Had my hood painted years ago at Maaco. Hood paint started to flake badly and needed it redone. Affordable Autobody matched the rest of my car perfectly. I couldn t be happier with how it turned out! Highly recommended.

After a car accident, my husband brought his F-150 to Affordable to have body work done. It needed a new rear end and a little cab work too. When we picked the truck up a month later, it looked as if it was never damaged. It runs beautifully too. They were extremely professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Plus they back their work. Definitely would recommend.

I was recommended to Affordable Auto body by my insurance company and cannot be more happy with the results! They were really easy to work with throughout the whole process. Everything from having a rental car waiting for me when I dropped my truck off, to going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final result even at extra cost to the shop! They stand by their work and are extremely reliable. Check them out for any auto body or maintenance related work you need done!

I chose Affordable Auto Body after my car was hit by another driver because my insurance carrier guaranteed their work and the appraisal would be done there at the shop when I dropped off the car rather than in 2 separate steps. I live in New Bedford, MA so it was about a 45 minute drive for me. It was definitely worth it because:1. The smooth and expedited inspection/intake (including having the rental there and waiting when I arrived).2. The steady communication through the claim/repair process keeping me informed of their progress3. The thorough and organized delivery once the repairs were complete. Mike even drove my car for 10 miles after the repair to make sure that the sensors and safety features all worked as designed.I would definitely choose them again. Not only did they complete it fast, it left the shop better than when I bought it. They took the time to really give the car what it needed and made sure it left absolutely incredible. I don't have much to say other than that I'm extremely satisfied. Thanks Guys

I am so pleased with the work Affordable Auto Body did on my vehicle. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful through the entire process, and I would definitely recommend this body shop to friends and family!

Had minor damage done to my vehicle front bumper. I chose to use Affordable after reading the reviews here. I stopped in to Affordable where I was kindly greeted and happened to meet with the owner Mike. Mike is very professional and you can tell that he cares about every car and every customer that comes into his shop. I dropped the car off and 4 days later all repairs were made and I could not be happier. The car looked like it did, actually even better. They had a nicely done detail inside and out! The car looked great and for a very reasonable price for everything mentioned above. Going forth I would highly recommend Affordable Autobody and their team to anyone needing any form of body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mike and his team are professional and finished the work as promised.The girls at the front desk were very well informed and always kept us up to date. They treat your vehicle like it was their own. Excellent communications, on time as promised and the quality is superb. I've taken my car here twice for body work - once after I was rear-ended and most recently when a large tree branch fell on my car. They did an excellent job both times restoring my car to new condition. Very pleasant and helpful staff. My insurance covers a rental car so they also arranged the pick up and were great about providing progress reports via text. Highly recommend.

Mike and team do a super job. My truck came back looking brand new. It was clean, top to bottom and ready to go. They're quick and thorough. I have rental as part of my insurance and can pick up a car right when I drop off. It's very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

First off I want to say that in an awful situational Amy G and Mike made my experience easy and stressless. I was traveling in Rhode Island to help family from my home in Savannah GA and someone nailed my car in my hotel parking lot making it undriveable. My insurance recommended Affordable auto body for my new model Honda CRV. I was skeptical since it was not a "Honda" place but I went as I had a tight timeframe. I am so happy I did - They did great work and had it complete in no time. My SUV was fixed before the time estimate and good as new. Thank you so much for the great work. AAB made an awful situation much better by doing a great job!!! I could not recommend enough.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve had more repairs done here than I care to count. Mike and the team are the best. Service is incredible. Everything is done right, on schedule, on price, no surprises. The owner went above and beyond!! My tire was going flat from another shops mistake and he took it apon himself to not only look at it but fix that as well! I must also add that the work I did hire them for they did a phenomenal job on, and I would definitely here them again! If ever needed! Got me a deal 100$ less then the local Nissan dealership at the same quality. Fixed my rear taillight in 20 min the next day. Awesome service! Will be back if me or my girlfriend encounter any other car issues in the future.

I brought my car in yesterday for a quick estimate on some body damage. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my brakes. I didn't have an appointment but they took my keys on the spot and put my car up on the lift. They showed me my pads and rotors and recommended that they be replaced "like yesterday." Again, with no appointment, they had the brake work done in less than an hour and a half, and for a reasonable price. It was a great first impression and I will be back. Thank you again.

Horrible experience overall. You may have a good experience if 1. " you are like family", or 2. If they are friends of yours, but if you are a regular customer, they will great you with a smile, and do sub par work.The reason I say this, is because, I brought my car there after the micro-burst/ storm. They re- assured me they would take care of me, the car would like nice, and that it would be ready and no time.I live down the road, and would drive by every day to see my car sitting in the lot not touched, it seemed to never move. And it was late being done.... long story short got the car back with my bumper scuffed, fish eyes in the clear coat ( FYI never wet sanded), my windshield molding never replaced even though it was damaged, and they only buffed and waxed 1/2 the car. And I will tell you any reputable people buff and wax the whole car. They gave me an excuse they rushed it because of being backed up, but they never fixed the issues. They are jokes, hacks, and the owner will lie strait to your face. And if I could post pics on here via my phone I would prove it.

Mike Gemma and his highly professional staff & technicians made our unpleasant auto accident a whole lot smoother. Every attention to detail was explained and fixed to factory specifications. I always recommend them and have regular service done on all of our vehicles. Simply great, hard working and honest folks.

Went here after an accident and was recommended by the insurance company. I haven t gotten my vehicle back and while I am hopefully the work was completed properly my concern isn t that it s the service. I would call every day with a promise of a phone call back and 3 days would go back multiple messages and no reply. I would be told that they wanted more information before they called me back... in my field of customer service why not just call the person back and say... just looking into that and I will give you a call back in said amount of days. Instead of this here I am feeling uninformed and frustrated. Had I had a better experience I would have gotten the remaining work needed for my car at this body shop. However I am so displeased I am picking up my vehicle not fully repaired and going to a different shop I can trust. Mike was very nice however that only goes so far keeping your clients in the loop and returning phones calls is more important to me than small talk.

I know some of these folks personally, and can tell you, they're good people! I had also brought my Ford Taurus here for repairs after an accident. The insurance adjuster missed a lot of damage on the estimate. They quickly called in a second adjuster to set things right! Recently, I insisted my 2015 Toyota Corolla be brought here for repairs after a rear-end accident, again, they made repairs quickly and got me back on the road! When I picked up my car it looked brand new again! Good communication & easy to work with. I recommend them to everyone.

Great staff, extremely helpful in dealing with an insurance claim and good quality work. Dropped the car off for mechanical issues. Was there for 3 business days without even being looked at. Called everyday and was given little to no information on when they would take it in. Finally went and got my key and took it out of there. Life is hard enough without a car it would be nice to have a mechanic at least make it a little easier. Will not be going back and recommend not going there!
