Had a great experience at Bald Hill Dodge. Salesperson James M. was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sale. They gave me a fair and accurate trade in value which sealed the deal. James even came on his day off to to complete the sale! They also did a great job putting a fisher snow plow on. Very Happy with our second purchase here!

I cannot say enough good things about Bald Hill Kia. This was a very different car buying experience. From the moment I walked in, the positive energy was felt. This is opposite to feeling like live prey at many other car dealerships. There was a genuine hello and "how can we help you" attitude. My sales rep Erica was absolutely outstanding. You can tell she really cared about her customers. The car buying experience felt like a partnership where we both won. She was invested in the process to make sure everything went smoothly. Her communication and attention to detail made it all the better. I will be a repeat customer and looking forward to my teenagers buying their first car from Bald Hill Kia. Don't buy your car from anywhere else.

My first experience with Bald Hill Kia was exceptional. Went with my mother to purchase a new vehicle since hers was no longer functioning. Our saleswoman Erika made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and answered all our questions. She also went above and beyond to make sure my mother had everything she needed while without a vehicle. In my opinion you don't often see that level of customer care.

I bought a 2020 Kia optima from this dealership. The check engine light came on started flashing. I pulled over, called a tow truck and called Kia. They said I would need an appointment which is fine. I made an appointment for the following day at 12pm. I called the dealership at 1pm on Saturday and was told when they are done looking at my car to diagnose the issue, they will call me back. No phone call and I m also renting a car from them. I hope the dealership seeing how unprofessional it is. I m also disappointed because I had an appointment so my car should be priority when the clock turned 12pm on Saturday. Now it s Monday and I m worried as all hell about my car and the cost of the rental for another week.Update; I was told Monday morning is an actually an appointment according to the social media manager of this establishment which in return I told her I m not hear to talk about a Google review. I am here to pick up my car.

Amber, the service manager likes to be ignorant towards people in the military. Also she likes to blame the customer and or tow truck drivers for something that is clearly their mechanics fault. The car did not run prior so it would make sense that their mechanics had to move the car and put their dirty hands in those locations as seen in the photos.

This was my first time going to Bald Hill Kia and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. It was the easiest, most comfortable leasing experience I ve had. I worked with Mohammed and he was incredible! He was knowledgeable and understanding, but above that, he was genuinely nice and that s the most important quality to me. I had my kids with me and he was also amazing with them. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here and each person that I encountered and worked with. I ve found my dealership for life! If you re looking for a car or even just looking for your options, this is 100% the place to go to!

Update: I got a call from the service department expressing their concern with their call center mistake. Really nice lady on the phone wanted to make it up to us and gave us a complimentary service. I do appreciate that they made it right.I had an appointment for my cars first service at 10am. I unfortunately took the car to the wrong KIA so I called to let them know that I would not make it on time. They said I only had 15 minutes grace time and if I didn't make by 10:15 they wouldn't take me. I would have made it by 10:20.I know it was my fault but how much time can it really take to change the oil to a brand new car. They really couldn't squeeze me in? Good customer service is when you go the extra mile to make things work. It felt to me like they didn't want to.One star for customer service.

A great experience purchasing my car. Our salesperson Richie was so helpful and made sure we had all of our questions answered. He also made sure everything was fixed on our car. I totally recommend purchasing a car from Bald Hill, this was out 3rd purchase there.

Working with Bald Hill Kia was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Mohamed was extremely personable from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring, and went above and beyond. Being 9 months pregnant and car shopping could have easily been a dreadful experience but Mohamed ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.Not only did he remain professional throughout the process he also made sure to connect on a personal level with my husband and I and made our interactions much more than just a business transaction.Each time we walked into the dealership everyone greeted us with a smile on their faces and attended to us promptly.Aside from working with Mohamed while car shopping, working with Rami from Finance was also a remarkable experience. Rami also made sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout. While working with Rami, it was easy to forget that we were completing several tedious tasks such as signing documents, making important financial decisions and reviewing policies and procedures as he treated me like a friend rather than a customer.My husband and I have both purchased vehicles from Ball Hill Kia and Jeep within the past 6 months and we recommend it to anyone who is dreading their car buying experience.

Can t express how much disappointment this dealership has caused me. Not only were my requests to see a specific car not honored until I was about to walk out of the dealership, I felt pressured by the dealer and then was contacted after the sale passive aggressively because I filled out a customer survey with integrity. Speaking to the a manager after this incident was incredibly disheartening. Instead I was met with accusations that because I wasn t screaming and yelling that the sale must have went swimmingly. I was raised to never treat someone with disrespect, even if I am unsatisfied with my customer service experience. I know receiving a poor survey doesn t bode well but to call a customer and leave a passive aggressive voicemail is rudimentary and embarrassing. Instead, reflecting on my feedback could be more productive. Furthermore, my fianc� and my future in laws came with me and for whatever reason the manager felt the need to bring that up in a condescending way and said a lot was going on. My fiance has a masters in finance so obviously he was involved in the negotiations but my in laws were simply walking around the show room. It s quite offense to critique who I bring and without having ANY interaction with us, it makes me question what this manager is making his assumptions off of. I am glad I brought my fiance because they tried to sell me the car for thousands of dollars over what other dealerships in the area were offering for a brand new car. Furthermore, the car was not ready for two days, and upon pick up we learned there were no mats with the car, in the middle of winter. Overall the interaction was unprofessional. I was not going to write this review, but now my car has been in the shop for one week due to a wiring glitch. A brand new car, with 7 miles on it after this dealership said it was good to go and passed all the safety checks. I cannot trace what is the origin of this problem but the fact that now I m having issues with this vehicle after this purchasing experience is nauseating. I would not recommend this dealership, not only because of our sale experience but the follow up and the fact that my car is now in the shop. I m sure another demographic of customers enjoys this dealership, but unfortunately we did not. I hope the new year is able to humble them and bring them the year they deserve.Edit: added one more star because the finance department/finance guy was fantastic and really enjoyed the time he took to walk us through all our options and simply speaking to us with respect and interest. We found out we had a ton in common with him and it was the saving grace is this experience.UPDATE- they sold us the car knowing there was a technical issue with it (to their defense they thought the fixed it). However, when we reached out to the dealership to ask why this technical issue wasn t disclosed we were spoken to in the most condescending way by a MANAGER. I understand cars have issues, it s under warranty, that s not my issue. My issue is their attitude and customer service, instead of empathy and professionalism, when asked about the issue the response was the car didn t get delivered with gas in it, should we have disclosed that as well? The car was dirty when it got delivered should we have disclosed that? Condescending and sarcastic, not the tone you want to hear when you have worked your butt off as a nurse the last five years and finally get to have the moment of buying a new car. They soured that experience for me completes. The professionalism, with the three people we interacted with (salesman and two managers) was non existent. How you speak to someone and how you treat them goes way further than any fancy car with a warranty. I hope this dealership implements some type of training/customer service for ALL customers.

Don t trade in a car and lease with Bald hill Kia, the staff is shady especially Sales Manager. They will offer you one thing then lie and take it away. You will be pressured into a car you don t want and will be lied about it having features that it really doesn t have thanks to salesman Richard B who was just looking to get some cash in his pocket. Wish I never came across this place and would ve much rather went through a Dealership with people that actually have a brain. This is a warning to everyone!!!!P.s. owner will bribe you to take down a negative Kia review just for his own benefit. Only in it for himself.

absolutely do not spend your time or money here. incompetent sales team, lazy and downright awful techs. the salesman, Peter D., was so worried about getting home when finalizing my sale, he forgot to give me my license back. I had an issue with the vehicle about a week after I bought it, so brought it in to be checked out. i was told i needed all new brake pads and rotors, as they tried to charge me another $1000, because Mike, their used car service lead, just didn't want to do the brakes before the sale. Mike would also not come speak to me when I was asking about the brakes. I now have the paperwork that notes they knew about this before I bought the vehicle and were just too lazy to put like $300 worth of work on a car im overpaying for as it is. the salesman never told me about the ecoboost feature of the car and when I tried to call about getting some help because the car was shutting off on me, I got the run around and then ignored and still have not gotten any response. it's been about a week.overall, just inconceivably terrible. please check out some of the smaller places in the state if you're looking.I would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

My wife and I went to this location to buy out our vehicle with a check from the credit union after paying a 3 year lease. The sales manager told us that was not an option and that we had to finance through them. They are a for profit business and we can finance through them or go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to tell someone they cannot finance or take out a loan with the company of their choice and that we have to do it through them or not at all. One star is not low enough to rate our experience here.

I had my first service done on my 2023 Kia recently and they were great schedule wise. I spent 2-3 hours detailing my car before dropping it off and when I picked my car up it was covered in water marks and not properly cleaned. I feel as if I let a child clean my car as it is not appealing whatsoever. Basically don t waste your time cleaning the car before drop off because I found myself doing it all over again regardless when I got my car back.

My sales associate was very knowledgeable in my interest on purchasing a Telluride. Just a minor suggestion that she would have introduced herself to me once we sat down in her cubicle.Another suggestion to bring to the staff it doesn t make a good impression on having an employee lean against a show room vehicle while on there cell phone with their jacket on. The car happened to be the one I purchased.Our final transaction with the Business Manager Charlie was very good. He was precise and very personable.

The tan at Bald Hill is collectively fantastic. I went in at the end of my lease not knowing what I wanted to do. They walked me through my options and I changed my mind a couple times. Even though I was probably a bit frustrating they were polite and professional the whole time. Seeing how accommodating they were I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone in the future. Thank you Bald Hill!

mohamed did an excellent job from when i came in to inquire about a certain vehicle to the handshake which sealed the deal for me. i was very specific on what car and color and accessories i wanted and didn't want and he matched every one of my requests. very professional and made the whole experience easy and stress free. they even held my car in the parking lot for a couple months until i was ready to buy which most dealerships don't do. excellent job overall.

My daughter bought a car from Richard Bernard. He said that the car had all the options that she wanted and when she drove it off the lot she realized that it didn't have blind spot monitoring. She called him right away and he said sorry and this isn't walmart you can't return the car. We spoke to Anthony the manager a couple of days later and he said that she could have returned the car ,but its to late now because it was already registered. So basically Richard Bernard took advantage of my daughter.

We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento, Alexis was wonderful very honest and was determined to find us a vehicle in our price range. That s where the good stops. We were mere days away from the temp tags expiring and I called to see what the hold up was on our plates and registration, I was told oh we are waiting for you to get the VIN check done. We were aware this needed to be done but we re not told it was on us to get done as well as we were never given all the required documents to do so. They emailed the the documents I then got the vin check done and had to drive them the paperwork for that as we only had 4 days before temp tag expired. We had the car 1 month and the check engine light came on and results were the car needed a transmission. We were told we would have the car back in one week. That time came and went with no calls to explain why we didn t have it back yet. We called the service department many times asking for updates to only listen to the phone ringing and then connect the call just to have it disconnect. We ultimately had to start calling the sales department and have them transfer our call over to get a hold of anyone in service. The service departments lack of communication to us was saddening to say the least. They had our car for 3 weeks. Now yes there were holidays in there but no one bothered to pick up a phone and call to explain why it would take longer than expected it was fully on us to call and get progress reports. Our car is repaired and seems to be fine now but the way Bald Hill Kia handles customer service especially from the service department is a joke. The loaner car we had also must not have been safety checked because all 3 window wipers were in need of replacing. They had our car for 3 weeks that we are paying for after only having it for a month and didn t even as much offer to help with a half payment for the inconvenience of a broken down car that we had just purchased. I would think that a transmission being on its way out so bad that it needed a full replacement only after us having it for a month is something that surly a real mechanical inspection by certified technicians should have known was happening. Fast forward one day and they have called to ask me to remove this review and they offered to give us 4 free oil changes and tire rotations to make up for the fact that they don t know how to properly communicate with customers. I really hope my review will get to potential customers and prevent them from going through the same nightmare. I will say we love the car it self but the dealerships employees suck at their jobs.
