I looked for over 6 months for a first car for my son. I never imagined that finding a used car that I could feel secure about having my son drive would be such a miserable experience. In my search I ran into Pete and Metacom Auto. I kept searching, but stayed in touch with Pete. I came to realize that Pete was being both honest and completely transparent. Something vitally important to me and something I did not find before meeting Pete. He simply wanted to make sure I got a safe car for my son. Ultimately I waited for the right car to show up at Metacom. Bought my 2013 Equinox today and feel very good about the purchase. I could not have asked for anything else and feel very fortunate to have come across Pete. I purchased a amazing car from Pete a few months back. His service and reliability is incredible. He has gone above and beyond not only the sales part of purchasing a car which he made very easy but also the other side of servicing the car as well. Very reasonable priced cars. 90 day warranty and Peter seems honest. I didn't give them five stars yet, need to see how they handle the warranty. Awaiting them to replace back up camera...so far so good! very happy! I am back, Peter and his staff have been awesome! They have fixed the backup camera! I give them 5 stars!

Pete sold me a 2009 Chevy cobalt. Had nothing but good luck with the car. It s been a year now. He s a man of his word when you need something. Always willing to work with you with all your needs!!!! Awesome guy! Great business!

I bought the biggest pos car Pete did suck me in to a car that s when I tryed changing a flat tire the jack went there the frame it was spray foam then spray painted Black. Thank you rember me tho

I ve bought many cars and have worked with car dealers for decades, so if I m taking the time to review an experience, it must be well deserved! My son had found a car in Warren at Metacom Auto Sales so he and I paid a visit earlier this week. For a moderately smaller location they had so much too offer. Great variety and selection, finance options, and a very easy going, helpful and engaging owner, Pete. My son knew which car he wanted and the transaction was easy. My mind was really at ease as I watched the full time service team continuously improving their inventory. All and all, a real positive experience that certainly deserves my attention with a solid recommendation. In a business with negative stereotypes I extend my kudos to proprietor Pete. Thank you! From start to finish Peter and his team have been outstanding. Any issue or concern that arose was immediately addressed. Down to it being a holiday weekend. I will definitely be doing business again with him.It is hard meeting honest people who stand by their products and resolve issues accordingly.

Worst car buying experience of my life! Peter and his mechanic have no idea what they are doing don't let them work on your car.or buy from them, complete worthless warranty,I have to go to small claim's to get my Repair bill of 4800.00 ppayedafter
