Brought my car to get tuned by Jay Perry. Professional, prompt, great communication, fair pricing, nothing but good things. Car runs so good and makes all the right noises now. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get their car tuned. Stand up guy Jay is, would bring any of my projects to him for a tune no questions asked.

10 out of 10 is an understatement.I've always done my own work on my cars until I got a bunch of health problems. I spent a few years having many many problems with dealerships and local shops and finally I went to the subaru shop.I can tell you that you will actually be treated fairly here. you could know a good amount about cars or you could know nothing. after having Craig do some work on my sti, i m never going anywhere else.you ll be hard pressed to find someone that has all that knowledge/experience and also won t take advantage of you or try to sell you something etc.whether you want to plan a build or you just need a radiator replaced (like I did), give the subaru shop a shot. Craig is a really normal guy and always seems down to help you figure out what you need.

As always they have solved yet another issue with my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT project. Cannot say enough about how awesome they are. Extremely knowledgeable about customizing any type of Subie. They helped to rebuilt my Legacy from the ground up and often see my 2011 Forester STI and when it comes time to mess with my 2017 STI we'll be working on that too. If you have a mod'd Subie or are looking to build one - the Subaru Shop should be your only phone call.

I have owned my 08 WRX for 11 years, and have been going to the Subaru Shop off and on for that entire time. She has always been my backup car and let me tell you - I have neglected her! Going forward, this will be the only place I go for repairs, and hopefully soon for some upgrades. In the last month, they have repaired a crack in my firewall (after I thought my clutch was the issue), replaced my steering rack and pump, and also did a timing belt for me. Craig and Jay are straightforward and honest, and I would recommend their work to anyone.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Transmission repair

If you re in the SouthCoast Area and looking to have work done, this is the place to go! Jay and Craig are extremely knowledgeable guys and will get you on the road to success for your build. I have recommended this shop to many Subaru guys and not one of them has ever had any issues! They go above and beyond to make sure their work is quality and never cut corners. If you re looking for a trustworthy shop for your beloved Subaru, this is the one!

Jay is the man. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and a humble guy. I don't own a Subaru but I had a great experience strapping my car on the Dyno to do some pulls and measure some horsepowers.

I contacted Craig via email and he was able to fit me in for an AOS installation on my '17 wrx. When i got to the shop he was friendly and personable and clearly knew his stuff. Gave me much more explanation than most mechanics which is really nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you care about your car. They treat yours like its theirs. I will be coming back here for whatever my car ends up needing.Thanks again guys!

Best Subaru shop in all of SouthCoast Ma/RI. Craig and Jay are really great guys and know what they are doing and talking about! If you need work on any Subaru model from something as little as a oil change to big motor builds, this is the place to go.

Went for a new Dyno tune with Jay a couple of months ago on a modified 2012 WRX we had just done a lot of new work on. We ran into problems which were our fault. Jay and everyone at the shop were super knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanics there and Jay helped us troubleshoot - we stayed there a long a time - we did not have the parts to fix everything - but we knew where to go - and Jay and the mechanics there charged us a very fair price. We are going to change a few things and fix what is wrong and head back there. Highly recommended.

This place is one of the best Subaru shops in the area to go to! Jay built my motor and I couldn't be happier! He also put a great base tune on my car once everything was all buttoned back up! I can't wait to get back on the dyno for the full tune!

They'll be your best friends until they get your money. Jay is a decent guy but Craig is an absolute scumbagEdit: Well between being blamed for a motor blowing because of an oil filter used for 200 miles (even though the motor had a knock from day one that just got louder), being told you were using a new block but getting a receipt that clearly says "used block", a grown man yelling on the phone then refuses to acknowledge me after I said the conversation wasn't going anywhere and hung up, and still having motor codes after paying 7K+ for the build and repairs I think its safe to say you guys are far from the best.You're happy to look great when things go right but you stand far and away from your work when anything goes wrong. You have my number if you want to talk.

The be all end all of Subaru knowledge. Intelligent, straightforward and experienced. Very busy shop due to the reputation for quality and fairness. From a mild tune to complete builds, hands down best Subaru shop in the area.

Absolutely amazing experience. Jay Perry dyno tuned the car and it was such an experience. My car feels so much healthier and feels great! He helped me with a boost leak before tuning it because he wanted to make sure the car was good to go before tuning. I can definitely say if you're looking to tune your car, this is 100% the place to go. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back for more!Service: Auto engine tuning

Craig and Jay are by far the best mechanics around. Not only are they awesome people, but they genuinely care. Everything is done right. No corners are cut, and prices are more than fair. They have a customer for life.

Sent my 2002 wrx to Jay after a full engine build. Jay was patient during the whole process of the tune. Hes very knowledgeable and does excellent work, there is no doubt with why hes been in business for so many years. My wrx now rips like a bat out of hell and my wife is terrified of my wagon, in my opinion it was money WELL spent!! thanks so much Jay

Hands down BEST Subaru mechanic around! Hard to get an appointment, but so worth it! They do phenomenal work and try to keep from breaking your bank. Not your typical mechanic.

There is no one else I would take my wrx to besides Craig and Jay. Every time Ive had a question or anything they are always willing to help. The quality of work is nothing less than perfection. Visit the shop and they will help and give you the best advice!!
