UPDATE: Very responsive owner. I went back and the manager was great. My car was brought right to the front and the staff did a great job this time. Armor All needs to be requested-noted for next time.Much appreciated guys. Commitment to customers is what makes small businesses so good. Thanks!ORIGINAL: I guess it depends on which workers are there the day you bring your car, because I did not have a great experience today. The exterior guy was great. The two men doing interiors were a full car behind. One of them was smoking a cigarette as he began pulling mats from the car in front of me. The vacuuming was sufficient but the cleaning of the dash/console/etc. was awful (see photos). Still dusty and dirty. They also did not wipe the hard surfaces with a polish which was done on my family member s car last month. I don t understand why there are differences in service. I absolutely would have said something to the staff had I not felt rushed to get out of there since, as previously mentioned, the interior guys were running behind. I doubt I ll be back.

Nice people. Have had some great washes and not-so-great washes. My brand new Jeep had its first car wash. The left tires look great, the right tires/rims were not washed and appear to have some splotchy chemical on them that bleached the tires brown? Please return my phone call.

Update 2: Did stop back in and they did attempt to touch up one or two with a rag and some spray but wasn't exactly the best. They did also offer to bring it in another day to touch up some more but after wasting two seperate trips there don't intend a third. Bumped up review one star for at least the follow up. Stand by though how quailty of work has gone downhill. With these prices now I'll just pay the little extra for a full detail elsewhere.Update: Over past few years they had to double in price but unfortunately it seems they have halved the level of work into the job. There were still numerous spots that were covered in dust and dirt spots. They did not even vacuum my seats. Also, while they did spray down my mats they did not wait for them to dry, or even let excess water come off. For these prices now I will probably just consider paying the little extra for a full detail elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, and even better end product. Extremely stratified with my experience with Pedro, and looking forward to making this a regular service. I still can t get over how incredible my 2015 3series looks! Especially the rims, they look like the day I bought the car!

They were very polite and did ok job cause I got home and my car was dirty in some spots and wasn't dried good cause they would have seen the dirty spots I've been there before and had a better experiment but other then that they were ok plus I couldn't beleive how fast they did my car

They did a terrible job on my car. I had to wipe down my leather seats when I got home also my windows were streaky.For $40. I would expect better. I should have known when they told me my car was ready after less than 10 minutes.I won t go back there.

Great car wash! The entire team works hard and does a great job. It s entirely by hand so no crazy tracks or brushes. Something you would do in your driveway only much better. The manager Tim keeps everything moving quickly and makes sure your are satisfied. The car wash is a renovated 1940 gas station and that old school pride in what you do still exists there today. Thanks to everyone!

Excellent quality, but make sure you have NOTHING else planned for the day. I've never had to wait less than an hour in line.I'd give 5 stars if they found a way to speed up the process, because their service is otherwise impeccable.

Outstanding hand car wash. They did a great job inside and out of washing the exterior and and cleaning the interior. My tire rims shined like they were brand new. They were worth the slight wait for the service, but the results spoke for themselves. My suv looked great after their car wash. In the future i would have them detail my car as well. Will be going there again

Terrible experience!I brought my car in for a hand wax & interior cleaning on 10/31/2022. After waiting an unusually long time, paying $65.00, plus a generous tip, I walked out to my car to find new damage on back bumper. Fresh paint chips, & a dent. I know the damage was not there before because my car was in the garage for over a week, as I was away. The staff tried to say the power-washer lifted the paint & denied the dent!Also, I retrieved belongings from my trunk before staff drove my car into bay...there was no damage at that time! Staff sheepishly denied that they did the damage.I called police, filed a report. The manager, Tim, would not give me (or even the police officer), the business owner's name or contact info.Horrible experience. I would give them a negative rating if I could!

A great car wash is truly a form of self care. If you don t want to wait go on a cloudy day! The staff are friendly and work really hard to get everything looking clean inside & out. It s so rare these days to get a fair priced hand wash which is much cleaner/ safer than the dirty autowash brushes.

Up charge $10 for my SUV... total $35 for wash and interior cleaning. Total rip... Didn't didn't clean the step plates or the car the door jambs or vacuum the back deck. Didn't wipe down interior of doors which was pretty dirty... I had to go in and ask they do it.Update!!!!The manager contacted me and made things right by offering a new wash...he was also right about the up charge...$5 not $10...the guys did a great job and I will continue have my vehicle washed here. Thanks for the quick resolution.

I went to get my car cleaned up after a summer of beach, sand, and grim dirt and after 50 mins (estimated hour) my car was clean and felt, smelt, and looked like new. Well worth the time and money (it s very reasonable!). The bike path is across the street so I took my dog on a good walk while my car was cleaned.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Stopped by Saturday afternoon on 12/4 after driving a bit out of my way to get here due to the positive reviews. I waited about 30 minutes but decided to be patient.. again because of the positive reviews. Went with just an external wash. They washed and dried my car in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES. When they called me back out the glass was still visibly wet with water streaks and water was dripping from my car in several areas. I mentioned that my car was still wet and was ignored so I went ahead and pulled out of the bay. I decided to stop out front to wipe it down myself so I wouldn t get water spots. I guess they saw me and decided to come out and help. My tires were not shined as they were supposed to be as advertised. Not sure why I got rushed and incomplete service especially because I watched as they took their time with the car before mine but extremely disappointing all the same.Service: Auto detailing

I took my Toyota for a complete wash and detail....they did a great job. When we arrived to pick it up..they took the time to go over the car completely with us inside and out..tires and trunk. It was mentioned several times that our satisfaction was important to them. Not only was I completely satisfied, but thrilled with their services. I would highly recommend them for any car wash or detailing services. I cannot wait for the weather to break so I can return to them to get the road salt off of my car! They are the best...very reasonably priced!

By far probably one of the best car wash businesses in the state! It is definitely worth the wait. The staff are diligent and have an eye for attention to detail. Any special requests (I had scuff marks on my bumper that they were able to clean off- no one else could or bothered) were quickly taken care of. The interior also shines when completed .... even the cup holder- can you say that about other car detail businesses? Oh and while you wait i their comfortable waiting area... free wifi! Highly recommend... can't wait for spring for them to do a complete detail of my car! You will not be disappointed

They do a great job cleaning my car inside and out. Their prices are very reasonable. My only reason for giving 3/5 stars is that the line can be frustrating. For some reason people are allowed to leave their car while on line so the line does not always move efficiently. What is interesting is that there is a big sign encouraging you to move forward so that cars pulling in will not block traffic but you can t pull forward if people are not driving their cars. I think the owner should maybe rethink this system.

I usually don't like to leave poor reviews but I was not really satisfied with the full detail of my SUV. As far as shampooing the seats and floor Mats goes, excellent job. But, a lot of dust left over, missed spots near the gear shift (barely looks touched frankly). Grime still on the overhead lights and the visors. Side mirrors were definitely not touched, streaks on the rear window, drops and streaks on the rear bumper... Basically the only thing that really seems like it got adequate attention is the seats, the floor, and some of the dash/steering wheel. I would guess this is because they didn't realize my car was there until near closing (though I dropped my keys in the box as instructed). If this is representative of their usual work, I don't think I would bring my car back here again (certainly not for the 200 I paid).

Brought mid-size sedan here about four times for wash and vac. Wash is mediocre at best, tires had no tire shine applied and tar/bug stains left on front bumper. Inside floor mats cleaned well, majority of seat surface minimally cleaned. Dash not wiped down, lots of dust left. Overall, pretty poor workmanship for wash/vac service. It's cheaper and better quality at machine wash at Narra Shell.I brought same car here for detail, they did a great job with that. Car looked almost new. Minor scratches where removed, price was reasonable.For major work (detail), they have it down well. For routine wash/vac, sloppy work and no quality control. For the price, $20, not worth what you get.

Take my car and van here once a month, for a wash and vacuum. The guys are friendly and the service is great. I have seen their full detail on a friends car and can't wait for one once winter is over. Incredible attention to detail
