They charged a hundred dollars to check engine light, only to say the gas cap was loose. There are no parts and no repair yet charged 8 bucks for a shop fee on top of the hundred dollars. 108 dollars total.Avoid at all costs if you can help it.

Not my favorite dealership. It is very clean inside and waiting area is nice but I feel like I make an appointment and get there and no one knows I'm coming. 4 hours to mount tires,oil change, and and alignment. They didn't want to take the time to do the job right and outright told me they would just be pulling paint off. They tried to charge me a different price than I was quoted and never gave me my diagnostic sheet I specifically asked for showing me if any repairs needed to be done or wear on my brakes. Wouldnt recommend to anyone and will use someone else once warranty is up.

I take my Toyotas here for service. They're always professional. In the last 10 years I've never been upsold unnecessarily. Honesty is not something you'd typically find in a large dealership....but these guys are honest every time.

This time I went. The experience has improved, which was fantastic. Great work from Scott. Completely helped me out and he didn't try to milk me for more services and had done the job I agreed too. I wasn't in here for long. I did enjoy waiting. Before the pandemic they served coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. Which I really really like. For some reason I keep forgetting to take pictures. Give it a shot. The experience does vary at a personal level like any other place. I can only provide mines.

Went for an oil change, told them to check under the car there was a bent metal plate. They said they were going to try to fix it if they couldn't they were going to see how much was going to cost to replace it. When I was given the car, I asked if the vent metal plate was fixed, the gentlemen, said " yes it's fixed I guess, service didn't report anything to me" so I was happy. When I went to get in the car I looked under the car and it was the same way they didn't touch it. I went back the the gentleman and told him that nothing was done, and he's response was " I don't know" so I said ok thanks for nothing and left. I send a text to the supervisor, he called right away I explained everything. He told me that they did checked and they were afraid to try to bent it back because it was too thin, he was going to check with Honda too see how much and he wasn't going to charge me for the service. 3 days later he called and told that it was going to be $250, I told him that I took it to a local mechanic and he was able to bent it back and only charged me $30.

Very expensive part that most places sells for about $40, they charge $80. Toyota dealers ripping you off whenever they can

Can't say enough good things about the experience we had today at Belise. Everything from the young man that sold us our new car. To the Finance gentleman. Would absolutely buy a car there again and recommend anyone looking to stop in. We got a new car and can't thank everyone there enough for patience and staying after close to help us seal the deal!!!!

This is an amazing dealer. The cars are beautiful and well maintained. The service representatives are very polite and accomadating to your needs. The representatives listen well and care about providing you with what you need and are looking for. There are used and new cars. There is always someone ready to greet you at the door. There are restrooms, a car wash, and an auto repair shop all in one. There is a nice waiting area with coaches were you can sit, and watch tv while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. There is ample parking for haddicaps as well.

We just brought our first car from Kwame at Balise and we could not be happier. He was extremely helpful, kind and got us into the exact vehicle we wanted. Our payment are exactly where we wanted them. I would recommend Balise Nissan and Kwame to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car. Best car buying experience ever!!!!!!!

Slow. Almost 2 hours for a 10,000 mile check up and oil change. When I got my 2019 RAV I was led to believe an update was soon available for Android auto. Not happening.

This is a great place to get a car if u got good credit then u can mostly get any car u want as long as u have a couple thousand to put down on a vehicle
