I have been an Audi Warwick customer since 2015. I am on my 5th Audi and with each purchase I return to the dealerships service department because I know the service will be done to factory specifications . I have been assigned to a service representative and the advantage of that is he understands my time is limited. He is accommodating and makes the service experience convenient , efficient and pleasurable. If you love the Audi brand as much as I do, you know that taking care of regular maintenance is just as important as the purchase of one. I highly recommend Audi Warwick for both car sale and service.

An unscheduled repair to my Audi, Barry and the team were fantastic throughout the process. They communicated and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy with my service and can recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Audi of Warwick. My engine light came on my 2015 Q5 TDI and scheduled an appointment to get this checked out. My service representative Mike told me that I needed my second diesel update and would take a few days to fix this under the diesel warranty. On the day I scheduled my appointment I had indicated that I would not need a loaner because I didn t know what was wrong at the time. Unfortunately, on my appointment day Mike told me about the update that was needed and needed a few days to do it. I asked Mike if I could get a loaner but he said they were all out of loaner cars. Mike eventually found me a loaner within in 15 min. And saved me another couple of trips back to the dealer if he hadn t found me one. Mike was great to work with and really helped me out being that I live approx 40 miles away. Thanks Mike!

I had a great experience at the Warwick Audi service center. Ron made the whole experience seamless and not only explained everything, but he also took the inspection of my car further while joining the technician on a test drive to be sure the noise was resolved!

Was worried it was going to be a process with my repairs. Robert was my service specialist and he made things simple and easy. Car was done the day off . He took the consideration when I stated I needed my car for work next week , as I need to be travel to the office . Very happy with the service !

Once again, the service was absolutely outstanding. Right from the start at scheduling, to checking in and then getting the car back was tremendous.The communication and expertise goes beyond saying. You might pay a little more for service and work at this dealership, but it far exceeds my expectation.

A very pleasant (if pricey) first service appointment with the Audi Warwick team. The team was very professional and courteous. For basic maintenance, it took more time than expected, but a loaner vehicle made the wait a non-issue.

Service rendered: 80,000 mile tune up, and timing chain replacement.The service department was straightforward, honest, and helpful. They discovered damage to the camshaft while replacing the timing chain. They replaced it as well with no additional charge to me due to them applying a coupon discount for me.I was given a brand new Q7 as a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. The vehicles were exchanged by an Audi driver meeting me at a jobsite, saving me time and money.I will be taking my car to them for all future needs.

This was my Audi's very first service, at 10M miles. There are no problems. The staff is courteous and efficient. The car is wonderful. I recently returned from a drive to FL and back. The car is a joy to drive.

That's just service department and parts not the rest of the Dealership., just service and parts. But my oil change and rotation of tires no problem. Don't got too much to say about the rest of the Dealership.

A great service department, comfortable waiting room. The service advisors where very helpful and courteous. Two things, the service light was not reset and I would always rather talk to a person when calling for service then an automated system.

Tire replacement, but not urgent. Took a while for appointment because I needed a loaner, again, not urgent. Took several days due to demand placed by "walk-ins" and waiters. Had mechanical issue on 2017 Allroad with drivetrain and turbo. Had aftermarket warranty. Process was simple and efficient to remedy and was kept in loop the whole time. Outstanding communication with service dept. Vehicle drives like new. Highly recommend, anyone can sell but can they service? 5 star performance from Audi Warwick.

My Audi needed inspection and I had never been to Audi Warwick. Spoke to Michael Burns and he said there was availability. Also needed license plates mounted properly. After a brief wait in comfortable lounge car was inspected and plates mounted. Michael was very polite and professional and especially helpful for fitting in someone without an appointment and I really appreciate his quick attention. I will absolutely return when my car needs service.

I went to a different Audi in Massachusetts and was unable to get help as i was not given a response. I called Audi of Warwick and got assistance right away! I was able to schedule an appointment on the spot to get my car serviced. I wanted to thank Ron for going above and beyond, the process was smooth and he kept me in the loop throughout the process. Everything was clear and completed earlier than expected and costed way less than the quote i was given at the other Audi location. I had an appointment for an oil change and a 90,000 check up. My car was taken in at the appointed time and the service was done timely. My service manager was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable.
