I delt with Rob today, 4-1-2024, after having a screw in my tire and finding out Easter morning I was getting a flat. Had to wait until Monday morning. A good friend of mine said I should take my vehicle to Town Fair Tire in North Providence, due the way they took care of him...he said how good they were and I should go there. So I did. Rob was a breath of fresh air. I haven't seen customer service like he has displayed in many years! Rob was absolutely the best. Also, a shout out to, I think is was Andy, who worked on my tire. I am meticulous, and I must say, I was very impressed. I will be going back when needed and I have found a reliable, group of people at this location, who really do care! Thank you again Rob and crew! Much appreciated.Gary V.

Came in close to closing time with a flat tire. Had to drive to Boston in the morning so was desperate to have it fixed. Was treated with excellent service by Marcus! He had to teach me what a lug nut key was, was very patient explaining everything, and he got me in and out super quick. Best customer service I have experienced from any establishment in a long time! Well done

Mike was great help today Sat 11/11. My father had a flat on his vehicle we brought the tire in for a flat repair. Mike was able to diagnose the issue: Nail in tire. He prompted if we left the tire with him he would service the tire at his earliest convenience. Being today is a Saturday we appreciate Mike working us into his schedule with no appointment. Thanks again Mike!

Mike was aces! Answered my questions and helped me find a deal within my budget. Great service. Quality tires that look and drive great. Pleased by the whole experience. Comfortable waiting area. Shop is in the same complex as some food places, so i went exploring. Respectfully treated by each staff member I encountered. Highly recommend.

The staff is always so helpful to me. Especially when I drop in unexpectedly for the air to be checked/put in my tires and Bob helped me right away. The very next day, I had to go back again, same reason, and as busy as Marcus was, he also took the time to come outside, check all the tires, and sure enough, he found the screw in my tire right away. Being at the end of the day on a Friday, Marcus was still so patient, kind and professional. The very next day, he had me bring my car back and drop it off so that my tire could be repaired. He is attentive and professional, and being a woman, I never feel like I am being take advantage of when I go there. I don't go anywhere else, and 3 members of my family go there, as well as a bunch of friends. Thank you, Marcus! You should be rewarded! Their customer service is above and beyond!

Great experience fixing a flat tire in our rental car. They were able to get us in right away and automatically bill the rental company. They did not call us when it was finished so we called and learned the car was ready, so could have been even faster.

This location is probably the best one in the state. Very knowledgeable and professional environment. They were a huge help getting my drag tires balanced. Shout out to Mike for checking and double checking with management to get the answers I needed and to ensure safety. These guys rock!!!

I just like to thank Stefan and the crew at the Douglas ave Town fair tire for helping me repair a tire on my Tesla, they are very kind and helpful over there, I m sorry I didn t get all there names, but it was a pleasant experience!!!!!!

We went into Town Fair Tire in North Providence and was helped by Mike! He was very professional and helped us figure out how to fix our tire which had a bubble in the side wall! He is an excellent associate and deserves a raise! More people like him need to be working with the public! Very happy with the service and will be returning! Thank you Steve Sousa

I just bought four new tires for my truck. The service at Town Fire Tire on Douglas Ave was excellent from start to finish and I got a much better price on the tires than the dealership was offering. I ve actually been going to Town Fire Tire for years and they never disappoint. Great tires, great service. I highly recommend them.

Fast. Honest. Service. That's what anyone is looking for in a tire shop. TFT in North Providence totally hooked me up with 2 new tires. They made recommendations, I dealt with Dory at the counter and she was just great. She came outside, looked at my tires and explained why they needed to be replaced and she gave me options for price and Road hazard guarantees. I drive a lot all over Southern New England and appreciated the warranty options. I will schedule another appointment to get the other 2 tires done soon! Thanks

Mike and the gentlemen at town fair tires did an amazing job! though I was not in a rush, they were quick and efficiently, and even thoroughly explained to me the process. I went to have my sensors replaced, which sent me hundreds of dollars to going to the dealer. I highly recommend Town fair tires, and specifically this town fair tire for the staff is great and knowledgeable ! . Nobody beats town fair tires..N-O-B-O-D-Y!!!

Marcus was great! Got my truck right in. Monitor in the lobby shows where your car is during the process. As well as time remaining to give you an idea how much longer it may be.

Mike was extremely helpful and assisted me with my tire issue and all my questions. I had a nail in my tire and instead of saying I need to purchase a new tire like the dealership I went to he saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on a new tire. He was also extremely efficient as he took me right away didn t make me wait and called me as soon as it was ready to place back onto my car. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again Mike for being so honest and helpful unlike so many other auto shops and dealerships! I m highly impressed and satisfied I ll be coming to you all for any of my tire needs I ll be recommending your services to everyone! Keep up the amazing work and service!

I had an appointment to repair a flat tire and they started to fix it right away. The waiting area was comfortable. The staff are friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at how little it cost to fix my tire. Under $14.00! Now I know where to get tires locally after moving to this area.

Highly recommended for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Mike and his staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to help me with an emergency flat tire situation and I couldn t be more grateful. I ve already scheduled an appointment to replace all my tires with them in a few weeks. 10/10 on all accounts!

I've been bringing all my business to Town Fair the past 10 years. The store closest to me is in North Providence, RI.Without question it is one the nicest, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff around. I usually see Rob Velino almost every visit at this location. He is always accommodating to all my service and tire needs. He always has been respectful, on time with all my appointments, very reasonable and affordable on the costs, is always helpful and very quick to get the job done promptly and correctly. His staff of service technicians are excellent and I recommend Town Fair Tire to everyone at work and family and friends. Without question the best place to go for tires and service. They always have given me the absolute best price possible and work with you to make your visit the best every time. Again, if you're not far from this location do not hesitate to consider them for your next tire service or purchase.John Azarian

I was attended promptly. Mike at the register was very nice and professional, and made sure my car was serviced quickly and I didn t have to wait long. Mike also assured me that my flat tire was good but if I had any future issues, I can return and they would take care of it. I m very happy with the service.

I went today for a screw in my tire. Paris assisted me and I was done in less than half the time estimated. I recommend anyone in the area with tire issues to come to Town Fire Tire and speak to Paris!

This is the 2nd time I ve been to TFT in North Providence and Mike has taken great care of me. He s knowledgeable and personable and I would recommend this store to anybody who needs tires. The road hazard is an absolute must in RI and these guys stand behind it. Thanks Mike!

I came in today with an idea of what I wanted and a price point in mind. Mike greeted me and we went out to the car. He was very knowledgeable and honest and gave me a good product for a fair price. Also, he was nice to my dog! I will definitely continue with Town Fair in the future.

Dory is truly kind and quick with a joke, making my experience at town fair a little less stressful. She and the TFT team provided exceptional customer service.EDIT:I was there for four hours which was expected for my service, but it took half that for an alignment? It was broken or whatever.Dory was still great in this process and let me know what was going on.THE TECHS, on the other hand, over tightened my lug nuts and broke on of them without letting me know or replacing it. I didn t notice until I went to deal with the horrible scraping noise from when they manhandled the tire and bent the brake shield. They let me drive off with a missing lug nut? After they tightened it so much it was loose again? Not only that, but they broke ALL FOUR of my wheel trim rings. Straight up didn t use a trim remover and broke the clips and cracked them all the way through. I spent over $600 on those very nice tires, and I will have to pay $200 more to fix everything they broke, and miss work to deal with this further.
