I have been going here for just under a year and have had the most amazing experiences. I ve gotten two oil changes, an AC flush, headlights/taillights replaced, and most recently had my front brakes replaced (pretty sure I m missing a few services, I ve put my car through a lot) and the staff is always kind and super efficient! They communicate everything and I never experience any judgement - and I deserve it for the state my car is in. Plus they always have this funny sci-fi channel on in the lobby so if you choose to wait for your vehicle, you have something to watch. Love this place!

Every visit to Speedee on North Main St has been stress free and fast. These guys are kind, honest and extremely fair with their pricing. I wouldn t go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone.

I got a quote from a dealership for some repairs that seemed a bit high, so I brought it to SpeeDee. Andrew here not only gave me a number that came in well below the dealership's, but also informed me that most of the things the dealer said needed to be fixed were actually fine! Saved me hundreds. I have been to this location on several different occasions and the staff has always been nice and genuine. I did not feel pressured while they were giving their recommendations. They also take the time to explain to you what is wrong with your car and why it's important.

Honest, hard working, affordable, communicate well and give you timely updates. They literally told me at my last inspection they would recommend *not* changing my oil because it would be ripping me off otherwise not what you hear from some places. They ve treated us super well over the two years I ve been using them and I trust them to do a good job and no more than the necessary stuff.

Have been coming here for years. They are honest to a fault. Went to BMW to take a look at the tires and they wanted to sell me 4 new ones; these guys took a look and told me I only needed 2. Walked me through a number of different options and then told me what the biggest bang for the buck would be. I have compared quotes, and they have given me a great price on everything. But more importantly, I feel like they are only suggesting things that I need. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I ve had I always get nervous going to get car work done by myself since I don t look like the *car type*, but the guys at Speedee on North Main were incredibly nice, didn t try to take advantage of me, and got me out of there with time still in my lunch break! You guys are great, completely exceeded my expectations!!

I never had a problem here before until now. my car seem to be overheating and I brought it in thinking it might just need antifreeze. This one guy (don t know his name) was no help at all. He told me antifreeze won t do anything. He didn t even bother to say if you wait we can check to see what is wrong with your car. He let me walk away. Poor service if you ask me. I took my car to jiffylube with the same problem and they check it for me and my problem was resolved. I will never use your service again

I've had only good experiences here and am so thankful for their help! They're fast and friendly, and always take the time to answer questions. In my experience they tell it like it is and have great recommendations in the event you need to go elsewhere (auto body shops, towing companies, etc.) Great for oil change service and also maintenance and repairs/replacements. Several times they have saved the day for me!!

I have been bringing my car to this location since May 2004. They have always been friendly, honest and professional. From the management in the past to Andrew and his crew now, I would never take my car anywhere else! They know what customer service is! (which not to many places do anymore) Andrew has gone above and beyond to help me with my vehicle, and that help is appreciated! You can't go wrong taking your vehicle here!

I was overdue for my cars inspection sticker and took it to Speedee, I arrived not long after they opened and even with people already in the waiting room my car was inspected and done in a very reasonable amount of time. I really thought I was going to be there while. The staff was kind and the manager, Andrew, answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!Service: Auto emissions testing

Everyone in the shop was very sweet and got my car my car in and out quickly. Andrew eli5'd everything that was wrong with my car and broke down what I should get done and when. I think Andrew, Joshua, and Kolby handled my car, but everyone in the shop was great :) I REALLY appreciated being talked to as an adult and not like a child just because I came in as a single woman

I've been coming here for a while now, but this review's for my most recent experience.I had two basically dead cars (one stalling, the other, well, dead) in one day. Pretty inconvenient. Andrew took both cars in right away and had them ready to go next day by noon. I've been driving them regularly since and both are running great. The prices were also fine; one of the cars required a new throttle body, and I had heard it'd cost at least $500 for parts and labor, and Speedee's came in a bit under that.I always appreciate Andrew's expertise, helpfulness, and flexibility. I had my car inspected. The safety and emissions inspection. My car passed inspection. It didn't need any work. When I drove away I noticed that the exhaust sounded a little noisy. As I drove the car for the next couple of days it got more and more noisy until the muffler dropped off. This was really suspicious. As far as I know, the volume from my muffler was perfectly normal when I drove in there. And it passed inspection. And they are supposed to check the exhaust system and emissions. So what did they do to my muffler? I went somewhere else and had it fixed.

I had been here once before for a quick oil change and was happy, so I went back for another. This time, after changing the oil ($119, for synthetic oil) the mechanic took out all my filters, in an obvious attempt to pressure me to replace them then and then and there. I did not ask for this service, did not want it, and did not have time for it. I had to say no more than once. Furthermore, taking the filters out and putting them back in again can damage them. When I complained to the manager, he said that was their policy and offered no apology.Other reviewers say they were not pressured into buying additional services perhaps I was because I am a woman. Sadly, I don t think I can return to this establishment.Service: Oil change

Andrew is an awesome guy that knows his job. He went above and beyond. He explained to me my cars problems and fixed them quickly. The world needs more men like Andrew and because of him I had a great experience during a time where I was worried about my car. Outstanding service. Very fair pricing. Totally professional establishment. Every employee from the top (Andrew) down is knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. We have used them for routine maintenance on our four Volvos for a decade. Most recently they brought my old, used Ford pickup into A-1 condition. There is nothing that this team cannot do. Literally the worst experience of an oil change I've had in my life first and foremost they tried to get me to get full synthetic because I'm a girl not thinking I knew anything about my car or like I've not had oil changes before but just because I had the money I did I left there with a perfect windshield and ended up finding out that my windshield was cracked not too far after leaving the establishment before I went in my windshield wiper fluid was coming out just fine then all of a sudden after leaving that didn't work either I took it back thinking there was no washer fluid in it but then I was told it was something to do with the the tube that connects to where the fluid is supposed I was also told that when they put air in my tires that the reason why I had a light still on was because it hasn't been a sensor issue come to find out after putting air in myself it went off 10/10 do not recommend

I was way overdue for an oil change, and decided to give this place a shot.These guys are awesome! Everyone was nice from the guy who greeted me outside to everyone who serviced my car. They even vacuumed my car and washed my windows! They explained to me everything that was wrong with my car, and didn't pressure me to get everything fixed right then, unlike most companies. I was able to get in and out with little wait time! I will definitely be returning!

Needed a new tire, I guess I ran over some nails? I can't understand where the nails came from, it's not like I drove through a construction site.But these guys threw on a new tire, balanced and mounted it, real quick. Thanks guys!

After moving here from across the country, I needed to get a quick oil change after the long-haul. I landed on this place and will make this my go-to for future oil changes. The staff were all very friendly, super communicative about my options and pricing. I could tell the Manager (?) has been working there a while as many local customers came in and they treated each other like family. Felt like a nice, local place to be. Highly recommend!
