Called the night before to get a quote, he gave it right there, had an appointment at 2:30 the next day. Didn t have wait two hours like others places it was a 30 min wait awsome people fast. I sent about 5 people there great price great service. Will refer him to others most definitely!!!!!

Absolutely recommend!! Someone smashed one of my back windows overnight on Thanksgiving and I discovered it on Black Friday. I called and he said he could fit me in for a same day repair, which was a lifesaver! I dropped my car off and even with several other appointments, he had it done in about 1.5 hours. Really nice guy, very professional, and a really reasonable price!

Wow what great service took in last min ordered windshield day before called me first thing in morning and I never seen done in 15 mins great price please i highly recommend stay away from safelite again plz anyone who need quick service and very neat go to them. If i could rate 100 stars i would. U save auto glass.

Finance and I driving on 195 when tractor trailer speeding and huge snow rock flew off his roof ! ( even though it said tractor trailer ban) smashed driver side front windshield impact sounded and felt like a gunshot and speed off. Couldn't get a good visual. Car lifted felt like rollover glass partials went all over us eyes peices inside car my husband called them other services wouldn't even come out help or make effort, wanted overcharge, call this business, caring, order a part took less 24 hours, took us immediately, professional, Friendly, fast place, good prices, highly recommend give rate 100 stars percentage if I could!

Windshield is an aftermarket which I was not informed of. I have about an inch of a gap on my driver side and they are refusing to replace it. I don t recommend this place they will just take your $350, and there is no room for negotiation, unfortunately.

I have a BMW 335I which I always take to the dealer in Warwick to fix. Unfortunately my windshield cracked and when I went to the dealer it was over 1,000. I spoke to the BMW service representative about my financial situation and I explained that I didn t know where else to take it because I ve always gone to them for work. She recommended U-Save and gave me the number. Once I called a gentlemen answered and got my windshield placed the same day at an impressively low price compared to the 1,000 I would have paid at the dealer. The employees are also bilingual which was great. Definitely recommend. Thanks to the BMW representative for recommending them as well.

I am very happy with the service from U Save Auto Glass. This was the second time they've replaced a windshield for me. They gave me a quote over the phone that was much less than ones I got from auto glass chains, and did the job while I waited, about 20 minutes. They don't have a fancy facility, but do a great job.

Absolutely wonderful service and the price was great I'm honestly surprised at how much cheaper it was to get the windshield replaced. Everywhere else was about to charge about $600 or so but this place did it for like about $300. The windshield had like a bunch of sensors on it and they put everything back properly for around? $300-$350. Honestly couldn't beat it

One of best experiences I have ever had with a business in Rhode Island from start to finish was a breeze. I was quoted a price on the phone drove 45 minutes pulled in to the business 3 men started working on my windshield immediately. The job was done before I could get the cash out of my pocket. I couldn't have been there 10 minutes and there where so polite showing me pictures of them fishing using a jet ski!!! All I can say is they are great !!!!

Very friendly, fast service. My glass was not in stock the morning I called, but they ordered it and had it delivered in just a couple hours. They installed my windshield super fast, beating everyone else's price. I was driving away by 1pm, which is pretty amazing considering my glass was not in stock at 9am!
