My car was sent to Auto MD by Eddie of Bristol County Auto Exchange. It went in for a rear end that should have take a day (or 2,3). But Steve had it over a month! Steve texted me at 1 am stating the car was fixed. I drove the car home and the brakes went to the floor! Brought it to my mechanic and they couldn't believe the a so-called mechanic could do that much damage. I was sent home with a car in a dangerous situation where the brakes had gone to the floor. STAY AWAY from Auto MD and Bristol County auto Exchange .

Drop by during open hours. The door was locked. A car outside in the parking lot Had the tire off but no mechanic there. So I called and left a detailed voicemail message. I needed my four disc routers and disc pads replaced.Never returned my call

Auto MD is a place you can feel 100% safe bringing your vehicle. I had an issue where multiple problems occurred at once and steve and his team really put the time and effort into finding all of the problems from electrical faults fuel system failure and internal engine malfunctions all at one time and the truck left the shop running better than it did before the issue had began. He cares about his customers and doing his best to provide a good service for them. In the end he is knowledgeable honest and determined to fix the problem and make you happy. I hate mechanics usually because i know enough about vehicles when they lie so often about things and make excuses it drives me insane but Auto MD is not that type of shop. Put your faith in them and steve will show you the rest when he repairs your headaches. I did not know of Auto MD or steve before my i was referred to him by a friend around 5/1/2021 so im not making a review for any reason other than Auto MD making me a very happy customer. I actually felt bad for all the diagnostic and repair work he had to perform on my vehicle. Thank you very much Auto MD you definitely deserve my business and anyone else you service.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

All I can say is Wow!!! Brought my Honda pilot to 2 dealerships spending thousands of dollars chasing a suspension knock never to be fixed. Before deciding trading it in I brought it 2 AutoMD Steve took it in and by the end of the day this yearlong problem was fixed for under 100 dollars the dealers are crooks. Steve is knowledgeable and honest. I will be telling friends and family about this hidden spot

Steve is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Is very reliable and very honest. His prices are very reasonable. I will always use him for my car repairs. I highly appreciate his honesty .I recommend him highly.

Steve is a local certified mechanic with the knowledge of everything auto. I needed new manifolds and converters plus a timing belt on my Toyota. After almost giving up hope and paying my good arm and leg for the repairs, advanced auto parts on metacom referred me to Steve and saved me almost a thousand bucks on parts and labor! I recommend Auto MD in warren to EVERYONE

Steve is by far and away the best mechanic I know, plain and simple, and It never has to cross my mind that Im being BS'd or taken for a ride the way 90 percent of mechanic's do. As long as his doors are open I will never bring my car anywhere else
