I was very nervous about getting my vehicle repaired, especially since I know nothing about cars or insurance. Nick and his team were phenomenal from the moment I drove up with questions through the week and a half-yes, only a week and a half!- they had my car. They answered all questions I had, were kind and upfront. When they returned my vehicle, it was cleaned and vacuumed. I am beyond grateful for their customer service and skill. While I hope to never, ever need auto body work in the future, if I do, I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

The staff at this shop are the nicest and most honest people. They took the time to explain the puzzle that was happening with my car, used language I could understand, and charged a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. Brian always had a smile on his face and made me feel comfortable where as at other places i always felt like a burden. Nick took the time to investigate the issue and was honest and up front about price and what the issues could be and only did work he knew might fix my issue instead of running several tests that amounted to no solution. I will happily go out of my way to have them do any future maintenance.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I cannot express enough gratitude to Nick and his staff here at geared to perfection!!!! I made the mistake of taking my car to a shop for convenience of location and it turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE! I took it to Nick after this mess and not only did he clean up their mess he pushed me in the right direction to get my situation with the other shop resolved. I will only be referring friends and family to THIS SHOP and I will be using them for everything!!! Since this I ve sent multiple people to him who ALL HAVE EXPRESSED NOTHING BUT SATISFACTION for his work!!! HONEST RELIABLE AND FAST!!! This place knows how important having your car back ASAP IS!!Service: Exhaust

Someone side swiped my car and it was really bad. I took it to Nick and Curtis and they were awesome from start to finish. Curtis is one talented technician and he made my car good as new. I know you hear nightmare stories with garages but these guys are the real deal. They do more than auto body repair and I honestly can t recommend and thank them enough. I ll be coming here for all repairs from now on!

This was the easiest experience I have ever had with auto body repair from start to finish. They took me in right away because the owner, Nick, wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive while waiting for the adjuster to come out. He took care of setting up my rental. The work was done quickly. The main thing I want to reiterate is the exceptional quality of work which, is very hard to find these days. Meticulous!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are some of the nicest most knowledgeable guys that I know and they can handle everything that your vehicle needs from a 2 z from a paint job to an oil change to custom work just about anything they can handle and they do it well. It doesn't matter if it's mechanical or electrical Or like I said custom work that you want done on your vehicle or a restoration project. I recently had my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited edition serviced there I had a problem with the rear end that 3 different mechanics couldn't figure out and they couldn't figure out how to fix it I brought it to them and within 2 days all of my problems were fixed my whole vehicle had been gone through problems that I didn't even know existed were brought to my attention and fixed, And I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to have it all done.....

Geared is my life long garage for my cars. These guys are the greatest. Honest and straight forward with touch of class. They'll fix your problems and let you know if something needs to be taken care of down the road. They stand buy their work and go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. Great bunch of guys. Bring your cars here......

Every person my husband and I have ever dealt with at Geared 2 Perfection have gone above and beyond for anything we needed. From simple things like changing a bulb, lights on the dash, and oil changes to a terrible accident I was in where I thought my car was a goner - they ve always come through! Best customer service - I am the worst when it comes to dealing with car stuff and Ashley and Nick went above and beyond to assist me and help me as quick as possible. The girls always answered my calls and seemed more than happy to help me and were very accommodating. After my more than positive experience here, I will definitely be returning and recommending my friends and family!

After having my vehicle several times and $1500 later it still isn't fixed! Kept my vehicle over the weekend so I had to rent a car for work! Didn't get it inspected eitheryes i owed him money but vehicle was not repaired!never again

2 years ago gave them 5 stars they fixed problems gave a pat on back said anytime you need help we got you. Since then everything they fixed has broke again, & the multiple mechanics that gave recent diagnostics said the only thing previous mechanics did was give a good band-aid to the problem. Love to support local businesses but damn, this is really a HUGE let down.
