Having formerly worked in dealerships for 10+ years, I can without hesitation recommend Flood Mazda for your next car purchase or service. I know the red flags to look for, and there s none at Flood. With my work schedule I had to rely on email/text for most of my car buying process, and they were more than happy to do so without meeting me face to face. None of the when can you come in and talk numbers? games a lot of dealers play online. Their team emailed a detailed offer and I was able to come down next day and drive off in a new Mazda 3. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere is high end yet relaxed and welcoming. If you too can t quite afford a Porsche but want the same buying experience you d get there.. I highly recommend Flood Mazda.

I've been leasing from Flood Mazda since 2018. I live an hour away but there's a reason I keep choosing to come to Flood Mazda over local Mazda dealerships! My leasing experience here has been exceptional each and every time. Justis has been great at getting me exactly what I'm looking for and within my budget. His communication throughout the process is spot on and I couldn't be happier!

Excellent customer service. I was in a pinch and needed my hood latched. Within the hour it was fixed and ready to go. Bruce was super helpful and can t thank the team enough.Also have purchased two cars there and will continue to do so! Thank Flood Mazda!Stan

I felt what ended up wrong with my vehicle the cost was way over priced. My engine light came on and it was because I didn t put the gas cap on tight enough. 155.00 dollars later, that was one expensive tank of gas. All I had to do is tighten the gas tank if I had known. Will know next time!

I had a great experience here. I bought a car through Sam. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about whichever car he was showing me. The whole experience felt simple and relaxed rather than someone trying to push something on me. I told him what I was looking for, he gave me some options, then gave his professional opinion on what he'd personally go with himself. After a little more personal research and gathering some second opinions, everything pointed me in the same direction that Sam pointed me in. I'm very happy with my new car and would certainly recommend this dealership, particularly working with this salesman.

I stopped into this dealership some time ago with a friend and the building upgrade was very nice. What we didn t like was how their seller Jason was making racist sounding remarks to his coworkers. It came off as a joke (we think) but at the same time us as customers felt pretty uncomfortable. We would still go back again though as they had free snacks and drinks while we waited.

Awesome dealership that is fast, friendly, and has a "family" atmosphere, not to mention a spotless facility wirh comfortable waiting area. I just moved back to R.I. with a recently purchased CX-5 and they helped me take off front window tint and do a pre-registration inspection to make sure all was set before I hit the DMV and then to complete the inspection and get my new R.I. plates on the car. It's cool that during the servicing they actually text you videos of the status of work on your vehicle too, which I'd never seen before and is a nice touch showing how much the technicians care. Of particular note were Steven and Frank in servicing; really professional, efficient, and patient in hearing and understanding my needs. Even though I live on the other side of the state, I'm glad to make the trek and call this location my dealership and looking forward to a long relationship taking care of my current vehicle and likely coming here when it's time for my next! Keep up the great work!

I took my 2018 CX-5 to Flood Mazda to install apple CarPlay. Bruce took great care of me and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 2 hrs. Once the CarPlay was installed I was sent a video by the technician to show what was done. Highly appreciate the extra service and enjoyed my experience. Thank you Flood Mazda!

Great staff all of them, great dealership, great selection, great cars, great atmosphere, great everything. I highly recommend this family oriented staight shooting dealership. The best in the businesss by far! No hassels, no deception, no lies, no sales gimmicks just honest people doing an honest days work for an hoest and fair price. Cannot be said about any of the dealerships I have been to in CT and I have been to so many of them in my life!

Awesome experience today and yesterday with your parts department. I called yesterday and your representative Joaquin on the phone was able to find me the cam alignment bolt that I needed. Not only that but he was able to have the part delivered the next day to our shop. Other dealers told us 5 days to 2 weeks. Your delivery driver was also friendly as well. Keep up the great work, Joaquin is definitely a great asset to your team!

While I never thought I would own a Mazda I don t even know where to begin! I was upside down in my previous car that was falling apart and I kept seeing these Mazda s on the road and thought I need to go check them out. While I live closer to Tasca I ve never been a fan of the big business mentality and I was on the hunt for a cozy family oriented type of dealership. A quick Google search led me to Flood Mazda and that s where the magic began! From the time I went in all the way through till the moment I drove away I couldn t have been happier! They where upfront, honest, compassionate, and more than respectful of my situation! I can tell the manager runs a tight ship (high five to Russell) which coming from someone who likes structure isn t a bad thing. I like hardworking individuals who I know worked their behinds off for me! The finance manager (Cody) went above and beyond to get the best deal possible and made sure I was completely satisfied. He is someone I would want on my team! I received a follow up call to ensure that I still loved my vehicle and to also make sure that I didn t need anything else! I love love love my Mazda CX-9 which I have named Marsha the Mazda. C mon we all need to name our cars. From the grills, to the headlights, onto the interior is something I would want over and over. Get rid of the overpriced dealerships and false promises and I promise you that the drive to Wakefield is worth every penny! One Mazda down and many many more to go!!

I want to take the time to thank everyone at Flood Mazda on my car purchase! My salesman, Sam Cary was fantastic and beyond helpful through the process. Never pushy and had a great sense of humor.Jason, who I spoke with on the phone, actually worked right in the building and made sure he said hello and that Sam was all set to take care of me.Cody, the Finance Manager was absolutely amazing and I always felt like he had MY best interests in mind!Even the other sales people: Anthony and Emile were so friendly and didn t hesitate to make conversation or see if I need anything. The General Manager Russell, even came out to make conversation and congratulate me on my purchase.And the service team was awesome as well! Congratulated me on my purchase and gave me info on the best way to maintain the car.Nothing but great things to say about Flood and will definitely be coming back for service and when it s again time to upgrade!

Had a great experience with Anthony and Cody. These two made everything straight forward. Anthony actually KNOWS what he is talking about both about the car, and in general which is refreshing compared to other people I've interacted with in the industry. No pressure, just facts and common sense.Cody is the definition of a salt of the earth person. Total rarity in the finance office. Very clear explanations and is not afraid to re-run numbers while you figure out what is going to work best for your situation.Big thanks to both of them, this was one of the first times buying a car didn't feel like it took years off my life. 5 stars earned.

I have been helping my son look for a small SUV. I have been loyal to Toyota and Honda for years but not anymore! Where majority of Honda and Toyota dealerships charging over sticker prices Flood Mazda is not. This dealership is old school. They are down to earth and real. There is no pressure and they are not out to take advantage of their clients. They gave us a good deal and the experience was enjoyable. Purchasing a car is usually not enjoyable but it was at this dealership. I had the pleasure to deal with Jason and Sam. I was very happy with the customer service I received I called the manager Russ to compliment them and he was just as friendly and customer oriented as his staff. He said the most important part of our job is our customers. Without customers we don t have a business. I also usually dread to deal with the finance department of any car dealership. I am 51 and have purchased several cars in my life. I have never dealt with a finance guy like Cody before. He was amazing! Top notch. He is not pushy. He was easy to talk to and another down to earth employee of Flood Mazda. We were treated like family at Flood Mazda and I percent recommend them if you need to purchase a car.

Everyone at this dealership has been fantastic. This is our second purchase from Flood Mazda. Sam in sales worked with us to find our new car and never once tried to pressure us into a decision. He was very kind and supportive throughout the process and even brought a vehicle to our house one night to test drive. It took a little while to land on a particular vehicle but he was patient and worked with us all the way through the process. Cody in the finance department was very nice and thorough and helped us get the best possible rate for our loan. The process of going to get the car could not have been any smoother and even after signing the ppwk they still wanted to help out and make sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. These people really care and seem to love where they work. Looking forward to working with them again when the time comes to get another vehicle.

12/10 experience with Lauren and Cody. After having a bad experience at Sacucci Honda, I came here looking for my new car. Lauren was incredibly warm and welcoming and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Having been in my position before, she put my mind at ease in terms of hard inquiries on my credit, monthly payments, etc. She made herself available around the clock to answer my many questions leading up to the day of purchase. Cody in finance was extremely transparent with the loan details, and even gave advice about how to re-finance when rates come down, and how to get the best possible rate. He didn t pressure me into an extended warranty at all, which was a welcome change - and I will be back to add it on when I reach 36K miles. These two made for the best possible experience, and I m now a Flood Mazda customer for life. Thank you Lauren and Cody!
