Absolutely outstanding service. I needed a battery for my key fob (I 'd replaced it several times and it didn't work.) In less than three minutes, he replaced it and it works perfectly. I also needed touch up paint for my car, and he went out of his way to make sure it matched, even comiing out in the pouring rain. He was so kind. I highly recommend coming here for your auto needs. I'll definitely return. 4/2/24

As nice and helpful as could be, needed a Battery and they checked my Alternator and Starter as well, professional I would highly reccomend

Jeremy, Dom, and Alex are so knowledgeable and helpful!! Just visited again today and Alex came out to take a look at my car, answered all my questions, and overall just brought me so much relief on things I was concerned about. Thank you so much, Alex!! Would recommend this location to anyone. 10/10.

Came in with electrical problems - thought I needed a battery - the manager, Christy, was incredibly helpful, checked my battery, we discovered a disconnected terminal / broken bracket. Knowing I would most likely only be purchasing electrical tape - she still treated me like the most important customer they had.

They helped me get the right replacement wiper blades. Who knew there were so many! I love the selection here from wheel covers to sun protectors they've got what you want.

Hands down the nicest people I've interacted with at an auto store. Paul answered my questions on the phone and when I arrived was ready to assist me. Definitely will be returning to this location for all my auto part needs!

most employees Usually don't know much about mechanics, other than what the computer says and whatever knowledge they may have sometimes you get lucky in a guy knows what you're talking about or you just have to know what you need and try and diagnose the issue yourself but that you have pretty much everything you need as long as you know what you need and the employees are willing to help as much as they can, to their knowledge that is.......

This store and its staff are great! I needed a minute part to hold my sun visor up in my 2006 Honda. Not only did they have the part, the salesman came to my car and put it on! They were so nice and helpful I will be back!

Speak with Lourdes I believe her name was. Educated, hard working, and went well above and beyond her requirements as an employee. Wonderful quality work installing the battery i needed aswell as terminals and also educated me on the process. Pleasent attitude too. See Lourdes and be sure to tip her! The work and professionalism is well above their ratings. I personally do not typically even review a business. This was well deserved and I would highly recommend doing business specifically with Lourdes despite Auto Zones mediocre reputation.

I called to inquire about getting a headlamp bulb for my car and asked if someone could tell me how to install it myself. The response I received was we ain t mechanics . I then called the Coventry store and asked the same question. The response I received from them was, sure come on down, we will put it in for you! I suppose that says it all

I had a bulb out and I went in to AutoZone for a bulb. He explained about high priced bulbs, and how they aren't the best because they are expensive. He also came out of the store in the pouring rain to help me install it on a Friday night. While I sat dry in my car. I did feel bad but now my bulb is working. Thank you for being so kind to help me and my children be safe.

I ve been to this autozone on 2 occasions and both experiences have been great. The guy who helped me I believe his name was Bruce S. Anyways, I came in because my headlights were out and he explained everything at the register and showed me which lights were best. What I love about going to autozone in general is that they install the products for you. I don t know much about cars which I should but I m glad I am able to come here. Bruce helped install the lights in my car and explained to me why the lights kept turning off and wasn t bright enough. He went the extra mile to fix that problem. I really appreciate that because a lot of times you go to mechanics and they rip you off with very high prices. I recommend this autozone, they get the job done. Thank you I will continue to come here!!

staff is good competent for the most part id never expect anyone to know everything about every car but a little bit of research goes a long way and if a customer tells you they are looking for a specific part even though it doesnt fit the vehicle dont question thier intelligence engine swaps plenty of them out there

I gotta say that customer service has always been pretty good. The business model makes it less intimidating for unknowledgeable people to find items they need.

I came to Auto zone today and a man named Paul took the time to come out and put my lights in he had to take it apart to put them in . What an amazing friendly guy! Recommend this place 100%! Thank you so very much Paul wendy Sarro

Terrible. Cant answer a question about anything. You have to know specifics or they can t help but don t realize if you knew the specifics you wouldn t need their help anyway.

This store is populated by dumbies! The guy at the counter looked up the headlight bulb for my car then said they were out of stock for everything except the dullest bulb. I needed the light so i bought the cheap bulb and when i got home and tried to swap them, he had given me the wrong kind of bulb. HE HAD ONE JOB

It's what you would expect from an auto parts store. I deducted one star because the area of Bald Hill Rd that this is located on can get backed up really bad, sonif you are trying to take a left out of the parking lot, you might be there for a while.
