Great body shop. 2020 was not the year for my jaguar xe. I had 3 accidents and on all 3 occasions Pacheco automotive took incredible care of my vehicle. They worked with me and promptly got me a rental car each time. They treat your car like it was their own, which is more than you can ask for. Big thank you to the whole team, especially Cassandra for always coordinating with me and going above and beyond, and Bob for transporting my car!

Arthur Pacheco automotive has repaired a few of my cars after I have been hit on the road the service from start to finish was amazing they even repaired my wife s car once great attention to detail and you can t even tell the car was damaged returned cleaned and detailed like new condition thanks to Arthur and his staffService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Another glowing review for this company! Every step of the way the team at Pacheco exceeded expectations! They handled EVERYTHING, never had to speak to an insurance company once they had my car (which was picked up and a beautiful loaner car dropped off) to being so proactive- I never had to call for an update as they constantly check in, to the final delivery of my car. Honestly with the amazing detail and incredible precision of the work my car looks better and cleaner then when I bought it. The staff here truly is incredible and has the customers best interest in mind. 100% do not hesitate if you are looking h for a body shop for your Range Rover as their work is unparalleled.

Pacheco's is the best automotive shop in Rhode Island hands down. They are such a pleasure to work with and are honest and extremely helpful. My Range Rover needed a lot of work done and during it's time in the shop, they never cut any corners and make sure to do their job thoroughly and with integrity. Cassandra and the team are always a phone call away when we need them. Highly recommended & amazing company. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

I recently brought my car into Pacheco s and couldn t be happier with the results! My car was hit and they dealt with the insurance company 100% and fought to get my car done correctly. The customer service was amazing from everyone I encountered, especially Cassandra, who updated me EVERY step of the way. They went above and beyond all expectations and I would definitely go back in the future!

I feel compelled to write this review after receiving absolutely outstanding customer service and repair results from Pacheco Autobody. From the very first phone call after my accident when they delivered a nearly new, completely detailed Range Rover Velar as my loaner car, to the friendly and complete updates on the work, to dealing with the insurance companies, to the end repair results (which is most important) Pacheco exceeded all expectations. Mr. Pacheco is a perfectionist and it shows throughout his organization. I rarely leave reviews but I could not help myself. If your car needs repair this is the body shop you should contact.

Excellent body shop. Pacheco Automotive fixed a deep scratch on my Range Rover. They went above and beyond for me and fixed the vehicle perfectly. The staff was incredibly nice to deal with. The work they did was amazing and I can t thank them enough!

After my car got rear ended, I called Pacheco on the strong recommendation of someone I knew. They couldn't have been more courteous and professional. They drove out from Rhode Island to Boston - twice - to get my car and bring it back. When I did get it back it was in better shape than when I bought it. They kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. All in all, 5 stars, would absolutely recommend Jerry and the entire Pacheco crew for any work. I've unfortunately had to visit Pacheco's twice due to 2 car accidents. He and his staff are FABULOUS! My car looked better than it did originally. They really do a professional job. They also detail your car too. They take care of the insurance company and can hook you up with a rental vehicle ( through a different company) on premesis. Both times were great experiences! An absolutely fantastic auto body shop. It is very difficult to do high-quality work on an aluminum bodied car Archie and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2015 Range Rover when it was sideswiped on the right side. He coordinates with the Land Rover dealership to make sure that everything that needs to be replaced will be replaced with OEM parts. Go there first and then call your insurance company.

Goes above and beyond. The best body shop for your Land Rover! I needed a whole new front bumper. They not only replaced it, but detailed my whole car. It looks and feels brand new :)Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Lillies garage for oil change my car was ready in twenty minutes and I just made the appointment that weekend. He squeezed me in to make me happy. Great service at reasonable prices.

Worst place to work in ! Arthur Pacheco does not know how to treat his employees. I speak from experience , recently I left this job due to the fact that he down talks his people and I had only been workin there 2weeks ! ! ! He also cant keep a full staff which say alot about him . All his employees talk behind his back aswell ! The work is good because of the employees there not because of him .
