This is the best auto parts store in the state!!! The workers here are super helpful!! Ethan is awesome and friendly!! He answered all my questions patiently and very knowledgeable!! Store is very spacious, clean and well stocked! Very reasonably priced too! Highly recommended!

Wow. Best customer service I have received by any store in a long time. Store seemed understaffed but was still very efficient and very professional. Roland is great. After installing my new battery he helped me to identify and address another issue on my work vehicle that saved me from losing work time and an unnecessary mechanic visit. I don't live in the area but would go out of the way to this location if possible. Thank you. *****

I frequent this store for all my truck parts and car parts. Way better than the others. When you go there for parts for your car or truck or what have you, you get the right part the first time, prices are good, Counter works are very knowledgeable.Great auto parts store.NR Jr

The employees here are always really good to me. They help me find whatever I'm looking for and have never given me a problem when I needed to exchange something that was incorrect or was defective. I go here every month for oil change supplies and any other automotive products that I need. Upon completion of my purchase they always say, "see you next time" because they know I'll be coming back. One of the best advanced auto parts I've ever done business with. I have had issues with the other one's but never here.

Some employees know a lot, others know nothing. Hit or miss. Update: I went to the legeis ave location on November 21st for a new battery. I would normally buy a battery and install it myself but it was bit cold and I didn't have time so, I decided to let them install it. 1st off the battery was more expensive here but I paid for the convince. My issue was the lazy employee didn't bother cleaning the terminals, it was my girlfriend's car and she got stuck at work 2 days later. If I am paying for convince and service then do your job correctly. Dropped star rating to 1, very dissatisfied.

Store is fine main problem is the short little fat guy. He thinks he's better than everyone talked to me very disrespectfully and like I was stupid. He said some very mean and offensive words to me so me and my company will go else where.

Helpful employees, I would also like to add, my wife had been in a car wreck outside of the West Warwick location, the employees helped us, and made sure my wife, who is undergoing Chemotherapy, was ok. Very grateful.

This is one of the newer stores, it's laid out well. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The database is pretty good for older vehicles. Parts that are not in stock usually arrive in a couple of days. Staff will help you install wiper blades.

Jake was most professional over the phone as well as in person. He was not only courteous, but also reminded me of the tools needed for the job. The prices were competitive; thus Jake's professionalism will be the deciding factor for my return to Advance Auto Parts. Thanks Jake.

I had a traumatic experience here. I waited in front of the 2 cashiers for about 10 minutes and they kept talking on the phone. None of them say a word or even looked at my face. They just neglected me. I was in a hurry so after 10 minutes I asked one of the guys how long should I wait more? And he muted the phone and yelled at me what do u want? I was shocked and left the store immediately.

I thought that I was having issues with my battery and/or alternator. The staff were very helpful, and respectful. They checked the battery and alternator. Everything is okay. I'll probably need to clean the battery terminals and/or wire connections.

Wow. The prices on wiper blades are unbelievably high. 2 young men in store not once was I asked if I needed help . They 've removed the wiper blades guide books you now have to ask at counter. Luckily I only had to wait about 10 min or so. I would some 5 at oil 4 blades and a can of Freon for 7.99 and a gallon of Window fluid $ 91.00! I 've been in this store alot since I drive an old Ford truck. Not liking this place so much anymore.

I like to think I'm mechanically inclined so I don't usually ask for help when visiting auto stores but Allen was alot of help. I actually went there twice today. Both times he helped me find exactly what I needed. They also help with any parts you need for your vehicle if you don't have any insight on what model you need of an item. I will be sure going back.

Had an amazing oil change package $34 bucks for 5qts of pretty much any full synthetic oil including mobile 1, Castrol edge pensoil etc.. W/premium filter too.
