I was approached by Mike the day after my initial visit, he was extremely apologetic about my previous experience and wanted to give me the opportunity to experience their stellar customer service, and that he did. Mike was able to get me such a fantastic deal on for both labor and parts that I couldn t refuse. They were able to get the work done within the day and the final cost was even cheaper than the quote! Fantastic customer service, I plan on having this shop be my go-to mechanic and would highly recommend others visit the shop, Mike alone would make it worth the visit.

They will work with you. Positive energy and they respect you as an individual and they value you as a whole. Visiting for the first time, I will say, I m actually satisfied with the service of the car and satisfied with the customer service as well. I do recommend them for anyone who is looking to get their car done here. Keep up the good work.

First and most I would like to thank Mike and the front desk personnel. I tell you excellent service. I took my 2016 GMC acadia for an inspection and of course it did not passed. So made an appointment could not make the appointment due to an unfortunate family emergency called them and right away got another appointment the next day. I was told my car would take an hour and a half to be fix. I stayed and waited for my car got offer coffee and even pizza from Mike. I was okay but I was happy they offer their services like that. And to be honest I did not wait long for my car it was fixed and the inspection passed, I was shocked that it was done less than an hour or maybe it was an hour but I felt like I was welcome so it made it go by fast. Place is very professional and absolute outstanding service. Will come again but hopefully not that soon. Thank you Mike!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service and overall friendliness of the entire staff! I felt welcomed, heard and respected from beginning to end of my experience. The evaluation of my vehicle's needs were honest, clearly explained and broken down realistically for me. I am confident that RM Auto has just become my go to shop for all maintenance and safety work for my car!

RM AUTO CARE SAVED MY SANITY!!!!!!!Two days before I left North Providence to drive 15 hours home, my transmission decided to take a dump.I called countless auto shops and no one was available for an emergency. Until I called RM Auto Care!I got on the phone with Mike over at the shop, who did some working around and got me in same day. After he diagnosed that it was a transmission issue, he told me I d need a whole new transmission.Apparently he heard the disappointment in my voice after hearing the price. About 5 minutes after hanging up, Mike called and informed me he had a shop nearby that could repair my transmission for half the price of a new one.We got it to the new shop, got the part installed, and it was defective. I was absolutely crushed because the new part couldn t come in for a week.I had absolutely no options at this point other than to fork out cash to get a hotel, and miss more time with my family. That s when I got a call from the owner of RM Auto Care.Little did I know, Mike had gotten together with the big boss and fast tracked my part, so it was going to take 24-72 hours to get in instead of a week, huge news. To add the cherry on top, they also got an Uber for me to go to a hotel that they themselves put me up in for a couple nights.My head was under a roof, the part came in, my car got fixed, and I got home to my family all because of Mike and everyone else at RM Auto Care.I may live 12 hours from the shop, but I know that if I ever break down in the small state of Rhode Island, the first place I m going, is RM Auto Care! They have earned my business for life, when I m around! Lol!Thank you so much to all of you, and I am so sorry it took me forever to get this review done!Keep up the good work guys!

Finding a new mechanic can be very scary. Especially when you have an inspection sticker due. But when I walk through the door of RM I felt comfortable and knew that I could trust them. I'm recommending RM to everybody!

Recently moved to North Providence and needed an oil change. Got a coupon in the mail from RM. I was really getting tired of paying $96 for a synthetic oil change and constantly trying to be swindled into "extras" or "must dos" from one of the chain places. I got an full synthetic oil change on my crv for 50 bucks with the coupon. Tech who performed the oil change actually commented on what great condition my car was in and said I needed nothing else today. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The waiting area was very clean. I didn't need any mechanical work done today, but if I do, I will definitely give them a try! Highly recommend to anyone!

What an amazing experience. From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted with a nice warm welcome, and they even had a coffee waiting for me. (They asked when I made the appointment if I would like a coffee)Everything was explained to me, why I needed each service, AND, I was told about things I could wait on. Absolutely amazing, and Transparent. I will never go anywhere else.Thank you to the whole team at RM. I will never go elsewhere

I'm new to the area & needed to find a good auto shop...after reading the reviews from RM Auto care..I stopped in to schedule an appointment..You are greeted with super friendly service,the mechanics come out to review the issues with you,they will have coffee ready for you,their invoice is amazing,You are treated like a friend with respect,super friendly atmosphere,they absolutely go above & beyond their services & their work is guaranteed!!..definitely a place that's looking to make their customers happy & satisfied & not looking to take your hard earn money..They are true to their word..There's nothing better than finding a great auto shop to depend on for life & I finally found it..Thank you so much Mike & your team for everything! you guys definitely went above & beyond especially for being a first time customer..I appreciate everything you all did for me, You guys are all AMAZING !!

I got RM Auto Care s flyer as part of junk mail in my mail box sometime in the 3rd quarter of 2023. I decided to keep it because I was drawn to the unbelievably cheap price of their oil change and other discounts. Six months down the line, my car was due for oil change, so I decided to give it a try at RM Auto Care in the first week of February 2024.I was amazed at their warm reception and professionalism. Mike and Lucien were very nice and jovial; they also gave us free coffee. I had no appointment scheduled, but they took my car and had me as the last client for the day; we literally closed the workshop together that day. They also did a good job, and they kept to the price I saw on the flyer; I paid less than $30 for oil change and it s the cheapest I have ever seen in the U.S.I had told them to top up the levels of my car windshield washer fluid and the radiator coolant, but they forgot to do that probably because I was squeezed into the schedule and I was the last client for the day. I went back the next day, and they did it instantly with sincere of apologies.If affordability and good work is your desire, then RM Auto Care is the place to go; I would recommend them.I decided that I would go back there for any other auto issue.I just visited today again for my car s window automatic winding problem. They offered called me free coffee again, and after 3 hours of diagnosis they called to inform me that my car had only a minor problem. An object was found to clog the auto-winding switch, and they were sincere to tell me that it had been dislodged and working well again. My car was ready for pick up just within 3 hours of drop off. I was so happy, surprise and grateful.Finally, they only charged me for the diagnosis fee, which was very affordable (less than $70) and they applied the $10 discount which they promised to give any client who dropped a review on google after car service.I will definitely go back there any day, any time.Thank you, RM Auto Care.

Probably a good place if you not concerned about the cost. RM team asked me to replace the entire assembly instead of a subassembly replacement that could have done the job. I was able to get it fixed at another mechanic shop for only 25% of the quote provided by RM team. On top of that the team asked me to get the vehicle inspection done even though it wasn t due for 6 more months. Seems like they will explore every avenue to get money out of you.

Excellent and fast service. Friendly staff. This is my second time. The cost for the synthetic oil change is fantastic plus complimentary 100 point check of your car. I strongly recommend this auto shop.

I finally found a shop that I trust. Mike and the whole team at RM Auto Care are true professionals and very knowledgeable.I wasn t aware of them until I got a flyer in the mail with a magnet that I stuck to my refrigerator.When it became time again for an oil change I decided to try them.I had an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection done.They also sent me a detailed report on the status of my vehicle indicating items to be aware of in the future, so I can plan accordingly.RM Auto Care has gained a lifetime customer.

I just needed serious expedited work done on my Dodge SUV as I travel frequently to NY. These guys had all the work done in a day, true professionals I mean extremely skilled staff. I won't have my auto worked on in the future other than RM Auto Care. THE BEST true Pros and they explained the process as they went forward with updates not just a wait and see attitude.

I am not very trusting when it comes to repair shops but let me say these guys have my respect. Every thing is very smooth and easy going with them and the communication is amazing. Mike kept me up to date on any and everything with my car and addressed each concern I had without throwing me into a loop of things to be fixed. I stopped into RM Auto Care after receiving their flyer in the mail and I m so glad I did. I needed an oil change and a second opinion on a brake replacement I d done myself. I m competent when it comes to minor repairs but I m no professional and I needed help troubleshooting some noises I was hearing. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and an attentive ear. Mike and his team took such great care to listen to my concerns and explain what they discovered. They even stayed a few minutes late on a Friday evening to make sure I d have my car back for the weekend. I hope not to need to bring it back in to them but my Honda has 190k miles on it and I probably will, haha. Is it weird to say I look forward to seeing them again? Wow! I m rarely ever impressed enough with an experience to actually review a place, but having a car serviced also isn t usually synonymous with impressive customer experiences either. However, that was the case for me here! From my call scheduling to my actual appointment today, which I just completed; Everyone here treated me like I had just checked in to a 5 star resort or something. (Not what you expect when you re going to get your oil changed!). Mike greeted me right away with a fresh coffee which I thought he d only jokingly asked me about when I made my appointment. My technician was friendly and explained how he had run thru a quick inspection on my whole car. My service was quick, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and possibly the most impressive detail of all was that for the very first time ever: I was told that my car DIDN T need any additional, last minute, super pricey repairs that I wouldn t be able to afford today!! They let me know it was in great shape. Pointed out a few things to keep my eye on for the next couple of months. They explained the services I just had done. I drank my made to order coffee and some polite conversation with Mike while I waited. Then they applied a great coupon and sent me on my way ( in less than an hour for once too!). Great team here at at R M Auto! I will be recommending them to everyone!!

I ve never been fond of any type of autobody/repair shops, however this place changed my mind. I had to get my car inspected, although it had some issues that would prevent it to pass inspection so they helped me the whole way through. They specified what I needed to change and helped repair a few broken things. They are funny, polite, and honest which is not something I can not say about all of my car service shop experiences. They focus on customer service instead of making a profit which is so rare nowadays with car related services. Would highly recommend.

Took my car in to check out a check engine light. Everyone here was VERY kind. Turned out there was an issue with Hyundais engines and Mike even called a local dealership for me to get me in. Excellent service, and good pricing. Would strongly recommend.

With many vehicle owners today, once the warranty has expired on our vehichles, it's hard to find an auto repair shop that you can really, really trust because of over pricing, shady work, promising to take care of an issue with your vehicle only to find that you were taken advantage of and old parts were installed. But not with the wondeful excellent team at RM Auto Care. They are the BEST and I mean the best in the business of auto repair. Trust me, if you are having an issue with your vehicle, take it to RM Auto. They are truly honest and will actually show you what needs to be repaired. You as a customer get to see your car's issue before they even start the work. Most repair shops tell you what's wrong, and you actually take their word for it, they show you nothing and then are charged exorbitant repair costs. The team at RM Auto are friendly and will take care of your car as though they are the owners of the car. Bring your vehicle to RM Auto Care. Went in for the first time for an oil change and they were all so kind and helpful. The place I used to go to has changed hands is feels very corporate. This has a more of a family feel to it, which I would rather support. Will definitely be back for all of my mechanical needs!

I m super disappointed.I had thousands of Dollars worth of work done and ended up having damage to my car from the work done. I definitely don t think it was intentional as the staff here are very kind and definitely do good work to other vehicles, I just don t think they know how to service my specific type of vehicle. Just spent over 3 thousand dollars correcting a mistake. Both the dealership and a separate mechanic told me whoever worked on my car last caused damage. Someone there may have also insinuated the same thing 3 stars because one of the things it went in for had a positive outcome and staff are very kind and will go above and beyond. Again, other than Volkswagen and Audi, be a little cautious on the foreign you bring here if it needs a semi major to major repair.
