Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They think they re doing you a favor. Management sucks just as much as sales.If you re remote and needed shipped they make you pay via wire transfer. Like who does that? Whoever own this company needs to fire everyone working there.

Awful customer service and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures). Call any other auto recycler to do business with. My shop trying to place an order for two wheels, and they are requiring us to supply a tax exemption form and to pay at time of pickup. Really? How about you use the secretary of state and do a business lookup. You clearly have no problem taking a card over the phone if you have to ship a product but an option to pay ahead before pickup is an issue? Lastly, we were supposed to receive a call when the wheels would be pulled but due to the winter storm pickup was not available the day requested as we we're told we would receive a call back. Your company is so disorganized.

I should have read that reviews before working with this company. I had a similar issue as some others here. Called and ordered a part using a credit card. AFTERWARDS, I get a call stating my phone number didn't match my current location (as if moving from another state is somehow abnormal, SMH) so I would need to fill out another form.I send in the form, copies of the cc and drivers' license. Days later I get told my signature on the form doesn't match my credit signature, SMH. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't always sign exactly the same. I guess if it was fraud I'd be more diligent to make them appear the same. They then wanted me bank wire the money. Yeah, no way I'm going to spend another 1-2 hours for this when I can just order the part from another yard and be one my way.Either way, I backed out of it because these guys wasted a WEEK of my time with the back and forth.I'm all for secure payments but their approach is ridiculous and punishing.

Finally getting around to writing this review.Cant say enough bad about the experience i had. I drove over an hour after being told that they had the part. Told them i was leaving now, can i pay for the part over the phone so that it will be ready when i get there? No, cash only, first come first serve. Ok.Arrive after an hour of driving. Lady was extremely rude, tells me to wait in my car. I wait for close to an hour.After an hour she comes out and unappologetivally tells me that the car is actually covered in ice and the part probably doesnt work.Ok, well ill take it anyways. "Did you not just hear me? Its covered in ice."These people think that because they have something you need, that they are god like and can treat customers like garbage. Actually, another yard in dighton ended up having it and it was already pulled and ready for me when i arrived. I really cant understand this mentality or the treatment i received.

I felt that it was necessary for us to leave a review , because of the way this business is presented in most of the negative reviews. This was not the first time we purchased from them and every single time the experience was positive. Their grading is always correct , prices are very competitive and customer service is top notch. We are over 600 miles away and will not hesitate to order parts again Just received a $200 head light today and the item was packaged better than new one. Thanks to Lynn and the teamand keep up the good work!

I wish I can give a negative star, this is a predatory business, save your money don't buy here, they took my payment, sent me a totally junk transmission, the 30 days warranty is a joke, they don't stand behind it. They asked me for a bunch of non sense receipts and documents and when I sent everything they asked us to remove the transmission and bring to them for management inspection... also they are so rude and unprofessional. Don't let they get way taking you money for nothing, i'm going to small claims.

If I could give no stars I would . Horrible people to deal with. Ordered a control module and they faxed me a purchase agreement and I filled it out and Emailed it back. Received email back stating transaction was canceled do to me marking the 90 warranty box. I then called and told them that I understand that there was no warranty on Electrical parts but they didn't want to hear it.

We have been using you guys for about 8 years now. Never had an issue until we got a transmission for a sentra on 7/7/23. Installed it and found the transmission to be faulty. We provided all documents you have requested from us. Now it has been over a month and Lynn can't get this resolved. Same answer everytime....waiting for management to inspect. Today is 9/1/23UPDATE: 9/25/23 still no reply back or reply back to BBBUPDATE: 10/12/23 RESOLVED. ADJUSTED TO 3 STARS.

I own the shop for 30 years and been dealing with lot of junk yards never hade any issue i bought the transmission from this place for the costumer truck and the told me transmission been tested and drives perfectly the was not true i call them and spoke with the sales person he say to me to warranty that transmission we need proof i send them copy off invoices from the fluid and filter email and fax the told me never receive so i hade very bad experience with them i will not recommend anyone to do any business with this place i don't care for $950 us dollars i paid i care and feel very bad for my costumer he needs to be waiting for me to get another transmission from different place i m sorry fox just don't purchase from this place because you will have the sane issue and the are rip off thanks for reading my comment .

I had a great experience here. My mother-in-law has a late model car and needed a roof rack that wasn't installed by the dealer. These guys were one of the only ones that had it in the country. They shipped it to me quickly at a minimal cost. Communication was great. Part worked perfect. Mother-in-law thinks I'm a hero.

They are rude people, and they want to screw you up somehow They sold to me an bad engine for 2016 Toyota tundra 4.6L, I pay 3800 and I have to wait about 2 weeks and a half to they ll pulling the engine out and pick it up because they got a short handed and I was agreed I understand that,so went I call them to tell them about the sold me an bad engine, they told me don t want replace the engine or refund my money engine still under the warranty , they said can do anything about it because I tried to return it in a month and a half after I bought it, they not even wanna hear any reason about it . What was the reason that my mechanic it was to busy he couldn t work on the truck right away, This is insane

Terrible Customer Service i called and Jim Pick up the phone and asked me for a 2 digit Trim code that on audi Q7 Models from 2011 to 2015 are the same, and on top of that i he made me drive 2 hours there told me that i would get the seats the same day and when i was there i asked him if could see the seats because i just want to make sure that the seats was ok he refused to was trying to make buy it just for pictures, and was very unprofessional them told me that if wanted the seas i need to leave a deposit abd wait for him to called me when was ready just ridiculous to lie someone like that is just bad costomer service i talked to the manager and he was in defensive mode i told him ill report this there you go i hope that they learn from it. And if i would see all these reviews i wouldn't even come here

Parts were not in "good" condition as claimed, wheel needed complete refurbishing. Over inflated shipping costs and also slow to ship parts (ordered Monday, did not send out until Friday) and not the most helpful or attentive customer service.

General Auto Recycling had the best hood for my van and at a great price. Very happy with my purchase. Friendly and easy to do business with these guys. Jason was right to the point and knew what he had and description was accurate. Thank you for the great service. Very happy. Perfect fit and exact color.

Late model cars you can get original parts and save hundred of dollars I stop buying new tires there tires are almost new all sizes love the place environmentally perfect place I highly recommend this place.

Purchased a bumper assembly online. Wired the money and waited 2 weeks. Called to follow up. Jay was in hospital so he did not ship it. When I finally got the bumper it was NOT what I purchased. Many phone calls to Shawn, the manager who says I will get a credit but now does not return my calls. I don't want a credit I want my money back. Awful place to do business. Must be why you have wire the money.

Very organized but the people that work there are very rude and very inconsiderate they made a mistake on giving me the wrong parts I paid for perfect condition parts was charged full price In the parts that I received had bumps and scratches. And when I was price quoted over the phone they told me that it was going to be $675 when I got to the actual place they charge me $850 be careful who you do business with can t trust everybody. Only gave the one star due to the fact that they are a very organized place but if zero stars was an option ..

I have revised my previous review due to the response of the owner. You guys are not the first Auto Recycling company in the country, however your ratings is one of the worst I have seen so far.It seems like the owner is not trying to fix what is obviously broken. Instead of trying to figure out what went wrong, he always find a reason to blame his customers.It also seems like this business does not stand behind its products. It makes no sense that the same pattern of behavior returns again and again and again in the reviews, and it is always the buyers fault.If you care about your business, you need to change your attitude, communication skills, and try to stand behind your parts.

there are two stars instead of one only because Lynn was helpful and nice. The other two people I dealt with were so out of line (the first one was condescending and rude over the phone but that's nothing in comparison to the one I will get to later). Apparently they want you there by 3pm to pick up parts (a part that I had a deposit down on which was already pulled from the yard), but that wasn't communicated to me, my mother in law, or my husband... but it's a miscommunication, no problem, not the end of the world right? I sure wasn't mad about it. It was 4:10pm and I drove 5 hours to get there so Lynn was nice enough to still let me pick up the part. I went around to the pickup area and this unhinged employee completely lost it and went on a TIRADE of profanities that lasted for our entire interaction, because they were supposed to be closed for part pickup. Again I had no way to even know this, as the hours posted all over say 4:30pm. It's one thing if I purposely violated that but there was no reason to treat me that way, especially when I was polite and barely said two words to him before he flipped out. He had to walk all of 20 feet and back to get the part, so I took up roughly one minute of his time to elicit this behavior. The part, as I knew in advance, was weathered and that was fine with me because I only needed a portion of it, but he proceeded to take absolute delight in that fact repeating twice "this is gonna be funny!" Dude needs to talk to someone about his anger issues. I've literally never been treated that way, no less by someone I'm giving my money, and on top of it I wasn't even being rude or anything.

prices are car-part are not updated... they now have a $75 minimum... so your $20 part will cost $75...due to "supply and demand and lack of help"this part has been listed on car-part.com for 6 months so the demand is very low.the customer shouldn't be penalized due to your "lack of help". I'd pull it myself but you won't let me.tried giving them the part number specifically from their inventory they didn't seem to care. then why I listed on as inventory with an inventory number if you don't even want to cross reference that?you have multiple listed I want the specific one that you posted pictures of and it seems like a part number would get me the one i want.frustrating.I bought from these guys in the past and there was no problem.

Even after reading after all the bad reviews I still tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt. I called 3 times yesterday to confirm they had a engine and if I could pay over the phone which you can't so I woke up this morning and drove 45 minute In order to pay for the engine and they could start the removal. Not once during the 3 calls yesterday but today when I'm a few minutes away on the phone confirming the amount so that I have enough cash am I then told "This engine won't be ready for about 3 weeks it has damage to it I just noticed". Completely ridiculous & I'm convinced any good reviews we're paid for at this point !

This business does not accept American Express (and they didn't tell me up front when I ordered the part on the phone, despite what the owner replied below). Also, they do not accept personal credit cards, even with the card holder and ID present. They are cash or check only. Shady business/accounting practices. The owner says they can choose to accept any form of payment they wish. I guess they don't want to have a paper trail. I have no way of buying parts from this business. Don't waste your time like they did mine.

the only reason I chose 1-star is because I have to in order to write this review. Otherwise I would give them 0 out of 5 stars. I purchased a engine from them and paid a $250 core and I was told to fill out paperwork and take pictures of the old engine and email them to Lynn then they will decide if they want to come pick up the engine and pay me the core or just pay me the core and I keep the engine. well here we are 4 months later and the engine is still in my shop and I dont have my $250 and now Lynn tells me she doesn't know what the solution is. I also have reached out to managers and all and still NOTHING! SMH I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

I purchased a tail lamp for a Mercedes and it came in wrong...I get it. I called back for another and was told they were looking into it. I kept putting my customer off. 2 weeks went by and many attempted phone calls by me. Nothing in return. Just trying to return the wrong part is challenging!!! Not happy at all.
