!! After purchasing my vehicle at Balise Toyota was recommended to go to Balise Collision. I brought the company 3 jobs totaling 10 thousand dollars. I had to come back 3 times for the same door. At first they put a damaged/defected door, then there was a leak in the door and the third time the door didn t close properly which I still a problem. I was told many lies and was refused to speak with upper management. The manager was rude and didn t want to admit faults. I ve documented all problems with photos and videos. Please reach me out for further correspondence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible experience. Took over a week for them to send over an estimate to my insurance company for repairs to my vehicle (and that was after I had to contact them multiple times checking for updates). My insurance company called me 10 days after I dropped the car off asking me if I had dropped the car off at a shop yet. I called Balise AGAIN (I think this was the 3rd time), and they told me they'd call back in an hour after contacting my insurance company. I had to call back since I hadn't heard from them in that time frame. Finally, the ball got rolling and once my insurance company had the information they needed, my car was declared a total loss and I showed up at Balise to collect my belongings. I asked someone to remove my plates for me, but it was taking a bit so I grabbed a screwdriver and did it myself. The only positive I can muster up is the front desk staff are polite. I'm actually kind of glad my car was a total loss so I didn't have to have to deal with them any further. Definitely never going back here, giant headache and it's like they forget I existed.

I am disappointed with my experience. This is the first time to repair my car at this Balise collision repair, but after 33 days repair, my car alarms sound and shows that my back truck won t automatically close tightly when I picked up my vehicle. I was blamed to call them several time to push them to work quickly. My rental car has to be returned last Tuesday because it was more than 30 days and my insurance won t cover the rent. I called last week and was told that my car could be fixed last Friday, so I called at 11:56am and 3:31 pm on July 28, 2023 to check the process. I was told it that my car was being final checked and will be ready to be picked up around 4pm, so I called again at 4:01 pm before I go to there. My car shows alarm after I reopen my trunk and close it. If my car still has this obvious problem after 33 days repair, it can be returned to me???? I need to drive back to there next week to repair my car again.

The service provided was on time and as estimated. In fact, it was quicker than expected. Friendly and helpful front desk. Wasn't made to feel like just another customer. After I dropped off the car and I was leaving a mechanic came out to get the car, even he was friendly and chatted a bit. It's hard to find good workers who give a positive and reassuring first impression to new customers! Everyone I dealt with deserves a raise! Good job! I will definitely be back if I need work done in the future.Service: Electrical

Friendly people and convenient location. Front headlamp assemblies needed to be replaced as part of the repair. They are not OEM and do not work nearly as well.
