Jay and his team are the best in the business.Got into an accident during off hours, did some research and had my Jeep Wrangler towed to his shop (without ever being there before!). They reached out to me during off business hours and assured me they'd take care of it. I can't tell you how amazing that is when you're all stressed out over an accident and the repair shop goes out of their way to take one more thing off your plate. On top of repairing the Jeep, I took advantage of some body and paint work while there. They absolutely rocked it with the matte black!! I couldn't be any happier with the job they did or the service. Thanks jay!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

PJ and his team at townie collision are extremely professional and the best at what they do. Not only did they handle everything insurance/rental wise but the quality of work was absolutely amazing! The body lines and hood/fender gaps were spot on and lined up perfectly, you would never be able to tell the vehicle was in an accident. There s no other body shop I d go to, I recommend PJ and his team 1000%.

Completely dissatisfied.My wife brought in a 2016 RAV4 with minor front end damage and ended up needing a new car.I m not sure if it s Townie or the place they sub out mechanical work, but the combination of the two managed to destroy a Toyota engine with 70,000 miles on it. They blamed it on a faulty water pump hose the mechanic installed which evidently was the only mechanical issue needing attention per their inspection, the hose failure cased a blown head gasket which hydro locked.We ended up selling to Carmax for $8,000 under book value because we didn t want to buy a used engine with 90,000 miles on it for $7,000. NEVER again will I allow her to pick a body shop. Saving $500 on a waived deductible to lose $8000 on the back end isn t exactly a savings. All the sorries in the world from PJ won t return that money to our family.Best wishes to allChris G

Both Jason and PJ take pride in their work. They are very thorough and communicate everything they are doing, or trying to do. Not only did they fix the front end damage, but they matched it perfectly. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Townie Collision for repairs had no clue how my car would turn out. Much to my amazement, my vehicle came out better than I expected. PJ and Jay and the rest of the crew were so professional, I would recommend them 100%. One happy customer!!!!

I asked Jay and his team at Townie Collision to carry out repairs to my daughters car following an accident. What a great decision it was. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the repairs, they handled all the communication and liaison with the insurance company. I didn't need to lift a finger. Brought in a 2007 Lincoln town car with a bent hood, broken latch, paint for hood and bumper quoted at 1400$. My hood flutters when I drive it and the latch sticks out about 2 inches. Also they left a gap about an inch big I could see the battery or put my finger through it. Another shady thing is they put an aftermarket grille from China on it. It gets worse, they left a huge scratch on the fender when they gave it to me. This place is shady seems like someone s son is running the place..
