First time here. I needed an inspection done and read the reviews. I was very impressed with the professionalism, quick and efficient service I received. My appointment was at 9am and my car was taken at 9am and done 20 minutes later. The mechanics were very prompt, courteous and informative. I will definitely bring my car back for any repairs. Quality service!Great professional and friendly shop. Very passionate about supreme customer service/satisfaction.. If you are in need of automotive care, please consider A And W Auto Repair. There to serve your every auto need. Made a an appointment for a Monday that I missed called back on Friday morning they came and picked up my jeep did the oil change, new brakes, state inspection and returned it to me same day in the afternoon! . Thanks for the superb service. A & W Tire Services has been my comfort in knowing that whenever I needed assistance or had a question they were right there! John is so easy to talk to and he really cares about his customers and is upfront and honest about your vehicle needs. If it doesn t need to be fixed or nothing is wrong you better believe that John will be the first one to tell you . My friend recommended me to A & W Tire Services and I am passing it on and recommending A & W to all my friends and family. Quality repair work at fair prices and excellent customer serviceTime after time, John and A&W Auto staff consistently provide the best car repair service around. I was referred to A&W several years ago and immediately experienced what all my co-workers and friends were talking about. I have brought all of our vehicles here ever since.If you need repair work, there is no place in the MA/RI region that provides this kind of customer satisfaction. I usually have my car picked up at my office in Smithfield, but due to the quarantine, I was working from home. No problem. John drove the 30 minutes to get my car, provided updates via text and phone (when discussion was needed on parts, etc.) did the work for a very fair price, and dropped it back in my driveway.You cannot go wrong doing business with A&W. There just aren't many instances in life anymore where you get above and beyond what you pay for. I no longer stress about car repair logistics (are we going to get gouged? how many days will we have to wait? will we be left guessing on what is happening? how do we arrange rides to drop off or pick up? etc.).

Great experience. I was able to schedule brake service the next day. I told John I needed front brakes and a rotation. John saw my front brakes were fine, but I needed rear brakes and rotors. The Jeep was done in a few hours for less than he quoted. Very nice people, very honest and reasonable prices. I think I just found my new auto service business.

John, the owner of A & W Auto Repair is exceptionally honest, highly skilled professional and gives competitively priced reliable service. I have been a long time customer that is ALWAYS satisfied with his work and most importantly know that he will NEVER perform a service that does not need to be done. He is trustworthy, conscientious, and courteous. As busy as his shop can get he manages, most times, to accommodate me to work on my car at my convenience. I would never go anywhere else because I know I will not be ripped off and he will repair my car expertly.

I called about timing chains they replaced less than a year ago and we are having issues again with timing chains. When I called to explain John the owner told me he is busy and to bring it the following week. Well the following week comes and I call again and he gives me the same answer. I told him that s what he said last week. He said he didn t even want to look at my car and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and poor business owner. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone!

Great place. Kind and courteous! John gave me a price quote which was a but higher than expected. Then when the work was done price was much lower. I would rather have a higher quote and a lower bill. So many shops quote low then the bill is much higher. Will be bringing in my other vehicle when they need work.Thanks John and the mechanics.

Just found my new shop! Fast, friendly, professional and convenient service. Price was better than national chain tire shop. They also picked up my vehicle and dropped off as a complimentary service. First time there and john the owner was very helpful.John said he was going to call me back with a price and he did I did not have to call him back which always happens at other service garages that I had work done Before . I had a complete brake job done very happy with the work .The staff was very helpful I will be a regular customer there May God Bless them all and keep them safe

Took car there to get brake work done , got a high estimate. Told owner thought price was high, and he said he could do it a little cheaper if no issues and job went smooth . Things must have gone smoothe for him , cause he did half of what he promised to do . Now I will take car some where else to finish the job he started . Live and learn !!!!! My first and last time there . Beware they are not honest . And don't have best prices either. When guy told me car was ready , he said the keys were in it . So I figured I would help daughter and pick her car up . I got in 2004 Honda civic lx Black 4 door. Just like hers, but was wrong car . Don t know her plate she don t live with me . Heads up ! If anyone needs a car just drop by ! He leaves keys in them

Charged my mother 1,200 for Struts and had to replace them within a year Not the 1st time I had I had to get things replaced that they did. I stopped going here.

Woke up with a low tire. I decided to stop by to see if they had time to maybe check it and give me an appointment to fix it. Right away the came out checked it and fixed it on the spot. That s service. Thank you guys!
