I got in an accident on June 27, 2022. I was rear ended in my 2022 Atlas and had the car towed to Balise Collision. It took them 5 months to completely "fix" my bumper and trunk. I paid hundreds of dollars extra for my rental car as it took them much longer to fix than the 40 days my insurance covered me for. Finally they said they had fixed it after 14 weeks and returned it to me, except for some pieces that clipped into the sides of my bumper. They told me to return in a couple of weeks when they were delivered. They then managed to order the wrong parts three times and had me return each time only to find out they were the wrong parts and I had to return again later.After 5 months I thought I was finally done with them. They had fixed my car and put all the parts together. Then, in November 2023, my rear sensors began freaking out every time I backed up as if something was right behind the car. I took it to a VW dealership to have it checked. They showed me the "repair" that Balise did. My rear sensors had been duct taped to the inside of my bumper. Instead of ordering the clips to put the sensors on, they used duct tape. The mechanic at the shop also showed me that Balise had drilled extra holes into the frame of the car to fit the bumper on my car as it didn't properly fit. They also used sealant to fill in all the other spots that didn't properly fit. The mechanic told me it was most likely the wrong bumper or had been used, or pulled from a junkyard.The reason the sensors were freaking out was because the duct tape had let loose and one had become detached from the bumper and was seeing the inside of the bumper, sensing something was close to the car.The dealership called Balise to tell them about the repair and the representative that I had been working with while my car was being repaired said to bring it in, but I didn't want to go back there. I argued with the insurance company who said Balise was not a recommended repair shop for VW. If it was, they would have reimbursed me, paying for the repair to be done correctly the second time. They had already paid for the repair, and refused to pay again. I was told by the dealership that I had to either return to Balise and hope they "made good on it" or I would have to pay out of pocket to fix the bumper.In the end, I refused to return to Balise and paid the 900$ it took to fix the bumper so that my car would pass inspection when the time came. I wanted to share this experience so that people can take this into consideration when using this repair shop.

Balise Collision is a great place! Warm and friendly atmosphere. They are a cut above in my opinion because they didn t take short cuts on the repairs and they took the time to explain to me what they had to do and why which made it much easier to deal with the insurance company. The manager is well liked and respected by her staff. I love the quality of their work. Makes me feel confident that the standard for repaid is high!

I chose to bring my vehicle to balise collision center because I purchased from balise volkswagen, and only get it serviced there with expectations to eventually trade it in. A Ryder truck backed into my parked car leaving a huge dent in the back quarter panel. I was quoted correctly and efficiently by Teara the general manager there. I was also told it could take up to 3 weeks, which it was exactly. I was fine with that because I knew they were going to take the time to fix it correctly. My car came out looking better than when I first purchased, especially with the complimentary detailing which I wasn t even expecting!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I chose Balise due to there reputation and commercials on TV. I was nervous about using my own insurance to cover repairs from the accident my wife and I were in because we didn't cause the accidentbut, my insurance was excellent to work with. Balise Collision Center take 10 weeks to have my car repaired to my satisfaction. I never thought I would have to argue and push Balise Collision general manager Tears Terry and my service representative Casey to get the repairs required to my vehicle. Balise Honda of West Warwick listened to my issues and went the extra mile to complete the repairs needed. Thumbs up to Robert and Ken of Balise Honda. I had an excellent experience at Belise Collision center. I was frequently kept informed on the progress of my car repair, and given explanations in layman s terms. I truly appreciated the contact with Bob throughout the process, and if I had the misfortune to need collision repair again, I would choose them.

My car was clipped by a semi and the left rear quarter was badly damaged. I chose Balise collision repair because we had purchased 2 vehicles from Balise and were very satisfied with their service. I am very pleased with the results. It was a big job and took about a month. They kept me informed along the way and did a terrific job. Balise Collision was terrific. Annmarie at the desk and Bob in the shop were always available to update me on progress. The work was superb and the warranty on their repair can not be beat. I hope I don't have to deal with another collision repair, but if I do, I will go back to Balise for sure.

I had my car for less than 4 months when a guy in a parking lot decided to plow into the front-end while it was parked, but it was a non-issue thanks to Balise!They coordinated my rental, worked with the insurer, and had my car repaired 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Let me just say Teara and staff were wonderful. They took care of everything for me. Replaced my front fender and driver side door. The car looked brand new when I received it I almost didn t recognize it! They cleaned the inside for me and detailed it to new! I would recommend them. I am a happy customer. The quality of the repairs were well done. I chose Balise because of their recent opening of their Genesis store. My vehicle was returned dirty - especially the interior. The communications while my vehicle was in the shop felt like I was being lied to. I asked for scratch to be touched up and was told to buy touch up paint - i had a $14k job. Overall I m not sure that I would use them in the future.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had a minor fender bender, the staff at Balise was great. They are responsive, quick and attentive. I had my car back in eight days, which pleased me, especially since I was told it could be up to three weeks. The building is clean and inviting. This establishment reminded me of the "good old days" when customers were a priority. Highly recommend this place. Initially the experience was good. Robert took photos of the damage and explained the process to me thoroughly. After that I had no communication for nearly 3 weeks. Miraculously after I called in to check the status of my vehicle it was ready the very next day at 9 am! The vehicle looked better than new, outside the detailing. Whoever did the inside of the vehicle used armor all or some like product on my leather seats and steering wheel which left them slick and greasy to the touch. I brought my car to Balise after being hit from behind. I met with Teara and we went over the damage with me. She explained the whole repair process and kept me updated with the progress. They fixed my car after being rear ended. It came out looking good so far. I really did not work the wiper In the back but Tara did she said. It was really cleaned up and I had items in the car and they worked around it. Maddison & Tara were very pleasant and professional. I did want to mention my battery died the next morning after I picked my car up. I had to buy a new one.
