I wouldn t do business with this Company ever again! They looked at our car and stated they knew the problem and could fix it. They charged us $720 and told us it was all set and that we had to go back to the dealer for calibration. When we went to the dealer we learned that AQuick never even removed the bumper to see what the problem was, but instead, arbitrarily removed a small senser and literally taped a new one to the bumper! It was not even the problem, but they d have know way of knowing that because they neverlooked. When I told John what the Dealer showed me, he said they d refund our money. After numerous phone calls over a month and a half, I finally went to see them due to no return phone calls. Theyrefunded us $272 saying I had topay for the parts which were $500! So, after over two months of chasing them, it cost us $500 for their mistake (which he admitted to in our first conversation). We would have gotten zero if we weren t so persistent! We will never do business with these people again!

Stopped in from out of town to get my front tire fixed, super quick wait, I had to order a tire because they didn t have my cheap tire there, had it delivered and they took care of it ASAP!

I stopped over with a flat tire and was told that they'd have it fixed, just to give him a few hours. So I left my tire and went to work. I waited for hours and no one called. I called back and was told that they needed to order it (and all this time I was waiting, no one called to order it, nor call me to let me know). Needless to say, I went back, grabbed my tire, and took my business elsewhere. If they communicated better, I would have left a better review.

John and his team always find a way to accommodate my car. Great service and I've never had an issue with any of their services.

Would never go back, if you're looking for just tires ok, but as far as mechanical work on your vehicles, stay away. I had my rear seals & bearings done on both sides & was told they will last longer than the truck. Well, guess what? 2 years later, I'm changing them again. Stay far away from this place. That expression walk away from this place, more like RUN away

This was such a pleasant experience! They were quick and friendly, especially the woman at the front desk! The area around the shop is very nice, so while they change your tire you can grab some food and shop around. They didn t try to up charge me and were very honest about what my car actually needed. Highly recommend!

I was on Vacation and had a flat tire.John the Manager told me he would take care of me. They fixed my tire and placed the spare back underneath where it belonged in a reasonable price and time. My Friends at our rental recommended A Quick and I am so glad! Thanks John

While I ve heard many mixed things about this place I ve never once personally felt let down by the people or services here. They have always accommodated me, usually on my schedule- not theirs (I go on a random, walk-in basis), and they ve always proven to be timely and reliable. So far the only services I have had done are oil changes and a tire plug, but they gain more of my trust with each visit. With my long-time family s mechanic being so far away, it s great to know that this place is here when and if I need them. I feel that they ve been willing and capable of the jobs I ve presented so far and the costs have been very reasonable. The employees are quite friendly and down to earth as well. Five stars from me until I see otherwise.. but not going to hold my breath! Overall a much appreciated, convenient, at times even life-saving little auto shop.

Exceptional Family Run Business! A Wakefield Treasure!! Great service, friendly staff, pleasant for a tire store. Conveniently located on main street for walking to eateries, clothing, and general casual needs. The work force has a combined knowledge of probably 70+ years of loyalty you can see!Why not use a reputable stand behind tire facility, than a shade tree!Happy Roading!

The slow leak I had in my back tire wasn t so slow anymore and it was 3:00 on a Saturday. Most places in the area were already closed. I took a chance and drove to A Quick Tire & Auto in Wakefield, explained my situation. Knowing that they closed at 4:00, they could ve turned me away. Instead they fixed the tire in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price and sent me on my way. Excellent service. Super friendly staff. They basically saved my weekend because no one is open on Sundays. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are so incredibly helpful and always get us back on the road quickly. John is there anytime I need something fixed or tires for all of our trucks. Can't say enough good things about them. The entire staff is friendly, fun and good at their jobs. Highly highly recommended.

John is wonderful. He was super helpful and we shared a good many laughs. He was able to help me pick out the perfect set of tires at an unbeatable price (with warranty)! He also honored my warranty quickly while making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I will be returning back there for ALL my future tire needs!

Excellent service. Lady behind the counter made it happen. Technology is stoopid and expensive. Fast fix. Can't give enough praise.

Quick tire is honest and reliable. My family and I have been coming here for years. You pay for what you get- and they are always thorough and honest about what you pay for. I am someone that knows virtually nothing about cars and I appreciate that they explain what they did to my car, why they did it and break down the pricing for it. I have never felt taken advantage of for my naivety. On many occasions I have encountered a last minute problem and have had the luxury of dropping my car off without an appointment and have it fixed in only a few hours which is amazing. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a small nail in my tire. Should have been a simple fix, but instead they sanded it down to the point that i needed a whole new tire! Don't go here!!

Not a chance in this lifetime will I ever go back to this place. Brought in my car to have the brakes and oil changed, normal annual changes. I told them the brakes had been shaking for a little bit so I figured both front and rear needed to be changed. They told me they would look and that they would call me when it was all set, I dropped it off first thing in the morning. They called me probably 3 or 4 hours later and said that the fronts were fine but the backs needed to be replaced so I said go for it. They did adamantly try to get me to buy new tires though, which were completely unnecessary as they still have much of a life in them. Fast forward an additional 4 hours and I had to call to check in seeing as it's taken so long and they said it was all set so almost $500 later I picked it up. About a week passing my car needs to be brought in again because my breaks are still vibrating and now we've added some loud squeaking, but no way was I going back to this place. I drove an hour to take it to my old mechanic where I used to live and they said the front brakes should absolutely have been changed and were causing damage to my rotors since they were past due. They also confirmed my tires were fine and still had plenty of tread to last me awhile. So now another $400 later my brakes are much better and back to normal. Still can't believe they said my front brakes were fine. Will never take another vehicle back here and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

They maintain the fleet of old trucks for our company and my families personal vehicles too. So glad they are right in town and treat us so well.

These guys saved my butt. I got a flat from a slashed tire valve as the hurricane was approaching. They took me in on a busy day and did a valve replacement for free in just a few minutes.

I was not a previous customer but I called when my tire was losing air on the highway and they immediately told me to come right in. I was down to 7psi by the time I rolled in. They put on the donut and ordered new tires for the morning. Their price beat my normal price range when getting them from BJ's. Great customer care / service. They have acquired a new and future customer in me.

This place is awesome!!! We found a bubble on our tire wall on a road trip. After a horrible experience at speed craft we stopped here to see if we could get a tire, they had to order it but offered to rotate the tires. After offering them money, they just said have a great vacation. Such a friendly atmosphere and professional service.

5/11/2020 called for an appointment to fix a slow leak and was told, first come first served. Well that s not true, have seen different at a previous time. Brought the car in and was told fixed in about an hour. Walked around town (covid19) came back in an hour and ten minutes and car was not moved. Went in to inquire and was told my car will be right in! I bought the tire there and had heard the same thing 1.5 yrs ago! Asked for my keys complained and walked out the door. I recommend you do the same.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! The work they do is fine. However, they are very dishonest when it comes to their business practices. Twice, my wife has taken her vehicle there. Twice she has gotten a quote for services before she brought the vehicle in. Twice, the price she was charged was almost 50% higher than the quote she was given! She had the same service performed each time. Each time, she wanted two run flat tires mounted and balanced with the new tires put on the rear and the older tires from the rear moved to the front. She was very specific when asking for her quote. The first question out of her mouth was asking if they mount run flat tires, as some shops do not. However, when she picked up the vehicle, the woman collecting the ransom claimed that the price would be higher because, they did not know the tires were run flats. That was a bold faced lie as that was they first thing that was discussed when she brought the car in. However, they held her keys and stated, We ll gladly hold onto your car all day and remove the tires for you and not charge you. She chalked that one up to a miscommunication. Hey, that happens from time to time.Fast forward.....she wants the exact same service. She asks for a quote. She is EXTREMELY specific about what she wants so as to avoid the same miscommunication. She brought the car in. Guess what???? The bill was 50% higher than the quote she was given!!! This time she is told that the quote she was given didn t include moving the old tires from the rear to the front when they installed the new tires. Really? An additional 50%??? My wife is not an idiot. She was very specific when she asked for her quote and even double checked the price they quoted. And the original quote included all taxes. Now, the additional monies charged aren t going to put me into bankruptcy. That s not the point. The point is that they obviously try to take advantage of women thinking that women don t know anything about cars and can be easily mislead. The padding of the bill was intentional and misleading. Nothing annoys me more than getting intentionally ripped off! It s not that easy to find a shop that acts with honesty and integrity these days. And you re not going to find it at Quick tire. Buyer beware!

I had a slow leak in a tire on my minivan a few months back. I came outside to find my van with a very very flat tire before a long drive to work, and I knew I was going to be late or miss the job entirely if I didn't get it fixed promptly. My spare tire was completely rusted through and absolutely unfit for the road. These guys had my car in and out of the shop within an hour of arriving, and when they handed back my keys they let me know that they didn't want me hitting the road with such a dangerous spare as my backup and had thrown a brand new one in the back seat at no extra charge.I got to work on time, got on the road safely and securely, and they fixed the problem permenantly all for 40$ flat. I was super impressed, this shop is awesome!!

I went there to get some tires after just having some other work done at another place that will remain nameless in Narragansett that cost $1200 .The woman there that was such a sweet heart, I went up to the desk and asked her what the work I just had done at the other place would cost with parts and labor. She went out of her way and called other places that supplied parts that i had just put in the car.... She added them and looked at me and said "Honey, you don't wanna know" the cost with labor from them would have been $580. I have obviously changed where I go now no matter how big or small the job is.with wonderful staff. It is excellent place and and everyone should check it out. Thanks to everyone there.

Very disappointed with my experience at A Quick. I brought in our family car for an oil change and they somehow cracked the pan where the drain bolt threads in. We did not have an oil leak before we went in. Not only did we experience this mechanical mishap (which I understand, can happen) the gentleman at the front desk acted totally unprofessional afterwords; making threatening eye contact and getting loud when I questioned what had happened. I felt strong armed into replacing the pan at an exorbitant cost. Perhaps things have changed there but by reading many of these posts it sounds like the same practices continue.

I Called to find out about a Alignment And tire rotation on my car. The lady was Very rude Laughed at me when I asked her to explain. What she meant by first come first serve Like make an appointment or just show up and if there's free times they will do it. She sounded upset because I was asking. When I asked how much the alignment cost she couldn't give me an answer. I will never Recommend this placeTo anyone I know
