Some awesome people work here. Had a freak accident where my antifreeze line burst as I was changing my battery in the parking lot and the employees were right there to help me out. They took care of the spill on the ground and provided me a chair and space to wait by myself until the tow truck came. 10/10 thank you!!!

Amy is excellent at what she does. She is professional, knowledgeable, funny and just such a joy . We only go to this O'Reilly Auto Parts ! You should stop by! She is wonderful! Her whole staff is wonderful. Thank you Amy

Grabbed wipers here, tried getting them on myself, but was having issues. Alex (I think that is what his name said on his shirt! Super nice guy!) helped me out and literally did them both in under a minute. Appreciate it!

Easy in and easy out. The staff are friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a steering wheel cover and told all the guys at the front counter that I would buy it if one of them could /would put it on my gmc envoy steering wheel. One guy said he would try.. The others weren't sure. Anyway he went to my truck and after a few minutes of some struggling, he got it on! I was very pleased and I'm happy I bought it, it's nice and snug and feels so much better. I forget the man's name but he was very friendly, they all were. I bought some other small things and everything was reasonably priced and in perfect condition. The place itself was clean and orderly. I'll definitely go back if I need something from them.

The service here is truly amazing!! We came in just seconds before close because we needed to buy a battery charger for our car. The staff here didn't make us feel one bit rushed and everyone was in a great mood - it was so refreshing! The gentleman, Ethen, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was more than happy to offer a refund if we ended up needing to buy a battery instead! They also price match, SO COOL! Can't wait to go back when I have more time! Will definitely recommend!!

For all your car or truck needs, very knowledgeable staff and good management. Darrell is the manager, came over from Auto Zone and all his customers came with him! He must be doing something right. If they don't have it you must not really need it...

Ricky helped me out this morning to sort out what was wrong with my air conditioning, guided me to the best product for the task, and educated me on how to properly get the job done. I m happy to have a working AC once more, 10/10 would recommend. All the thanks Ricky!

Helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice going to a car parts store and the people working there actually know a lot about cars. Other places I go don't know, they just try to sell you whatever comes up on their computer.

Decent parts, but the service behind the counter was very subpar. Especially this one employee I think his name was Jim or John. He could not even give me the proper change back, when he entered the wrong amount. My 6 year old daughter knows that $100 - $49.50 = $50.50. And she can do that math without using her fingers and toes.

Really very friendly people behind the desk...very helpful with good attitudes, which is so much better than other places like advanced auto...they also seem to always have what I need, and at a fair price..definitely recommend!

You got some of the rudest, inept, impolite employees working there. Hire someone who gives a darn about having a job AND is knowledgeable enough to be in the auto parts biz. If ya don't know something LOOK IT UP ON COMPUTER--- DUHHHH not a very good start as a new biz in this town. Then again, it's Rhode Island-- polite, intelligent, hard- working people are NOT something this dumpy state has much of !!

They carry Wix brand filters. Don't any other cheap brand. Purolator, STP, Fram, etc. There's little to know filtering paper in them to keep your oil/air clean for a longer duration like Wix has. They're more expensive but spend the extra $ and get what you paid for. Protection your cars heart.

Went here to have my battery checked and was told I needed a new battery AND alternator. Close to $500 in parts for my 2015 Toyota Camry. Took the car to my mechanic Ken Beaumeier owner of Rt 5 auto, only needed a battery. I did go back and told them at O'Reilly's and was told they only go by what their machine tells them. Don't go there you are likely to get bad advice.

I went in here today for wiper blades and an air filter Edgar was great he put on the wipers and installed the air filter he saved me about 30 bucks if speedy did itThanks Edgar

The people at the mineral springs o reillys are easy to talk to they know where everything is once you go in a few times they know you off the bat good place to go they dont always have what you need but that's most auto parts places now a days

They will do free diagnostic when your engine light is on. Words to the wise. Go with pen n paper to write down the codes!

Had to replace front end of parts twice since they sell parts that were previously installed and they knew it and still sold them also they told me I have a warranty on brake pads and rotors took them off all to get there and the incompetent employee told me he couldn't find them so dont waste time shopping there
