I would not buy a vehicle from this place if you paid me. About a year ago I was car shopping for a Mazda 3. I found one that I liked at a different Mazda dealership. After looking at the Car Fax I noticed the vehicle had some work done at Flood Mazda. So I emailed them and asked them if I could get some info on a tire that was replaced on the vehicle. Just simply asking for some service history before buying. I received an email from a Jason J. PalmariDirector of Business Development. It was a one word email that said simply "No!" Not another word. Not a hello, or how are you?thanks for reaching out to us. Nothing! The most unprofessional email from a dealership I have ever seen in my life. I guess that is "The Flood Way!!

I bought 4 new tires at Flood. After the tires were mounted, all pressure sensors had errors. Flood replaced them all and they never worked again. After bringing my car in several times, the mechanics couldn't figure it out. I spend hours waiting for the car each time. Surprisingly, all these times Flood had my car lifted, the mechanics failed to see that one of the new tires was bad. Only after I went to another mechanic, the bad tire was immediately diagnosed by just having a look at it. I brought the car back to Flood to let them know the tire is bad. They confirmed it and replaced it while I had to pay a price according to the miles I drove since they were mounted. However, although Flood failed to repair my now not working pressure sensors and see that they mounted a bad tire, they charged me the labor to replace the tire. Although I have always been patient, the lady at the service desk was rude and appeared unprofessional. I will not choose Flood Mazda again.Service: Tires

For those that consider buying a car a hassle and a painful experience... this was NOT the case at Flood Mazda. It was a pleasure for me to do business with Flood Mazda. The experience was painless, efficient, and enjoyable. I will definitely do business with Flood Mazda in the future, as well as refer others. A special thanks to Russell and Cody.

Nice new facility. Service was easy to schedule and performed in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to have my Miata serviced at Flood.

Great place staff always makes you feel like family. they will always work to save you money, tell you wipers need to be replaced go get them and do it yourself never push you to have the work done with them.
