Jeremy Cortellessa, the service advisor for this location is incredible. I told him I d be driving across the country at the end of the week and I wanted to make sure my car was ready for the drive. He and his team found a leak in my oil pan seal. He advised me about it, let me know it was 100% covered by warranty, and got the pan resealed in no time. But here s where Jeremy went above and beyond. Knowing I d be driving across the country he said, based on his past experience as a technician, that the recommended 30min set time of the sealant used on the oil pan really wasn t enough. He asked if I was able to wait a bit longer to ensure I wouldn t run into any problems on my cross-country drive. I had my laptop with me so I worked from the Smithfield dealership location for the next two hours (no sweat, the dealership is pristine and has plenty of spaces where I could work without interruption). I was able to leave the dealership with the peace of mind that my car would be in tip top shape for my journey. That peace of mind was just as good as hearing that the work wouldn t cost me anything. Love this dealership and I now KNOW that Jeremy has the best interest of his customers in mind. Thank you Jeremy!

Went in on 4/17 to trade a lease in for another lease and less payments and Connor along with Mike (sales manager) were a huge help!They listened to what I was looking to do asked me all the right questions so I was able to look at what would fit my request and budget without having to scroll through all their inventory taking up more unnecessary time. Connor had a great sense of humor and made it very easy and enjoyable to work with him and to make this purchase.Mike was great straight to the point and was quick with getting me the break down of all the cars/suv s shown to me. I can say I was in and out with no headaches or regrets.Definitely would recommend working with the two of you are in the market for a lease/finance!

I brought my car for the routine oil change I was very impressed by the consultant who simply stated : let me check the vin number to make sure that there is no any recall on the vehicle! I was very glad that he brought it up Next I had asked to check tiers to make sure that pressure was fine. Not only that got done but also tier rotation was done I m extremely impressed and felt safe that my only car done right and will keep me safe. Thank you Jeremy job well done

For my first time leasing a car on my own my experience was beyond excellent. I highly recommend going to Renee the sales director she goes up and beyond to make you feel like family! And made sure all your requests are met! I was able to get everything I wanted and much more! Stayed in my budget and most importantly got a safe well taken cared jem! I m truly blessed till this day because I love my car! Also, having free oil changes made the cherry on the top for me! And if you have any issues with needing copies of registrations etc she will make sure you re on the top of the list of priorities and make it happen within seconds! She obviously loves what she does and makes sure everything is in perfect care! Trusting her was instant. Thank you SO MUCH AGAIN!! I still feel very blessed going on a yr later! P.s my car is an Avalon and I m in LOVE.

The dealership is phenomenal. Bart and the rest of the crew were professional. They patiently handled all of my questions, so that I clearly understood my options. It made the experience more personalized. They deliver an awesome, simple and safe experience. Bart understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered above and beyond. The car had all of the features I asked and more. The dealership genuinely lives up to their slogan "You'll Love of the Peace of Mind". They were transparent about how they do business. Dealerships often have an aggressive pitch, but I felt no pressure with this crew and I was excited about the deal I was getting without having picked out the car yet. I wish I'd known of them sooner. I wouldn't recommend any other place. Mother-in-laws can be hard to convince and please, but this review was also spoken on her behalf.

I went for an oil change on March 19, 2024. Jeremy- the person in service department said it was not 10,000 miles so I would have to pay. I said my contract says "We owe you great customer service and 5 years worth of oil changes." He said I must have read it wrong, BUT if that is what it said they would give me a refund. I said I would check the contract when I got home. I called them and spoke to Sean- service manager who said they were sorry, I was right and they would send me a refund via check. I said fine. I never got a check. I called them again and they didn't know what I was talking about but Jean- service manager would call me back. She took my credit card info over the phone and promised a charge back on the card. Sean called telling me it has been too long to do a charge back and they will send me a check. I do NOT believe I will ever get a check. The worst service. 4 hour wait for oil change. No refund. I have contacted BBB and RI AG office.

Great experience. Our salesman Connor was very knowledgeable and patient. My daughter was looking for a car and Connor helped her focus on what she truly needed and did not try to push her into something she couldn't afford. Overall a stress-free experience. I would recommend Connor and Toyota of Smithfield for anyone looking for a new or used car.

Connor is an exceptional sales associate with a great personality, very friendly and easy to talk to. I went to this location with my husband . We explain to Connor exactly what I wanted, and he helped coordinate that with the finance manager. He has showed exceptional customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about the auto sale industry. I will come back to this location again for my next car purchase.I also would like to thank Rafael for his time and his efficiency when processing my paperwork, and making sure all of the registration was complete in a timely manner. Rafael was very informative and had a great customer service.

Yesterday 4/15/24 I went there looking to purchase a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. My sales rep was Joseph Genao, who was very professional courteous and attentive to my needs (he made sure I had water and filled up my cup a few times). He was on point in answering my questions and very helpful in having my trade-in looked at. Joseph and Amed was able to help me with the purchase of my new vehicle and I was able to drive home with it. Great teamwork and good job to the Toyota Of Smithfield team, you just gained one more customer. God bless you all, I highly recommend Joseph Genao! Even at the end of the transaction, he went out and helped me unload my things from my old car and transfer them to my new vehicle! THANK YOU!!!

I brought my Highlander in for service without an appointment. It was making a concerning noise. The service people were great. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and make the repair right away. Tony was wonderful. He brought me into the shop to show me exactly what the issue was, the catalytic converter shield was loose. Great service team! I would recommend Toyota Of Smithfield to anyone.

My experience at Toyota was amazing. I asked Victoria lots of questions about the coverages and she explained them all to me very clearly. She s very professional and she goes above and beyond for her customers. I remember her helping me for like 10 minutes with my lock beeper issue. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

Toyota in Smithfield had the best customer service and vehicle service model in the state! I would highly recommend Mustafa for your car buying experience. He was patient, listened to exactly what I valued, was incredibly knowledgeable on every detail of this vehicle, a family man AND served our country in the military I went in to specifically look at a Toyota 4Runner on their website that was sadly already gone. Mustafa found me a comparable vehicle, that actually was a huge upgrade that did not go above my budget! I could not be happier with Mustafa s customer service and my new car!!!! My husband and I have much gratitude and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We are so happy that we found Toyota of Smithfield. It is so top notch! The representatives are nice, knowledgeable, and always available and willing to help. They will help you with everything from choosing a car to setting up your car s application. Their service is comprehensive and fast. A big thank you to Smithfield Toyota, awesome people, they treat you like family, and willing to work with you / give you all the advice/ help that you need to complete your goals of purchasing a vehicle, I want to specifically recognize my sale guy Connor , such a awesome and helpful guy, he welcomed and my wife and showed us multiple options and a give me a piece of mind in what I wanted , great job buddy . Second I want to say a huge thank you to Mr, Mensah the financial manager. He give me so much financial advice on how to prepared myself/ wife for buying of the car and for the future financially as well, he s like the mental of finances and a life advisor as well, as for me he s like a fatherly figure another great guy, . Lastly but not the least, my guy / brother Michael, the General manager, Mann!! I bring my car here for maintenance services. The process is easy and fairly quick, and has always been very convenient. My last visit here was with a service advisor named Jeremy C who was super nice and helpful. All the staff here that I've encountered here are very polite.

I can only say good things about the customer services at this Toyota. I had been looking for my dream car for about a month, which it seemed like an impossible task but thanks to this team and their hard work my dream came true. From my sales person to the manager, they all worked together to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Made an appointment to have my car serviced and the service department was backed up. Jeremy was nice enough to give me a heads up on the wait, offered Uber service if needed and let me know when my car would be finished. I was able to get some work done and when he came to tell me the car was ready, he said he also had the employees wash it as well! I've only had this car for a few months and couldn't be happier with the customer service provided!

Great experience working with Connor. He was so patient with me while I changed my mind multiple times on what car I wanted. Ultimately he helped me find a car that fits all my needs and I love it. Connor s the type of sales person that wants to help you find the best car for you, rather than the sales person that is just trying to get you to buy something. Highly recommend requesting to work with Connor at Toyota of Smithfield!

Even though I did not purchase my car at this dealership, I almost serviced it entirely there. Always friendly service representatives, I never experienced anything like trying to sell some services to me, and always went over the items they performed on my car. Waiting time was also reasonable, usually within the time they promised. Even though my recent visit didn t require a shuttle service, when I did in the past, it was pretty decent. I noticed they recently switched to Uber for any shuttle service request, not my personal choice.

I recently had an unfortunate experience of losing my car. Thankfully Toyota was able to quickly get me into a vehicle only days after. My experience there was wonderful. I was almost immediately greeted by staff and things were smoothly and quickly handled. It was a pleasant experience.

First time Toyota customer and my experience was top notch from start to finish! Juan was my consultant and he couldn t have been more professional and helpful he even came in on his day off to accommodate me! He patiently listened to my concerns and explained the best finance/lease options for me. I then met with Rafael, the Finance & Business Manager, and received the same level of attention and professionalism. Thanks to their high level of customer service, I am now the proud owner of a 2023 6-speed Tacoma!

I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Smithfield. Jeremy Cortellesa was my service advisor and made several recommendations for my 2019 Toyota Corolla SP. I'm very grateful for his assistance in making sure the maintenance on my vehicle was carried out. I needed normal wear and tear services so that my vehicle will continue to perform the way it should. Your probably asking why I used the dealership? Well, I trust Toyota of Smithfield. I can tell others do as well because the service department was busy with Toyota owners getting their vehicles serviced. Plus, my warranty is still active and I want to make sure I get trusted Toyota parts. Smithfield Toyota along with "Jeremy" have never let me down. I am a happy customer and will continue to have my vehicle serviced with this dealership. Again, thank you Jeremy Cortellessa, your are the best.

I went in for a regular oil change and upon their pin point inspection they found that I needed rods shocks and that my tires were not in the best of shape for the winter. Tim help me through the entire process and they were able to fix my car in two days. They were even able to match the price of tires that I was quoted from another tire company. Tim was extremely helpful and was patient with me answering all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely go back if they continue with this kind of service.

This place is a JOKE. Stay away from them if you're smart.Purchased a vehicle a couple years ago and was told we have free oil changes for 5 years. Suddenly when I bring the car in for an oil change Victoria tries telling me there will be a charge next time. Excuse me? She tells me I need to find proof or else I have to pay next time. Well, thank goodness I save my paperwork because she was wrong.A couple months later my car breaks down. I had purchased a platinum bumper to bumper warranty, costing thousands. First two phone calls they tell me I don't have a warranty. Third phone call they finally "found" my warranty and said everything would be covered.Finally get my car towed over there and Victoria tries talking me into towing it to a different dealership. Well now they are saying they cannot fix my car that was purchased through them and I need to go to another dealership regardless.Every time I step foot in this building there is an issue. I have spoken with others who have dealt with them and they aren't happy.I will never purchase another vehicle from Toyota of Smithfield.
