We stopped in Saturday morning and were immediately greeted by Mike Pimental. My wife knew what she wanted walking in and Mike wasted no time getting it for us to test drive. He was absolutely amazing in explaining our options and even suggested something we didn't think of to make our payments lower. If you are looking for a top notch no pressure sales rep. I ve been a customer at Prestige since 2017 today I went with my significant other to get her a car Carlos was very professional and answered all of our questions no besting around the bush! Great buying experience. Pricing was straightforward and reasonable for the car I chose. Was able to secure straight forward financing with clear understanding of rates, monthly payments and down payment. No high pressure tactics once I was in front of the finance manager. Options were presented and offered, didn't feel pressured or find any hidden "costs" in the paperwork. Really sad more dealers don't work this way but glad I found someplace that I can have an honest conversation. Thanks Mike and the Prestige team.

I Went To Prestige Mitsubishi Twice To Purchase A Vehicle And Both Times I've Had Great Experience. This Last Time Around When I Went To Purchase A Vehicle My Sales Person Name Was Jose. He Was Great And Friendly So If You Looking For A Car I Recommend Come To Prestige Mitsubishi And Ask For Jose.

I was in the market for a new truck and came to Prestige Mitsubishi. Carlos met me at the door and greeted me. He was knowledgeable and has a different approach for the car buying experience. Carlos was fantastic and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see him!

Ruben was very helpful and patient, got me into a nice Altima and was clear about what I could expect with financing. Had some problems getting my insurance company to add the vehicle to my policy but he was patient and didn't make me feel rushed or anything. Overall good experience here !

Buyer beware! I was told a car that had been sitting on their lot for nearly 120 days was available. Sent numerous emails to check availability. I went in without an appointment and therefore it's 100% on me that the 2017 Blue Honda Odyssey EX wasn't available, but at the body shop. A car they had listed 4 months needed body work! Super shady any way you look at it.

Good luck getting here. Can't even get the service department to answer the phone. I have been calling all week to get a price on service for my Eclipse Cross. Never answer the phone. You don't want my business fine. I will simply make the extra drive to go somewhere else.
